Why can’t SOMETHING be done about the title pawn companies? I was avoiding having our credit ran due to a refinance loan & went to Statewide Financial in Conyers to get a small quick loan at Christmas time & made every payment as scheduled, but lost a vehicle worth over 12K. Turns out they are in bancruptcy and are grabbing all cars titled in their name even though payments are on time, so if you have a loan with them PAY IT OFF IF IT’S NOT TOO LATE!!. The manager (Mark) is what you call a slick 400lb yankee crook & has nothing to lose. Why won’t our legislature do something about them? Oh yeah, if anyone reading this knows his address, please email me.
