World AIDS Day
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Today is World AIDS Day and 2008 marks the 20th anniversary of this campaign. It is a day to raise awareness, educate people, and motivate the world to continue to fight the disease. There is no doubt that HIV and AIDS made a huge impact on the way we date. Sadly, despite the education and awareness, the numbers are still staggering.
According to the CDC, in 2007, the estimated number of persons living with HIV worldwide was 33.2 million and there were 2.7 million people newly infected. As a society, we have to continue to promote education and awareness.
The US Department of Health provides helpful fact sheets that can be distributed to inform and educate people.
In honor of World AIDS day, what would you like to do to make a difference? Have you ever volunteered with a program that targets AIDS awareness, education, or assists those living with it? If so, what were you experiences?
How do you think we as single people, specifically, can make a difference? Do you know anyone who has AIDS? Are you living with HIV/AIDS?
Recently, I said that I am surprised that people still hook up with strangers for one night stands. Do you think this will ever change? What do you do to protect yourself?

An important way to fight HIV/AIDS is to become comfortable with your own body. You can’t fight HIV/AIDS if you can’t say “penis” or “vagina”.

Good morning everyone. Where is the blog family. Welcome all you new posters.
I had one beautiful friend that died from aids. She was betrayed by this man who told her he was clean. She didn’t find out until she became sick. As usual, you can no longer take a person at their word.

Good Morning….
As a player, I had to do some community service. The most memorable experience was visiting a children’s hospital and meeting a 17 year female who had contracted AIDS from her prom night encounter. She had sex one time, and it was all that it took.
By the time that I met her, I guess that she had come to grips that she wasn’t going to live a long life and have kids and all that stuff that we take for granted. She was strong and wanted to tell her story to all that who listened.
Unfortunately, she died about six weeks after I met her. She was 17 years old, and her mom didn’t even get to see her graduate high school.
It made me think rethink more than a few things. We take so much for granted in this life. I thought about all the crazy ish that I did while I was teenager, and realized that I was lucky to even be around. As a result of meeting that young female, I made some changes and really began living life.
There is a saying that people come into your life for “a reason”, “a season”, or “a lifetime”. This was definitely a case where this person came into my life for a “reason”.
We never know when our “checkout” time will come or even how it will come. So you should live your life accordingly.

Today is World AIDS Day! God bless all who are infected and affected. Tomorrow 12/2 marks the second anniversary of my brother, Ronald “Jai” Williams, JR’s death. AIDS was a part of his life but it did not define him. He was a son, brother, uncle, friend, hard worker and marathon runner. He was beautiful!!! We love him and miss him.

Hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving.
While I don’t know anyone that has AIDS (or at the very least feels comfortable enough to tell me about it), I’d like to think that I would be supportive. I’d do what I could for them and leave free the recriminations.
Like PG, seeing people that you “know” or even those you love die suddenly changes a lot about how you view life and living it.
And to those struggling with this disease, regardless of how one may have contracted it, my prayer’s are with you always.

Good morning!! I hope that each of you experienced a WONDERFUL AND SAFE Thanksgiving Day and weekned.
I was a member of the first World AIDS Day activities held on the AUC campus. Although we continue to educate others about HIV/AIDS, the statistics remain high.
I panicked when I discovered Mr. Navyman’s infidelity during his deployment and was tested immediately. Since then I’m tested annually as part of my annual physical. Once I began my current relationship and my mate and I were ready to be intimate with one another, we were tested together. Although we are both negative, we still use precaution.
I’ve never been promiscuous. However, I’ve always cautious. As a child, I constantly heard my grandmothers telling my aunts, uncles and other cousins to be careful because they may catch something that they can’t get rid of…And along came AIDS!!!
No glove…no love! Be careful!! Get tested! KNOW YOUR STATUS!!!

Good morning blog fam…I decided to participate instead of lurking today. Even though HIV/AIDS is contracted from different outlets, many of us still allow our flesh to dictate whether we will engage in Russian Roulette. Every person you lay with no matter how handsome or beautiful they are, have the potential to change your life forever. Whether they’ve had many sex partners or only one. Unfortunately, many of us don’t think it can happen to us until it’s too late. Don’t live life in fear, but remember that every decision you make has an associated consequence.

Good Morning All,
I don’t know of anyone who has died of AIDS but I have met some people living with HIV. Everyone should get tested and know their status.
As a parent I know when I took my son to the doctor I was shocked to learn that he had treated children between the ages of 12 and 15 for HIV. Now I can’t imagine my reaction to that news at 36 much less to hear it as a 12 year old. It has knocked me for a loop and I try to tell as many parent as I can about talking with their children about sex and HIV. Look if you are not shame to screw and get naked infront of someone you barely know then u dang sure should not be ashamed to talk with your kid(s) about sex. Believe me my son is at the stage where he is asking questions and hearing all kinds of crap on the bus(Someone was talking about teabagging and b***** on the bus) and at the Boys and Girls club. I would rather tell him than he hear some dumb shyt in the street.

I could site a litnay of ways to die while living: healthy, righteously, etc.
But that would be a waste of time.
What I will say is this, while I rarely engage in risky behavior, the truth of the matter is, I’m good with the consequences of my actions.
So I sleep well at night, have a clean conscience becuase I make decisions and have the fortitude to live with them.
So I’mma let the self-righteous be the self righteous and I’ll check in witchall later.

KP, I got your point. It was a good post and is always a nice reminder.
As for the topic, I know my status. I’m good about getting tested regularly and try to look before leaping. That being said, it’s by the grace of God the “one” encounter didn’t end up as a death sentence. All we can do is learn from our actions and try our best not to repeat them. I’ve gotten better and more diligent about protection as I’ve gotten older. Even still, it can happen to you even in a committed relationship.

kp i remember my first time getting tested for aids. i was so scared. i had never been so frickin’ scared in my life. it took me a year to get tested. i went to kiaser in atl when i first moved there.
as soon as my doctor came in the room to meet me for the very first time, i started crying. i just knew i had something. i told her the whole story and she just sat there in aw. she held my hand and hugged me the whole time. i so needed that. she promised to call me herself with all of the results to the std kit. i requested to be tested on EVERYTHING.
she called and all were negative. the baastard did wear a condom like he stated. i couldn’t believe it. i just knew i was in trouble.
my mother was happy it was over and i had finally did it. if it would have came back positive, i’m pretty sure she would have been happy being my cell mate. lol. j/k. i told her that i would be on the next thing smokin’ if a positive test came back.
every year i request a std kit even though i don’t need it.
smurf my foot is always on his neck. he’s very impressionable. i won’t allow anything to hurt his promising future. he’s a good kid and his grades are excellent. puberty is kickin his butt right now, so i fall back alittle sometimes. good luck with yours!

I watched over the years this topic become more of a public and worldwide issue and I think it is great! We can no longer hide in the shadows and pretend that HIV/AIDS does not exist! The more people that can be reached thru education about this diease, the better!!!

Hey all ..hope everyone had an enjoyable Thanksgiving. Mine was good until I had to projectile vomiting kids on the side of I-85 near Columbus and had to pull over and sanitize the car. On topic: I dont personally know anyone with HIV/Aids, but I am sure there are many who are and dont even know it. So many times I hear people say they would rather not know than to get tested and find out. This kind of thinking is why the numbers continue to increase, especially among the 15-35 age group. I did hear of a friends friend who got infected from her husband after he cheated continuously during their marriage. He was with both men and women and his wife was either clueless or naļve. Now, she has aids and has been getting sicker and sicker. He left her and continued on with his whoring lifestyle, not sure if he is dead or alive. I say get tested even if you are married or in a committed relationship. Only an ignorant mind refuses to acknowledge that this disease is deadly and can happen to anyone.

It’s not about sex and protection, shoot when people comment on here about anything other than missionary sex with a “past partner” there are folks that get in an uproar.
So why have that conversation again? when nothing really ever develops by way of meaningful conversation with opposing viewpoints, but recriminations of “that’s nasty” or my favorite “the Bible says”.
As for the topic, the disease is horrible and people that live and die with/from it deserve no less than condolensces.
But believe me, the lack of commentary has more to do with how “people” react to comments that “other people make”.

Kym, stories like this give me half a mind to have a PI trail my fiance’ before we get married. Because you have to have trust with the person you’re with, but there are folks out there living that double life and putting you at risk. sigh
I’m only joking about the PI thing, but it’s sad how many of these women probably had no clue. And it could happen too easily with any of us.

im one who is very uncomfortable with this subject.
It is supposed to be an uncomfortable subject. The minute that we get “comfortable” with AIDS then less we will do to eradicate it. This isn’t the common cold, here. This thing is deadly.
I’m of the belief that there is a cure, but it is being held back in the name of capitalism.
For a drug company, there is no money in curing people of this disease. The money will cease because without the disease people won’t need medication.
However, get people live with this disease and you will forever have money flowing into your company.
Those who engineered this disease (I believe that it is a lab made disease) also have the cure.

On a lighter note:
Bush has already stated that “history” will vindicate him for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
And now, in an interview with ABC’s Charlie Gibson, he feels no guilt and no complicity in the current economic mess. And again “history” will judge that his policies had nothing to do with the greatest financial meltdown since the 1930’s.
Wooooowwww, sociopathy anyone?

Kp I’m like Kobe, I pick my spots.
I remember in germany getting with chicks and then waiting 10 days to see if you caught something. By day 11 you had another one in the sights and it just went on and on. This was pre-aids. Nobody wore condoms and getting a “shot” to fix your ills was common practice.
Speaking of safe sex is like talking about safe uncaged great white shark hunting. It’s not gonna happen.
Even outside of Aids we have a buffet of diseases that are less than desirable.
Poppa I agree it’s man made. I read somewhere where there are folks that are unhappy it didn’t work faster.
Btw, the honeymoon with Obama is over. He had two options 1) Represent the people and get assasinated 2) climb in bed with the bankers and thrive at our expense
His treasury secretary (New York fed chief) pick along with Volcker (economic advisory panel head) clearly showed which way he leaned. We got screwed. Should have voted for Ron Paul. :(
Off topic: My dogs showed out this weekend at another trial. My male picked up his last 2 credentials and he is through now. He straight bum rushed the decoy. Then for good measures I called him off from about 20 feet away. The spectators loved it.
My female picked up 3 titles. She’s well on her way to getting more than my male.

I have lost countless relatives, former school mates/buddies etc to HIV and AIDS.President(now former) Thabo Mbeki of South Africa, early on would not agree that the disease was caused by the HIV virus. The health policy in South Africa was consequently behind in formulating policies to mitigate against the effects of the disease. It has been disaster!! A lot of my relatives died after I had left for the states.I was therefore unable to see, first hand, the effects and toll the disease slowly took on them, individually. But im told, its a slow painful death. If u are here in the states,u will be lucky in the sense that hiv and aids treatment has come a long way and the disease is more chronic than fatal, thanks to a slew of meds that have been discovered to combat the virus.Look at Magic Johnson. I actually read an AP report on-line yesterday, that talked of how some, within the scientific community are saying that the UN-AIDS FUND is overblown and taking away resources from other diseases.Already, it seems there is complacency about the disease. But from my standpoint, u are better of cautious than sorry!!

I can’t imagine growing up in the Pre-AIDS era. I remember learning about AIDS right along with sex education. I had an uncle who died of AIDS in the 80s. Back then they called it “gay cancer” and my family told me he was sick from cancer. As I grew up, I realized what he really had and told my family that I knew.
There will probably never be a carefree moment in regards to sex during my generation.

* @ Kym*…..sound like a good read. I will have to check on that one. I am reading Eic Jerome Dickey’s 2 recent books, Pleasure and Sleeping with the Enemy, that I got as a b-day gift. My fiance got them autographed by the E-man himself when he was in ATL a few weeks ago.
Stories like that make me sick. For all the wife knew, he probably was infected before they got married, because they were newlyweds.
I wish they would require blood tests again for people wanting to get married. They used to up until about 10 years ago, I am not sure what they tested for, but HIV/Aids should have been the #1 disease they tested for. I have heard so many stories of spouses infected each other and it jsut goes to show that no one is safe.
One moment of pleasure can bring a lifetime of pain.

Ared pre aids was a wonderful world. We didn’t know aids or herpes existed and in the military getting a shot wasn’t really a big thing. In the early 80’s aids was for “those guys”. It wasn’t til the early 90’s that it started crossing lines.
The cavalier attitude the military had is really hilarious now that I look back on it. Supervisors (officers/NCO’s) would just bring it up in formation. Like, hey if you get something go take your shot and relax for a few days. LOL
Ared, I was out in your neck of the woods all day yesterday. We trialed on Stonewall Tell again. Rain and mud all day long but I had a ball. I’m just thawing out though.
Melo sorry your fam got hit so hard. I can’t even imagine what folks have to go through with little medical attention.
Mo my niece fixed my plate thursday. She also got in on the group hug when the little ones grabbed me. So I’m thinking maybe I’m being to harsh. After dinner my sis told me niece sold her truck and forged sis’s name. I got up and left. Trifling. LOL

What would you have him do?
In order to get anything done in Washington (or anywhere else for that matter) you have to have respected people in positions of power.
His picks are of old hands (mind you, I don’t like that much either. I’da liked fresher eyes on the problems) but in the case that the government is a machine, which would you rather have: a neophyte driver, or someone with experience behind the wheel.
Most of the advice that he’ll recieve will be “corridor” people anyway, but he’ll hear new voices too, like Buffet and the founder(s) of Google.
All in all I think his appointments speak to both experience of the system, yet the need to change approach.
I too remember pre-AIDS loving, but I wore condoms as the old saying goes “know what you’re getting yourself into” has always applied

She mentioned wanting to trade in her car that she is almost done paying for….yet she just got a job in retail. I then proceeded to have my 4th glass of Moscato. LOL!
On topic: have never known anyone with AIDS/HIV. I do get tested every year (hell that is what insurance is for, test me for everything since Im here). Dan I understand wanting experience but as we’ve found out the old heads think the best way to solve problems is pump money into their friends companies at a high rate of speed, and at your expense. Then we get double fugged because after inserting all this new money in the economy, which is just printed up out of nowhere and loaned to the government with interest that we pay for with our taxes, we will have to deal with the inflation that will be coming in the near future.
On a good note I filled my truck up for $35.00. I just sat there and looked at the needle on full for five minutes to take in the moment.

I got tested this summer for the first time… And I was scared to death for hearing the results… The results were the big Negative.. But it made me realize the number of women that I slept with was obvious unhealthy. but more importantly not worth it… Had a aunt that died years ago from Aids and I still didn’t learn until I had to look in tha mirror…

My cousin, who is a Marine, talks quite a bit about all the shots that they get. He says sometimes he feels like a guinea pig because he isn’t sure that they are telling him the truth about what they are injecting in his body.
I’ve also read that there were people who were upset that the disease didn’t work faster. I read that it was supposed to be a bio-weapon that didn’t work fast enough. I don’t think that it is coincidence that it has gone through minorities at the rate that it has. This has been done before with black men and syphilis. It just didn’t get out of hand like AIDS has.
As far as Obama goes, he has to walk a fine line there in Washington. He doesn’t have a lot of experience himself (He was still in his 1st term as a US Senator) so he has to bring in some people that do.
He and his cabinet couldn’t ALL be newbies. He would be eaten alive, and lose credibility with Congress. They have to sign off on almost all of his moves as President, even the picks of his cabinet.
That is why I say that the best job in Washington is US Supreme Court. They get to pick which cases to address. Their opinions become law (example: Roe v. Wade). They get top keep their job until THEY get tired and have had enough. They aren’t elected, so very little answering to the American People.

I told folks that even Spurrier wouldn’t get things going in Columbia, SC.
I don’t really get on the kids though. Being a student-athlete isn’t all the fun that it may seem. It is a job and the coaches and schools are making a tons of money of those kids and throw peanuts back to the kids.
I say good to Tech…and even those Clemson kids because they could have thrown in the towel early and said that this was a rebuilding year. Both schools have had recent coaching changes. Clemson lost Tommy Bowden during the season. Yet, they showed tenacity to keep going. That is what student-athletics is about. Perseverance.

I understand. I don’t really get on the players because they are just kids. They can’t be like the other kids at their schools and act crazy and stuff. When they get drunk and act crazy, it ends up on the web or on the AJC. UGA QB Matt Stafford was out with some friends at the NASCAR event a couple of years ago and he looked a little tipsy. The pic ended up on the web.
As far as Richt goes, I’ve met him and he seems to be a very loyal guy. He may be too loyal. That’s probably how he gets all these QBs to stay, like DJ Shockley did.
I met he and his brother-in-law (Dallas Cowboys back up QB Brad Johnson, who is a Former TB Buccaneer QB during their Superbowl win a few years back)at a SEC fundraiser in Athens a couple of years ago.

Personally, I think that Plax probably should have taken a page out of Antwaan “Big Boi” Patton’s book and build himself a “Boom Boom Room” in his place complete with stage and stripper pole in it.

Good Afternoon, you all whose tired of eating turkey, yet? if I see/make one mo turkey omlette or sammich, Imma .
Kym great point on your 11:33!
However, PoppaG I liked the response on your 12:19. I knew I could not have been the only one. For me, the first thought that comes to mind when someone mentions AIDS is ——> a Conspiracy . Ill even go so far to think of it as genocide; which left me to ponder for a few moments what my uncles hysterically debating, regarding this place being overpopulated and at what lengths the government has gone/will go to rectify the issue, which I believe Truth has mentioned on several occasions oh, and btw, regarding your niece, you almost had me there LOL! I was like: I told him all he needed was a big ol hug!
Now, on a bit of a deeper note a buddy of one of my uncles, has full blown AIDS, which he contracted from his wife, whom he claimed had him unaware that she was infected until she was on her death-bed. <—— Now that right there is one of my greatest fears. Unprotected sex between a man and HIS WIFE (I would like to think) is one of the beauties of being married in the first place. I liked to believe that Id be able or rather hed be the kind of man that I could trust with my very life. However, I do realize NOTHING is guaranteed in life besides death itself.
Which brings me to another thought I recently found out through my grandmother and word on the street that a particular relative, is suspect for contracting HIV/AIDS. And although it was years ago, I often thought if I were still around, Id feel somewhat glad that his ways caught up with him; especially since I felt he was oblivious to how much those unspeakable ordeals had such an affect on my childhood…just furious and raging within myself when it seemed, the joker got off scott-free, while living the high life. Wondering if/when any of this would ever affect his well-being, if at all. The most Id ever noticed were those brief, yet uncomfortable moments in passing one another, and seeing how (till this very day) he can never seem to look me in the face just holds his head down, when/if he (has enough nerve) to speak; all the while, I, facing it head-on, no dodging, no longer timid and had long ago dealt with those issues this made me proud of myself.
However, strangely, all I feel is pity, while I shake my head and for a second, I wonder .at this very moment, what are his thoughts?…hopefully not the million-dollar question ——> Why?

Greedy why do we live in a country where EVERYTHING we do or touch is taxed yet our government is in debt passed its eyeballs? Here’s why: Everytime you have sex the condom you use has been taxed a number of times from the products used to make them to the company that sells them to the retailer that eventually sells them to you. Same with tissue you use when you wipe your nose and everything else you use. Since the government has so much revenue coming in, and we haven’t even considered your income tax, why are we in so much debt? Because the government has agreed to let a private bank, the Federal Reserve, print and circulate currency at will and then LOAN it to your government at interest. So all the taxes you pay goes toward interest on loaned money that is illegal anyway as the Constitution says only Congress can produce money. This is why every president since Woodrow Wilson has lied in his oath to uphold the Constitution and Obama will do the same.
This is also why Joe Blow will never get rich because whenever they want they can close the purse strings and funnel off YOUR resources, exactly like they’re doing now. For proof go look at your homes value or your 401k and report back with your findings. This can and will be a continous trend.
Summary: The Feds are producing worthless money based on the US govenments pledge to back it and then loaning it back to the govenment with interest. They drain our taxes to make those payments.
melo if you want to make money in those years you better invest in the yen.

Im not an ACC fan either, but am happy for Tech, since they get no love here in GA cuz of UGA.
IMO the reason that GT gets less love than UGA is due to numbers. UGA has a student body over 30,000 people. GT just reached an alltime enrollment high of 18000 in December of 2007.
Odds are greater that people in this state know someone that went to UGA than there are people who know people that went to GT. With that difference there will be more alumni and friends of alumni. Most people who scream ” Go. Dawgs. Sic’! Woof! Woof! Woof!” didn’t even go there.
ALSO I am SO loving the drama in South Bend, IN. I think that Notre Dame did Ty Willingham so wrong and they are getting what they deserve. Weiss doesn’t look like a genius without Tom Brady, does he? I feel sorry for the kids, but I love seeing the disgust on my Notre Dame grad classmates when I mention their past two seasons.

Q: How do you think we as single people, specifically, can make a difference?
A: Don’t have sex till marriage and don’t do drugs, simple.
Q: Do you know anyone who has AIDS? A: Yes
Q: Are you living with HIV/AIDS?
A: No, I get myself checked every 6 months. Even though I’m not having sex, with all the wacko’s in this country, it’s good to have a piece mind.
Disclaimer: People of America should be excluded from World Aids day. Their are many other counrties that don’t even have the Tec to even make aware or battle Aids. Majortiy of people here who get it are screwing everything that moves and sharing needles or using their Aids in a saltly mindless way of vengence to spread it of their own mistake.

They want to fire him, just like Ty and Davies but there is too much time and $ left on the contract. I don’t think they should be so hasty, but since they did Ty like that, they should do Charlie like that.

That could be anybody, though. Especially, if you are flashing your dough.
Remember OutKast song “Red Velvet”? Anybody could do that, not just strippers.
I spent many of my early 20s in the “Gentlemen’s Club”. Most were about getting money. Most sould calculate how many dances would get them something that they wanted or needed. “15 dances gets me these boots that I saw, 10 pay for daycare, etc” Keep in mind at the Gentlemen’s Club the dances were $10 and 15 dances equalled 150.00.
Most were actually scared of getting robbed themselves. Everyday is payday for most of them.
*EVERYDAY is like payday for them since they get CASH tips most days that they work. *

From the out and out “getting bills paid” to the “letting-the-homeboys-know-where-we’ll-be”, to even smash and grabs at the nice house he took her back too.
All in the name of getting money. So I don’t put nothing past ‘em. None of ‘em, dancer or not.
@Truth
That the Federal Reserve was established was in response to the different states, cities, counties, families having different currencies.
The idea of a “central bank” had been floated since Andrew Jackson’s days. But the individual banks in the those times lobbied hard against it.
The role of the Fed is for setting a standard currency. The debate about the gold standard I’d be happy to have with you, but unless you want Truth’s Bucks to not be accepted by The Gentleman’s Club not be transferrable and only have value to you, then have at it.
But, the Fed doesn’t even print the money, they set policy. The Secret Service prints and protect the actual currency under the auspicies of US Department of the Treasury.

Im also laughing at Michigan. Losing to Ohio State, Mich State, ND all in one year.
I expected Michigan to have a bad season. They didn’t have the personnel to run Rich Rodriguez’s offense. I only predicted that they would win 1 game this season know that they were changing systems and Rich Rodriguez didn’t get the prize recruit that he was seeking to run his offense (Terrell Pryor). Terrell is now running Ohio State’s Offense.
It was like Michigan took a knife to a gunfight. It wasn’t even fair this season to even judge them.

Dan so not true. The government gives the feds a treasury bond and the feds then instruct the printers to fire up the presses.
The issue of multiple currencies had long been solved when the Fed Reserve Act was passed in 1913 and the secret service has nothing to do with the printing of money.
The US contsitution forbids a central bank.

Some places are $5 dance places such as the Blue Flame.
If you go into the VIP the price really jumps up, but I’ve never done that. So I don’t know what that costs. Back in the day it was like a fee to get a room in the VIP and the dances were like $20.00 per song. It could easily run into hundreds of dollars. I saw the logs and such. There were women making most of their money in there.
Angie
You’d be surprised. Magic City seems to have more women in there when I go. (which is like 2-3 times per year). They buy dances and go into the little VIP area.
Guys are much more stingy with our money when we are in the club than you think. I’ve seen more women “make it rain” than men.

PG, that’s simply amazing to me. I always thought the prices were higher. You gotta clear a lot of volume with those prices. LOL. I hope their pole game is tight then! LOL
Though I’ve seen those documentaries on HBO and those chicks are selling their bodies for bargain rates too, so I guess I’m not really surprised.

Never said I didn’t get it. I often promote that “line of work” to women. It’s a two way street, she get money, guys (that go) get fantasies fulfilled.
@ARed
I’m just saying. Besides, there are states (Alabama) with no nudity, you just have to work extra hard.
In TX, the ladies are topless where alcohol is served and nekked where it’s BYOB.
Besides, most dancers drive across town to work. Nobody knows them there anyway.
But, as always do you, just throwin’ it out there?
@Truth
No where in the Constitution is a central bank prohibited.
Treasury Bills are how the US is financied (See China).
And the Secret Service does have responsibility for money as a part of the Department of the Treasury.
That’s who they work for

I don’t promote stripping, but I don’t promote welfare either.
Therefore, as long as it is legal, I ain’t trying to stop someone from taking care of themselves and their families.

By Conspiracy Theorist

Truth The Fed doesn’t produce money; it controls the amount of money in the system by expansion or contraction of monetary policy. Those are two different things. Congress has the power to coin money and it also has the power to make new laws as deemed necessary and proper to execute their power, including creating entities that can print money.
