Crime & Punishment

Someone broke though a wall and entered a nude-dance club at 6420 Roswell Road and took an unknown amount of money as well as damaged the ATM machine, cigarette, and the G-string machine. A television was stolen. Yes, a G-string machine.

Writing a good robbery note A man walked into a hotel on Peachtree Dunwoody Road and handed a note to the clerk that read “Hand over the register.” The clerk said he didn’t understand the note but thought the man meant for him to hand over the register drawer. The clerk refused and walked away from the man and into an office. He said the man pulled out a white bag with his hand inside it as if he had a gun. The suspect then fled the location.

Tip: If you’re going to rob someone you need to be clear what it is you want. You can’t demand the register. It’s too heavy and will cause a lot of commotion. You need to take your time and write clearly on the note, making sure you press down hard with your thumb when you write it as not to allow the paper to slide around. After you present the note, just leave it. You won’t need it after that anyway.

Shoplifting series

Part I A 26-year old man was arrested for shoplifting at Target on Johnson Ferry Road after placing CD in his pants and attempting to walk out without paying.

Part 2 A 23-year old male was arrested at the same Target after he hid four CD’s in his pants and attempted to leave the store without paying.

Part 3 A 42-year old man was arrested at Publix on Hammond Drive after he took two-24-packs of beer and walked right past the checkout area. He did not put the beer down his pants. He was followed. He tried to run. But beer weighs you down, so they caught him and he was sent to jail.

Mr. Rose: I just wish to let you know that I have read Mr. Lynch’s book (Dirty Justice who Killed Mommy) and think the Dekalb County Police should respond to his allegations which are many. Mr. Lynch has listed dates, times, places, and names of people that I have come across and think he is telling the truth concerning wrong-doing that he experienced. After reading the AJC story about the Officers in Atlanta who lied to obtain a no knock warrant that resulted in the killing of Mrs. Johnson, I think we citizens need to question our law officials when allegation are presented.

Hey Chris—WTF—you have to be kidding me about that crap! That dude has polluted the AJC blogs with his mess. There is a legal system in place and those who abide by the law and live right never seem to have a problem with it…Those folks who always cry foul always seem to have less than normal stable lives and are always shady…even in how this freak went about self promotion was abhorant…there is a right and wrong way to do things and whatever this mans issue is he more than likely got there on his own accord and is not handling it correctly…the last thing we need now is a cheerleader for the criminal!

Back when I lived in Chicago, one our local anchors did a “Stupid Criminal” bit at the end of the news every weeknight. Someone really needs to pick that up here. My all time favorite was the guy who was running from the police and jumped a fence to get away. Unfortunately for him, it was the fence enclosing Cook County Jail!

Mr. Rose: Please allow me to respond to the many people like Hunter, and ShutTheFup. There are many people who think that law enforcement officials are beyond fault, until they have a bad experience.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I wish to introduce to a passage written by one of the most notable authors in America. His books were so instrumental in my fight for justice. Mr. John Grisom, attorney, and best selling author stated in his newly released nonfiction book titled, "The Innocent Man." "Wrongful conviction occur every month in every state in this country, and the reason are all varied and all the same, bad police work, junk science, faulty eyewitness identification, bad defense lawyers, lazy prosecutors, arrogant prosecutors." The citizens and jurors trust their authorities to behave properly, when they don’t the result are taxpayers cover the cost of lawsuits, and innocent people suffer! People, I never stated I was a law-abided citizen, but what did my wife and children do. If I don't push to get justice for them than who will? Please someone answer this question!

Funny stuff.

BTW - “ATM” already means “Automatic Teller Machine”. So, saying “ATM Machine” is redundant. :))))

Kinda like “PIN number”. (hint: the “N” in “PIN” already means “number”)

Hey Lynch you shady dumb a$$ Grisom rights fiction, same as you. Face facts you sorry piece of trash, if you are living right you will have no issues with law enforcement, DFACS or any other agency that the PEOPLE have put in place to control animals like you and yours. You are annoying, pitiful and refuse to accept any responsibility for your actions…You reap what you sow…You deserve no sympathy and are simply trying to find a way to get something without working for it…Deal with your own crap and quit forcing your problems on others expecting them to clean up your friggin mess…You obviously are not and do not live right!

Maybe the “suspect” at the Publix should have gotten Bud Light; probably would have weighed him down less.

Georgians: Today I read the story in the AJC concerning Mr. Willie O. “Pete” Williams who served almost 22 years in a Georgia prison for a crime he did not commit, and went into a Fulton County courtroom Tuesday morning to clear his record, along with his name. I just want to know must someone be wrongly accused and incarcerated for years and later after their live has been wasted that someone notice an injustice has occurred. I wrote a book that gives people insight into an inept police investigation of the DeKalb County, Major Felony Unit and list official’s names. My life has been threatened several times if I were to return to Georgia to inform the public about the injustice that has befallen my family. I’ve decided to return Georgia and promote my story “Dirty Justice-Who Killed Mommy.” I’m quite sure there are others who had there rights violated! Review my tragedy @ www.kllundypublishingllc.com

ShutTheFup: You should take your own advise and shut the F_ _ _ Up. It’s clear that you have no social skills and no one would listen to anything you have to say because of your low self worth to society. I’m attempting to bring information to the public that can change the way citizens are treated by our officials. I remember when one woman decided not to give up her seat on a city bus and was arrested. Her actions began a change in our nation. Nothing will change if our society has people who think like your self. Please read! and learn! www.kllundypublishingllc.com

Hey Skank Lynch, How dare you compare yourself to the great Rosa Parks. She fought for rights, you seek to abuse a system that put your criminal butt in its place. I have done my own research and you are nothing but a petty thug who was correctly corrected by law enforcement. I nor anyone else has seen any merit to your claims. You simply refuse to accept the fact that your life got you your just deserts. Again law abiding citizens don’t have these issues with the law, the only people who cry foul are those on the wrong side of the law as you are. You are seeking to exploit your family and the law to make money, you are a poor excuse for a man, you have not business near children, you should be in jail and you disgust those of us who live right
