You have to be kidding me! This stuff maked the news but bounty hunters biting people and breaking the law doesn’t! The fact that the Gwinnett County police department refuses to investigate a police report filed by a law abiding citizen against a bailbondsman that is know to have anger management problems, stole over $500.oo in personal property and did not give appropriate notice to the local police department and no one will touch this guy???? Everyone is talking about petty crime when you have people out there that are above the law? Please!! What is this world coming to? It’s the people that are suppose to uphold the law that are breaking the law. Give me a break!

Melissa, You need to lighten up. As someone who knows first hand the story you are telling, “little brother” was not entirely without fault. When you run from the bounty hunter, you get what you get. I already know that you could have paid the bond off if you had opted to do that. You opted not to. How may times have the bounty hunters had to hunt him down? You really are nuts!!

DEAR MR. BANKSTOLICIOUS, I NEVER SAID THAT MY LITTLE BROTHER WAS NOT AT FAULT. THIS IS ABOUT THE LAW. BOUNTY HUNTERS IN THE STATE OF GA ARE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS AS UNIFORM POLICE OFFICERS. THEY ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW! UNFORTUNATELY THE LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONELL ARE UNAWARE OF THE LAWS PERTAINING TO BOUNTY HUNTERS. TOO BAD FOR THE GWINNETT CITIZENS AND THEIR TAX DOLLARS. HOWEVER, BOUNTY HUNTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STEAL PERSONAL PROPERTY. ANYTHING OVER $500.00 IS A FELONY NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE! BITING PEOPLE IS NOT CONSIDERED REASONABLE UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. IF ANYTHING….IT IS BEYOND STUPID WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC AND DISEASES.

DEAR MARIE, I AM GLAD THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO LAUGH. I WOULD LAUGH TOO. UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS MY LITTLE BROTHER. IT IS REALLY SAD THAT THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM HAS BECOME SO BARBARIC! I FIND THE COMMENTS BY, WHAT THE HECK TO BE VERY AMUSING BUT ULTIMATELY VERY SAD. I HOPE THAT MR WHAT THE HECK NEVER FINDS HIS LOVED ONE IN THE SAME SITUATION. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON’T HAVE ALL THE FACTS. REGARDLESS, PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE TREATED AS HUMAN BEINGS NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE. GOD CREATED US ALL EQUAL AND WITHOUT SIN! I AM GOING TO HAVE FAITH IN GOD THAT HE TAKES CONTROL OF THIS SITUATION. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

It’s hard for me to understand how these Bounty Hunters can get away with things that our own police can’t. It seems as if we are in the Wild West!!! The laws defiantly need to be changed where the Bounty Hunters are concern.
