Crime & Punishment
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Police were called to an apartment after a woman and man said that a man known as “Dizz” hit her in the face and later fired a gun in the apartment. The officers found no shell casings. Dizz had been living with them but they kicked him out because they suspected that he stole some of her prescription medicine. Dizz left and said he was coming back with his “crew.” You see, bad guys now have gone beyond entourage and posses. Now they have crews.
Landing a fake physical A man used a fake name when he went for his physical. The doctor’s office was contacted by Pickens County investigators and told the man has done this at several other doctor offices. Apparently the man likes to solicit sexual favors at the office. He says his name is John Neal and he’s a pilot. Now there are probably a lot of John Neals out there so don’t assume that they are this bad guy. Remember that this John Neal says he’s a pilot so those other John Neals, the ones who say they’re astronauts, lumberjacks, rocket scientists, police lieutenants, television game-show hosts, college professors specializing in human sexual behavior, toll booth clerks, pro football players, and urinal attendants, well they’re okay.
Speed counts The victim had her purse in her shopping cart and when she arrived at her car in the 4900 block of Roswell Road, she put some of the items in the car. When she turned around, the purse was gone. When she reported the credit cards missing, she was told the cards had already been used in Marietta. First, this location is known for occasional purse thefts. Watch your stuff like a hawk. Secondly, if you should have any credit cards stolen, report them as soon as possible.
A shoe-in for arrest A 22-year old man was arrested for shoplifting after he tried to steal a pair of shoes one shoe at a time from Marshall’s on Roswell Road. He concealed one, walked out and then returned to take the second one out. He was chased out the door by the loss-prevention guy but he got away. Unfortunately, the bad guy left his car parked in the lot directly in front of the store. The officer called a tow truck and just when they were about to hook it, the man came back saying “I did it.” He was arrested.
Power walking to jail A patrol officer saw a 32-year old man walking down the middle of Peachtree Dunwoody Road. The man appeared to be intoxicated. The officer arrested the man because if you’re drunk and walk down the middle of the road you get arrested. The man told the officer that he was an idiot because the officer’s mother and father were idiots therefore he must be an idiot. The man also professed his wealth and power to the officer, telling him that he was a very powerful man and thus the end of the officer’s career was at hand. The powerful and wealthy drunk genealogy expert was taken to jail.

Please help me understand - why are purses left in shopping carts??? I shop at Kroger on Hammond and shake my head every time I pass a cart and a purse is resting, wide open, waiting for a thief to come by and grab the wallet or the whole purse. The owner of the purse is usually looking for an item on the shelf with her back to the cart. It only takes a second.
Ladies - WAKE UP!!! You are a theft waiting to happen. Not only can they get away with your purse, but your car keys, credit cards, Driver’s License (which conveniently displays your home address) and house keys.
Stop making yourself such an easy target of a convenience theft!

I don’t get it. The guy gets a physical a “solicits” sexual favors? You mean he asks someone for sex? That’s a crime? Just damn, I’m a repeat offender, I ask my wife every night………….. probably with the same results Mr. Neal gets…….. none………

Mind-you-own-business-lession#3:after I guarded her unattended purse in the dairy aisle, the lady got irate when I told her she should be more careful.

I was leaving a liqour store from the back entrance, far away from the counter at the front. A couple pulled up in their car and they both get out and go into the store. I look over and see two girls in the back seat probably 6 and 8 years old.
I could have jacked them kids in under 10 seconds. Some people are just plan stupid.

Felonious Physicals? Then I have a (medical) record as long as my arm.
You see, I have a beautiful, sexy, wonderfully-endowed woman doctor. My annual physical is the highlight of my year.
I dream about it for months afterwards, when even the snap of rubber gloves can still bring me to attention.
I’ve learned to love doggy-style foreplay. I think about baseball the entire time to fool the electrocardiogram, (and the doctor).
I’ve never been able to drive home from a physical without rolling all the windows down and using the windshield wiper as a cold shower on my face.

A very elderly female acquaintance once saw a man calmly walking down the middle of the road at night, probably drunk, but with a twist: he was stark naked. When asked to describe him, she couldn’t think what to say. She couldn’t very well describe his clothing! So someone said, “Well, what color was his hair?” She replied, “I’m not sure, but it was curly!” I still think of her and laugh whenever I hear of someone walking in middle of the road.

I was at Kroger over the weekend with my husband. A lady and her husband were very irate with one of the Kroger clerks for taking her unattended purse (left in the child seat of the cart) and putting it behind the counter in customer service.
2 Lessons: 1 - the clerks and staff at the grocery store DO care 2 - it’s never your fault when you’re an idiot

I’m guilty of the purse thing. I once left my purse in a cart at Kroger (it’s always Kroger, isn’t it) and actually returned the cart with my purse in it! Thank God an honest person saw me do it. I’m a little more careful now, but I still tend to put my purse in my cart for a minute when I have to lift 25 pound bags of cat litter from a bottom shelf.

Ladies, just take the extra 5 seconds to close your purse and secure it in the cart with the seatbelt that is provided. Obviously it may not stop a determined thief from trying to take it, but he/she will either give up when they find out it is not easy to pick up or get caught in the act!

I for one, would like to read about the citizens of Georgia make statements in this section concerning police corruption, misconduct, lawlessness; and why we allow those who are sworn to up hold the laws of our nation to get away cheaply when caught breaking their oath. My name is Keith Lynch and for several months I have been launching a crusade concerning the afterforemention. My book titled “Dirty Justice-Who Killed Mommy” has revealed the names of law enforcement and public officials supplied with documentation, which supports the travesty of justice they had committed against my family and me. Please log onto www.kllundypublishingllc.com and review what they have done! E-mail Reporter, David Simpson of the Atlanta Journal @dsimpson@ajc.com and ask that he report investigated me story?

I had a physical this week and I couldn’t even find anything that remotly turned me on until the doc waived the co-pay. I got an e-mail today from our call center about a man who went into one of the massage spas and then got offended when they tried to solicit sex. He called and said we should do something about it. What part of the spa thing didn’t he get? My theory? He got caught in the spa and he’s trying to cover his backside! Yessir! Right Fred?? Meanwhile you and i are…well we’re on this damn computer.

As for the the guy walking down P’tree Dunwoody smashed….who’s the idiot? go figure. I guess money can’t buy you common sense (and that’s if he is as powerful as he states in a druck’n stuper).
This guy is a sad story. I knew when I read it that it was a “special” childhood friend I have known for most of my life. This was his second arrest this year for public drunk. He says it was the same officer both times. Last time he was panhandling outside of the American Pie around close.
This guy has also been stabbed/robbed this year a couple of times stumbling home from bars in Sandy Springs. He has been banned from any bar within a reasonable walking distance of his apartment so he is forced to go much further then any of us can imagine walking for a beer.
Before you call him names he was hurt critically in a car accident about 10 years ago. It was his own fault but he has never been stable in any way sense after he got out of a coma. He has had endless run ins with the law, most over alcohol. I would say his mental age after the accident and the endless drinking is in the 10-13 year old range although I am certainly no expert.
I hope that whatever comes out of this case gets him help. He refuses to see what he is doing to himself. I guess he doesn’t have anything else to do. He certainly needs for the state or his parents to take him on and if needed to commit him.
I certainly am not anti alcohol, don’t read it like that. The facts here are pretty clear. He needs help and it may only take time in an institution to get it.
I don’t talk to him anymore. I only called him to make sure this was him and it was. I live across the country now so I am of no help.

Mardi, that was no fantasy. My doctor really is a babe, a ten, and I’m sorry, but I’m not gay. I never get to be naked in front of a pretty woman ever. (I’m married).
In fact the only time I’m naked in front of my wife is when we take advantage of the two for one special offer for physicals at the free clinic in Smyrna. I can never get THOSE dirty pictures out of my head, either.
I need someone to step forward and rescue me from my marriage.

I would like to thank honest police officials, who serve and protect citizens to the best of their ability, but there are corrupt officers and their actions overshadow the work of the good cops. The officer’s actions in the death of the elderly woman in Atlanta are just one of many examples. I really hate to say the law enforcement has become a necessary evil! My book Dirty Justice reveals the names and action and travesty of justice that has befallen my family in Dekalb County, Decatur, Georgia. I’ve placed the State of Georgia on trail and not one official from the state said that I’m lying. I wonder why? Let The Truth Be Told. Review @ www.kllundypublishingllc.com

Keith - Interesting that you use the term “Let the truth be told,” then mention the killing of the woman. Apparently you have inside information as obviously all of the facts have not come out yet. Perhaps you meant the “truth” that is based on assumptions? Which “trail” did you put the State of Georgia on? The Trail of Tears? Appalachian Trail? If I post here that you are an idiot, and no one tell me I am lying, does that make it true?
