Crime, Punishment & Reward

A man robbed the Suntrust Bank inside the Publix Grocery Market at 1100 Hammond Drive on Monday. The man, about 5-10 and 200 lbs, produced a note and left with over $2000 in cash. The same man is believed to have robbed another Suntrust inside a Publix on the 19th in east Cobb County.

We would really like to catch this bank robber. Here’s the deal. I will personally treat you to a Ruth’s Chris steak dinner if you can provide the information on the suspect leading to his arrest! Get out there and look around. The last hint we had was possibly in the Athens, Ga. He could be coming in from out of town, doing the robbery, and then leaving back out. Remember-steak dinner!

Another man tried his luck at bank robbery when he tried to withdraw funds from his account at the Wachovia on Glenridge Point. After being told that he didn’t have the funds to withdraw, he made some comments about the money in the teller’s drawer and then walked outside, called 911, and threatened to rob the bank. He was arrested minutes later.

Microwave S’mores?

A 20-year old man was arrested after an officer saw him walking out of a wooded area around 1 a.m. The man was carrying a microwave. The man said he found the microwave in the woods. The officer was somewhat skeptical and later found that the man had burglarized a building on the campus of North Springs High School. The man, who lives next to the school, was arrested. Why did this man say he found the microwave oven in the woods at 1 a.m.? You see, many criminals, when caught, often try to invent magical places, often invisible, where they can run to. Many believe that magical fairies leave money, drugs, and often kitchen appliances nearby them or in their cars just before the police pull them over.
