Getting home a trick for some

Getting home will more trick than treat for some Halloween motorists who will have to find their way around accidents and lane closures.
In Clayton County, downed power lines along eastbound and westbound State Road 138 at State Road 314 has two right lanes closed until 5:30 p.m.
An accident has northbound and southbound State Road 279 at eastbound State Road 138 closed until just after 7 p.m.
Authorities expect to clean up an accident in Fulton County on northbound I-75 at Aviation Blvd before 5 p.m.
A three-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer on I-285 east between I-85 south and I-85 north in DeKalb County already is clear.
Otherwise, traffic appears to be at normal volumes as the traditional start of rush hour heats up.
