Traffic flowing so far despite a few obstacles

Halloween accidents threaten to cause delays for motorist rushing home to celebrate the holiday.
A crash on State Road 276 at State Road 138 eastbound in Fulton County has all lanes blocked until just after 7 p.m.
Also in Fulton, a stalled vehicle on a ramp from Roswell Road to I-285 east is expected to be cleared shortly.
In DeKalb, authorities expect to reopen a closed right lane at about 4 p.m. on I-285 east where three vehicles, including a tractor trailor, collided between I-85 south and I-85 north.
Despite the scattered accidents, most roads remain clear and traffic smooth flowing around metro Atlanta.
