Halloween traffic flow not scary—yet!

Halloween traffic remains calm on side roads ad major interstates but could become more congested as parents hurry home for trick or treating. That and the end of daylight savings time could prompt an earlier rush hour than normal.
State Department of Transportation officials urge motorist to be cautious and take alternative routes when possible.
