T’is the day we call Christmas yet gloom fills the land, things haven’t been going exactly as planned.
The news pages are full of jobs disappearing, CEO profiteering, Illinois racketeering.
Detroit is collapsing, the Earth overheating, and our 401(k)s are taking a beating.
So I started to wonder what solace to offer to those who are stuck with naught in the coffer,
to those who are threatened with pending foreclosure, to those having trouble just keeping composure.
How might I cheer the sad and the cranky? (I can’t hand out billions; I’m no Ben Bernanke.)
At first I decided that since I’m a writer, trying to make this holiday brighter,
I should write something grand, something stirring and gallant. Well I tried and I tried, but I haven’t the talent
to summon the words that might sound inspired to the worried, the poor and the recently fired.
I’ll defer to Obama, or the Rev. Joe Lowery to encourage with rhetoric lofty and flowery.
Instead, I decided, until the inaugural to try to raise cheer with very bad doggerel.
’Cause the grim have to grin, the glum have to smile, if you rhyme about nonsense but do it in style.
I mean, really, you’d have to be utterly sour, like someone just tortured at the hands of Jack Bauer
not to laugh at this clown who thinks “Sarah Palin” rhymes — in a way — with the phrase “para-sailin’.
Me and my puns — you couldn’t resist us. If you cracked a smile, then … Merry Christmas.

Amnesty International has issued an urgent appeal calling on its members to write letters to the Republic of Iran asking them not to stone seven women. Under Shari’a law, a prisoner is buried up to her breast, her hands restrained. Rules also specify the size of the stones which can be thrown so that death is painful and not imminent.

This is actually a huge blow to ole Fitzy Goody 2 Shoews and Chief suck up to Judge Amy St. Eves (ex Watergate assistant prosecutor and one of 4 Ex Watergate prosecutors to “mount” the federal bench courtesy of Lil Bushie) because
1) Obama is doing everything he can to protect Emanuel and Jarrett from publicity although they have no criminal liability
2) This will force Fitzy to expose a good deal of his witness testimony and case in a premature etrialulation before the actual trial if Blago doesn’t cop a plea.
This will allow Blago and his attorneys to control some of the pretrial publicity that the Wingnuts and the feverish and stupid press dote on each faction wearing a tinfoil hat.
I can’t really say (given Fitz’s unbridled tromping on federal pre-trial rules for publicity in the Northern District of Illinois and in all 94 District Courts with no Northern District of Illinois judge with the guts (word scrubbed here) to sanction him) that I won’t enjoy this Blago strategy to answer Fitz’s pretrial attempt to poison the jury pool blitz.
While Obama, JX3, and Jarrett aren’t targets, or even any significant part of DOJ’s evidence, this will help Blago publicity wise and the press in their consummate stupidity, particularly the two very conservative Chicago newspapers will play right into Blago’s hands during this meme.
Go Blago—make ‘em squirm with their kill the pig frothing at the mouth and show Fitz he isn’t the only empressario of pre-trial hype and pub.
I can afford the popcorn in this economy—I think.

Again the challenge always stands for the delusional, derranged, and dirilect:
I know you Wingnuts aren’t conversant with the literature where Harvard (that Yankee pinko commie school studied the US elections all the way back to the turn of the century and could only uncover a handful of cases of actual voter fraud.
So let’s make the challenge clear and if you didn’t get the Board game under your Christmas tree or Hanukkah Kwanza Bush you can play along with Karen Handel’s attorney where she is wasting your tax money hiring outside counsel from the pitiful Georgia AG’s office. Handel’s counsel has been ordered to produce evidence of the bullsh*t AJC/DNC references.
In other words, instead of merrily using a keyboard and mouse where there are no consequences Handel’s attorney Mark Cohen has been ordered to produce all evidence Handel claims is the raisnon d’etre for the Voter ID law. Thus far, he has not produced such evidence and his time is running out in the Eleventh Circuit. I’m sure he could use the Wingnutia braintruswt’s help over at Sutherland Ashbill so…
I’m still waiting to see the evidence. Sputtering that Chad’s a negative pr*ck will not get ‘er done goshdarnit.
2) Fitz, now being boxed into a corner by Blago’s lawyers move to put on a mini trial at the Chicago Impeachment Commitee needs your help. Fitz cannot find any evicence of involvement of any member of Obama’s transition team in wrong doing. And it’s hardly because he stopped wiretappin’ too early. Ole boy face Fitz is still wiretappin’. Fitz not only couldn’t find evidence to implicate the Obama team, he’s not even looking anymore.
So no doubt he needs all the help he can get from you Wingnut amatuer lawyuhs who have seen a few trials on TV—maybe Judge Judy or Judge Hatchett or Judge Piro (while DA Pirro claimed although she tracked money in cases day in and day out for years she couldn’t track her own expenses where she was buying things that ccost 10 times her and her husband’s combined salary). Pirro’s husband Al took the fall there after fathering a daugher with his mistress (the Republican concept of a noo cloo ar family).
Again the homework assignment is
1) evidence of voter fraud to help Handel’s now boxed in lawyer Mark Cohen out 2) evidence of wrong doing by Jarrett or Emanuel or anyone else in the Obama administration with reference to Blago.
Talking to Blago does not violate any section any code mentioned in this complaint.
Here’s the complaint to make it easy for you Wingnuts. So far I haven’t seen a nanoscintilla of evidence here of 1) voter fraud in Georgia 2) violation of any US Code section either in Fitz’s complaint linked below or not included in the complaint.
Are the Wingnuts here just incurious legally or is it that you can huff and puff until you have facts to back up your wild, crazy and delusional claims and your nutty poems AJC?
AJC/DNC in particular has been legally challenged in presenting evidence in these two cases. Somoene help him out.

AJC thinks it’s cute but listed allegations not yet proven in a court of law for the incurious and uneducated.
I thought it might provide balance if I listed actual convictions of Republican members of Congress who are now in prison or indictments with convictions of Republicans pending sentencing. You would need about 5 Marta Trains to transport all of them to their BOP (federal prison) designated slab of concrete where they will be living for years.

After all the hot air and 3 grade level rhymes, AJC/DNC cannot produce a shred of evidence that implicates the Obama administration in the complaint (but no indictment yet) against Blago/Harris.
After all the hot air and 3 grade level rhetoric, AJC/DNC cannot produce a shred of evidence that Accorn or anyone else has stolen or defrauded the ballot box in Senator Franken’s win.
After all the hot air and 3 grade level rhetoric, AJC/DNC’s fraudulent claim that there is voter fraud in Georgia has actually been called by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals who have ordered Handel through her attorney to produce any evidence of alleged voter fraud in the case where she has been sued. To this second, Handel has produced not a scintilla of evidence, and more importantly has not complied with Judge Birch’s order. Little Hint: Refusing to comply with a “minute” order issued by a federal circuit court of appeals has never resulted in a win for the violator, in this case one Karen Handel.
Handel was also informed last week she still remains in violation of what the 3 judge panel ordered her to do to comply with the requirements of the Voting Rights Section of the US DOJ. Handel has not lifted a finger to comply with this court order as well.
Behind bars for contempt is not the place for Handel to launch a campaign to be governor, although if you watched her walk into the courtroom a few weeks ago, in the case she lost in the Northern District of Georgia, she could stand to lose considerable weight on a prison exercise program.
She has a butt that would put J-Lo to shame and could be used to block for Falcons running back Michael Turner.

I can’t believe the continued stupidity exhibited by AJC/DNC. Fitz was taping all calls from the Obama camp, all calls from Blago, and just about everything that eminated from Illinois including the escort services his companions in the US Attorneys office int he ND Illinois patronized for years. If there had been any pay for play on the part of Obama or Emanuel or Jarrett or anyone else, Fitz would have gone after them like a heat seeking missle. To childishly pout if only Fitzgerald would have waited one more day and one more day and one more day there would have been incriminating tape evidence is beyond moronic.
Get your mommy to explain what the context is when on the snippets and that’s all we have so far that we do have when Blago essentially says “Obama was a motherf*cker because he wouldn’t pay to play” that’s just what he means.
Only the most stupid individual could so underestimate Obama or Emanuel or Jarrett to think that they would have had any part of paying for a p** ant Senate seat from Illinois and we have them here in spades but I’m nominating AJC/DNC for one of the most stupid individuals I’ve seen in many a year.
Obama has had a pretty good couple years. He’s gone from the Senate in four to the White House. A large group of people couldn’t get fromt the Senate in 30 years to the White House who wanted to on both sides of the aisle.
AJC, taking sstupid to new levels is postulating that somehow there was collusion between Fitz and Obama (unf*cking believable) and that Fitz warned Obama off or cut the taping short to protect Obvama. Fitz has taken down two previous governors. During those cases he used meticulous cases built over five years. That’s Fitz’s style. Fitz is absolutely continuing his wiretapping and investigation and it’s made all that much easeir by the warrantless wiretapping carried on by this adminstratioo we’re ab out to boot the hell out.
If it gets you off you can keep composing those 3rd grade level ditties, but they continue to reenforce your paranoid tone and meme which is that when Republicans lose elections Dems steal them (LOL after Florida and the Supreme Court 5-4 with law clerks having recounted the entire events in Vanity Fair and p** off the Justices—which of course you didn’t read).
When the Obmaa adminstration isn’t implicated in a potential scandal of pay for play about which none of us knows much yet, then their’s colluision on the part of Pat Fitz with Obama is your meme—and that’s beyond stupid.

The FBI affidavit said Blagojevich had been told by an adviser “the President-elect can get ROD BLAGOJEVICH’s wife on paid corporate boards in exchange for naming the President-elect’s pick to the Senate.”
Told by two other advisers he has to “suck it up” for two years, the FBI says it heard Blagojevich complain he has to give this “motherfer [the President-elect] his Senator. F him. For nothing? F him.”

It’s an obvious move for Blago. But only the simple minded think it has any legal liability for Obama, Jarrett, or Rahm.
Fitz has done what he always does that even the corporal agrees is outrageous and frankly diminishes his luster. In every high profile case Fitz violates the Rules of every district court outlined for pretrial publicity. Blago’s lawyers wnat to get their spin into the jury pool.
Blago’s lawyers want to get some control of the runaway publicity train that has idiots here like AJC/DNC composing 3rd grade poems that document their continual masturbation over all things Blago.
As I discussed previously, last night to be exact, Blago’s lawyers have requested but cannot command Barbara Currie, the State Senate Impeachment Chairman to subpoena Vallerrie Jarrett and Rahm Emanuel. Any idiot knows the Obama team and any incoming administration would like to keep them out of a state government impeachment proceeding, but not because of why you think.
Emanuel, and Jarrett are de minimus and probably have no role as evidence for Fitz. But their testimony in the impeachment proceeding could spill some of Fitz’s case prior to trial. Blago’s lawyers wnat to subpona JJJ as well.
The media pundits and JJJ claim he’s been snitching for everyone and their brother and on everyone and their brother for years. I have no idea and don’t much care. JJJ doesn’t impact the Obama team one whit and he’s not a Fitz target despite the frothing of the mouth over “5” in the federal complaint.
If anyone thinks and some morons here do, that JJJ, Jarrett, or Rahm, are key parts of Fitzie’s case, then one good choice you made in your life was to stay the f*ck away from law school, or even if you wwent, from criminal trial practice.
Right now Fitzie has two components of a downside that his case is being exposed before he does an opening statement.
1) This impeachment trial. Again there is no guarantee that the committee will subpoena Emanuel or Jarrett, but if they do so , the Obama team can follow the precedents of an administration you’ve hearsd of and stuff Barbara Currie’s subpoena with an executive privilege claim just like Addington, Cheney, Rove, and Bushie and countelss others in that administration—Harriett Birdbrain, and Josh Bolten to name two others.
The litigation over that should take long enough for your great grand children to have some more babies, and Bristol Palin to become a grandma.
But thanks for the heads up—I follow the Blago trial a little—but it’s just not that interesting to me aside from Fitz’s having painted himself into a corner with a few days left to go to return an indictment or face a major f*ckup for a federal prosecution which would be a rare probable cause hearing forcing Fitz to spill a considerable part of his trial strategy.

Let’s wake you up. The reason for voter ID doesn’t inconvenience me because I have a driver’s license with me personally, but is difficult for some people at all times.
The rationale for it has been to prevent voter fraud which is a myth her in Georgia and nationally.
And to get you very focused you have your chance now to do something about your claim.
As I’ve said about 30-eleventy times, there is a case being littigated against Handel and the state by Emmet Bondourant of Mixon, Elmore, and Bondourant. Handel is being represented by Mark Cohen at a billable rate much higher than our taxes pay to fund the AG’s office who had been representing her in all the other Voting Rights litigation.
So if you believe you have any evidence of voter fraud (I never talked about the newspaper I meant the birdbrain that calls itself AJC and writes stupid little poems documenting its delusional fantasies) you have the perfect opportunity now to help your Secretary of State because her big butt is in a jam.
She is involved in a case in which the Voter ID is challenged. It’s in the Eleventh Circuit CA. And she has been ordered to produce evidence of voter fraud and when I saw Birch’s order I went out and got some popcorn. Handel has been claiming for years that she needs voter ID to protect against a substnative amount of voter fraud as have wingnuts like the ones here and Jim Wooten one of the goofies people whose ideas I’ve had the pain of seeing.

All of you who think there is rampant or any voter fraud, now’s your frigging chance. Handel has been ordered to produce evidence of it in the Eleventh Circuit Case. Fitz isn’t targeting anyone on Obama’s team because he has no evidence nor reason to. And if Fitz isn’t careful, he could lose this case strange as it seems to you.
