Five indicted in Blackwater shooting spree

This is pretty big, and pretty surprising too.

From the AP:

“Five Blackwater Worldwide security guards have been indicted and a sixth was negotiating a plea with prosecutors for a 2007 shooting that left 17 Iraqis dead and became an anti-American rallying cry for insurgents, people close to the case said Friday.

Six guards have been under investigation since a convoy of heavily armed Blackwater contractors opened fire in a crowded Baghdad intersection on Sept. 16, 2007. Witnesses say the shooting was unprovoked but Blackwater, hired by the State Department to guard U.S. diplomats, says its guards were ambushed by insurgents while responding to a car bombing.

Young children were among the victims and the shooting strained relations between the U.S. and Iraq. Following the shooting, Blackwater became the subject of congressional hearings in Washington and insurgent propaganda videos in Iraq.

The exact charges in the indictment were unclear, but the Justice Department has been considering manslaughter and assault charges against the guards for weeks. Prosecutors have also been considering bringing charges under a law, passed as part of a 1988 drug bill, that carries a mandatory 30-year prison sentence for using a machine gun in a crime of violence.”

If crimes were committed punish the perpetrators.

Until proven however, I’m going to have to consider this another smear by democrats and/or bureaucratic prosecutors.

Blackwater has the same connotation as Haliburton since both companies do their jobs so well and are hated by the left.

Democrats detest efficiency in the private sector.

1) I hope the truth comes out and justice is done whatever it is.

2) Remember when all of those Marines were guilty per Murtha and “I think” they have all been acquitted or charges dropped. Correct me if I am wrong.

3) Why anyone in their right mind would want to be over there with Blackwater right now is beyond me. Let the U.S. Military handle it.

4) However, with the new ridiculous rules our government agreed to (including having to have a search warrant to go after terrorists in a war zone) why someone would want to be over there serving in the U.S. Military is beyond me.

P.S. I don’t remember having to get a search warrant while assaulting NVA bunkers ……….

Why would a private security detail for state department diplomats “respond” to a car bombing?

Yes, the indictment is partially — but definitely — political. And they did shoot up the intersection, that much was widely reported at the time and even admitted by the people doing the shooting. So their guilt/innocence is going to come down to “extenuating circumstances”.

And the people who decided to “outsource” much of our war support to private security firms like Blackwater need to be impeached/recalled/fired, depending on how they got into the position to make the decision. They created the situation for this to happen.

Ok, that last part is sincerely doubtful. Those people are too highly connected for that and will make sure the blame stops well before it gets to that level.

A pardon, of course, is an admission of guilt. If Bushie pardons this guys, expect iraq to ask for extradition. If Obama doesn’t give it to Iraq, the International Criminal Court will establish jurisdiction. Obama will have a hard time not granting extradition to the ICC.

Perfect example of what I mean when I say that the mainstream pinko media hates America and the brave men that risk their lives to protect her.

Let’s get to the very bottom of this- What the AP and people regurgitating this story are saying, with the charges still being “unclear,” is that there are American citizens out there who would, totally unprovoked, kill innocent women and children, almost as though those guards were……………. al Qaeda or something.

I, being an American who loves my country and knows that it is the greatest, most caring nation in the world, have some serious doubts that 5 American men would all of a sudden get the urge to kill a bunch of women and children.

You have to be somewhat sick in the head or a pervert to think otherwise.

We are going to find out a lot more in the coming days, much of it will fall right into what I am saying, but in the meantime, you libs go ahead and take advantage of this to impugn and slander those who protect you, as usual.

O.K?

Corporal:

No.

That was a bit before my time.

As for the knowledge, I was in a unit that had a two hour call up time, which meant that when Top called the telephone number you gave him, you had better answer and if it was not a drill, you had two hours to get to the runway where the C130s with your name on them were waiting.

This was before mobile phones unfortunately.

I had an apartment off base, so at least I wasn’t stuck in the barracks, this duty was two weeks on, two weeks off.

During my on call time, I studied the Vietnam war, I’m talking about books, documentaries, whatever I could get my hands on, at first reading accounts of soldiers who had fought there, as a means to prepare myself should this ever happen to me, and then eventually reading into the politics of the whole sordid little affair, which left me appalled to say the least.

But now that I know liberals better, I understand why we lost a war that we should have been victorious in by 1968 at the latest.

While we’re talking about Kennedy:

1) He came out as a hero concerning his PT 109 debacle (costing the lives of some of his crew). However, the true story is that he had the boat at idle in Japanese infested waters. Many questioned that tactic and some of his superiors actually wanted him courtmartialed ….. but due to who his father was that didn’t happen.

2) Concerning the Bag of Pigs debacle, he brought us to the brink of nuclear war with Russia because he didn’t have the guts to follow through with his promised help of U.S. Marines or at least air support. Generations of Cubans have suffered and died because of that.

3) Concerning just one espisode of his personal life debacle, at the time of his assassination a scandal was ready to break regarding an affair with a woman (who had been passed around Capitol Hill and then passed to him) who later turned out to be an East German Spy. That would have been very interesting.

I could go on and on but that’s enough for now.

Thee AJC/DNC Managements, presents, for your Christmas Season enjoyment, thee Tales of thee CRA Housing Loan Debacle-

Once upon thee time, the housing markets were stable and many people lived inside of one. This was not good to thee Federal Governments, because some peoples were lazy and had no monies to pay for thee housies. This was horrible!! and not acceptable!! even though these same people always seemed to have money to get stoned with but whatever.

So enter our heroine, thee good fairy Housing Queen, better known in DC as Bwarney Fwank, who set upon the mortgage industry like a blight, telling them “either give the deadbeats a loan or we will mau mau your as-s before thee public, how you like those apples?”

So thee mortgage lenders, not down with being publicly ridiculed, suddenly stopped asking if you had a job or even any pocket change and unloaded tons and tons of cash on thee sorry and thee lame.

Much to the surprise!! and shock!! of thee Housing Queen, Miss Fwank, none of these loans ever got like repaid and such, causing thee lenders to question thee mental capacity of Miss Fwank. This outrage!! and horror!! could not stand so thee Housing Queen, with the fully stocked and brimming US Treasury to play with, empowered thee Fannie Mac to buy up all of these toxic securities, telling concerned Republican Mobs that it was cool, trust me.

And then it was on. Previously responsible and serious mortgage companies all across the land said f*** that and realizing that they could make these loans to anybody that was breathing and then sell them to some government backed bozo sham agency, opened the barn doors and let fly with thee capital.

Everything was Grand and Happy for a little while anyway, until sure enough, Gigantic Mortgage firms started collapsing from lack of, gosh, money, and then soon behind them went the Fairy Princess Treasury Department, better known as Fannie Mac.

And that, my friends, is the freaking End, like you wouldn’t believe.

Happy Holidays!!

Andy, I’ll try and control myself. There, is that better. Zombie, stooge, hysterical, whatever. Whine and moan some more while you’re at it. You do it so well. It’s clearly a technique that you have developed in order to allow you to escape any perceived threat from anyone that attempts to challenge the reality that you live in. Your whining at Jay, for example, when he banned you over the Thanksgiving weekend — that so typifies your demeanor. So, I’ll continue to ignore your rants for the most part but I do expect to spot some piece of trash from you from time to time that I will not ignore and we’ll go through this or a similar exercise again at that point in time. OK. ‘Til then, Andy.

P.S. Just so you’ll know that I do recognize good behavior, allow me to say that I appreciate your avoidance of the word Urinal for this entire thread. 2) If the protective bubble had been on the limo. Kennedy wanted if off.

3) If two agents had been riding on the back of the limo when the first shot was fired as they usually were and should have been. Kennedy wanted them off the limo ….. “people want to see me not the Secret Service”.

Actually, it was Eartha Kitt that compromised the Secret Service higher-ups that day in Dallas. (She possessed pictures of the Director of the Secret Service and FBI Director Hoover engaged in “unusual” behavior).

Her motive? Kennedy had refused to acknowledge their love-child.

According to unattributed internet soucrces, Kitt and JFK had a weekend affair during early November 1960, just after Kennedy’s election, which would give us a birth date in early August 1961.

Kitt, who had sung in Dallas night clubs, contacted her old friend Jack Ruby when she read that JFK was headed to Dallas. Ruby contracted Oswald on the hit, and when Oswald failed to get away, eliminated him. Oswald’s statement “I’m a patsy” was meant to be “I’m with Patsy”, which Ruby had told him to say if captured in an attempt to throw suspicion off Kitt and on to country singer Patsy Cline, who, coincidentally (?) had died in a mysterious plane crash earlier that year, literally “fall(ing) to pieces” on March 5, 1963.

Kitt still needed to cover her tracks, and Kennedy’s baby was her biggest problem. Kitt, who was never investigated by the Warren Commission, obviously covered her tracks well. Kitt distanced herself from her baby, reputedly a son. The child was being raised by a young white woman and her family, reportedly in Kansas, or Illinois, or, according to some reports, Hawaii. It is further reported by undisclosed sources that Kitt allowed this woman to adopt the child, after she (the young woman) married a black man (thought to be from eastern Africa) and that the child’s birth records have remained sealed to this day.

Since an internal Secret Service investigation a few years later threatened to expose Kitt’s involvement in the JFK assassination, she instructed the woman that had adopted her child to leave the country. According to the internets, the child went to Africa, or, according to unpublished reports, perhaps to Indonesia with his mother for a few years.

Over the intervening years. unnamed internet sources claim that the Kennedy family has provided financial and career assistance to Kitt’s child that continues to this day, in a, so far, successful attempt to keep the lid on this troubling scandal. And Kitt, as evidenced by her vicious portrayal of Catwoman in The Batman TV series in the 1960s, is not a woman to be trifled with.

Somewhere, though, there is a birth certificate (Kansas?, Illinois?, Hawaii??), probably issued around August 1961, with Eartha Kitt’s and John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s names on it…

Caroline and Uncle Teddy know, but they ain’t talking.

-attributed to various internet sources and unpublished reports. Hi-liting random.

Debate these:

Was Eartha Kitt ever investigated by the Warren Commission or the Church Committee?

Why not? What about her connections to the entertainment industry - Jack Ruby was in that industry too - just coincidence? Just coincidence?? Please.

Did or did not Patsy Cline die on March 5, 1963 in a plane crash - less than seven months before Kennedy’s assassination? Did the Warren Commission ever investigate this? *Why not?

Was J. Edgar Hoover, a notorious cross-dresser, involved in sexual indiscretions with Secret Service higher-ups in the years before the Kennedy killing(s)? Who investigated this, and when?

And, most importantly, are there any birth certificates for multi-racial children in Kansas, Illinois, or Hawaii issued on or about August 1961 that may (or may not) contain the names of John Fitzgerald Kennedy and Eartha Kitt?

Corporal, you can aid this investigation - check youtube for all the Eartha Kitt Catwoman episodes of The Batman TV series, watch them backwards and forwards - perhaps Kitt, given the national TV audience of that most popular series, gave us some important coded information regarding the assassination.

How was Eartha Kitt able to wrangle the role of Catwoman from Julie Newmar? Another important question that could shed some light on the JFK assassination and the baby cover-up.

Get back to me on these.

By GodHatesTrash

December 7, 2008 8:53 AM | Link to this

I’m cutting and pasting this from a limited-access .gov site devoted to Kennedy assassination theories:

…Ruby told Oswald, that if he were captured, to say: “I’m with Patsy Cline”. Cline, already considered dead by the mainstream media, was a perfect “patsy” for the role of assassination mastermind, since she was considered dead, Oswald would look “crazy” (note: title of a Cline topseller). Instead, Oswald, the Louisiana 9th-grade dropout and ex-Marine, not surprisingly forgot his lines in the turmoil surrounding the assassination, his arrest, and his beating and “interrogation” by the Dallas police department. Instead, the line came out - “I’m a Patsy”. Ruby immediately realized that Oswald would implicate him and his bosses, and determined that day to eliminate Oswald, using his connections within the Dallas PD to gain access to the basement of the police station.

Interesting stuff, no?
