I know why Jay doesn’t know what she said, she spoke of reigning in corruption, something a pinkkko has never attempted.

Uh, 3 hours, 20 minutes, it’s buh bye barry.

Jay is just like every other Liberal out there - having a woman Conservative who is articulate, decisive and LIKED by the majority of Americans is scaring the HELL out of them!

Maybe the confusion is because this clip got cut off right before she got asked and answered the bailout question.

At least this one played on my computer.

Jay, I listened to that — whatever you wish to call it, speaking in tongues comes to mind — and my head started hurting, my ears started hurting, my computer started whining at me. I mean, I want to hear a debate but how does she plan to pull it off. Will she have an earpiece with someone reciting word for word what she should say so that we at least hear something coherent. Let us start by praying for the mental health of the people of Alaska — if they were not ill and using that as an excuse for electing her, then they must be ill after being subjected to that rambling.

I like this Palin chick. I like the part when Katie Couric asked her why she felt that bailing out these banks was better than giving that money to the people and Palin said that the people are concerned with healthcare and that the people should not be afraid of trade. Well said!

The Barack Obama campaign is asking Missouri law enforcement to target anyone who lies or runs a misleading TV ad during the presidential campaign.-WMOV.com

So when does the investigation of the Dimwit start?

What an absolutely spineless and kowardly act of censorship, although it is totally unsurprising coming from the democrats/ Gestapo.

Huh?

Then she believes that this bailout is not just a bailout. It’s also about getting the economy back on track. You know….job creation. Yup! $700 billion for job creation.

That’s what the notes on her lap said in answering a different question.

So, Andy must think that it’s OK to lie and mis-lead people with ads. All this time, I thought most people frowned on that sort of behavior. Further, to refer to attempts at stopping the lies and deception as a spineless and kowardly act of censorship simply aids in demonstrating the lack of gray matter between this blogger’s ears. Then again, what should we expect from the blogger that likes to rely on information obtained from like-minded bloggers at extreme right-wing amateur GI JOE sites.

It’s so easy, easy, when everybody’s trying to please me, baby-

Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid sent the following letter this evening to President Bush “We believe that Congress and your Administration must now turn their attention to Main Street and help families in crisis. We can do this by developing a financially prudent package of housing policy reforms that can avert a wider foreclosure crisis, expanding unemployment insurance at a time of significant job losses, helping ensure that critical government services are available for struggling families, and making investments in infrastructure and alternative energy to serve our national interests and create good paying jobs.

And, the only difference between Sarah’s comments and those of Pelosi and Reid is:

“We believe that Congress and your Administration must now turn their attention to Main Street and help families in crisis. Pretty funny to read the comments on the CBS web site.

I had to LOL when I tried to register under the name of WTFWASTHAT and it was aleady taken, changed it to WTFISTHAT and that one was taken too.

I am still laughing……….

Even after it was exposed that Obama had wrongly accused these folks of lying and even after his own campaign said Obama was wrong, they’re having to run an ad just to get an apology from him

Yes, I’m sure the holier than thou moonbats are really concerned about honesty. Even the New York Times had a front page story about the falsehoods in Obama’s ads.

Since you brought in the chick flick comparison, did you read the piece in the NY Times comparing Palin to Elle Woods?

Ready to crash and burn, I never learn, I’m on the night train, love that stuff-

“When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn’t just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, ‘Look, here’s what happened,”‘ Barack Obama’s running mate recently told the “CBS Evening News.”

Here’s what the CBS web site says in their transcript. I know it won’t assuage those of you eaten up with PDS but here it is anyway.

Next, Couric asked about the $700 billion government bailout of bad debt - and whether she supports it.

Palin: I’m all about the position that America is in and that we have to look at a $700 billion bailout. And as Sen. McCain has said unless this nearly trillion dollar bailout is what it may end up to be, unless there are amendments in Paulson’s proposal, really I don’t believe that Americans are going to support this and we will not support this. The interesting thing in the last couple of days that I have seen is that Americans are waiting to see what John McCain will do on this proposal. They’re not waiting to see what Barack Obama is going to do. Is he going to do this and see what way the political wind’s blowing? They’re waiting to see if John McCain will be able to see these amendments implemented in Paulson’s proposal.

I have already voted for Obama. After watching McCain and Palin this week, I am positive that I voted correctly. The debate is anti-climatic for me, but I am anxious to see it and watch the candidates debate the issues.

Sarah is brilliant! She’s obviously taking the strategy the if you ramble on nonsensically long enough, people will stop listening and eventually they won’t expect you to answer their questions so they’ll leave you alone.

I don’t know about contempt…does the man have a strong dependence on notes and cannot speak extemporaneously? I thought McCain was very robotic and needed to stick to his script so that he wouldn’t “blow up”. By the way, Pres. Bush can’t speak without notes either!

More of the same…h-m-m-m…think about it!

Time to change the talking points about Palin.

It’s not about “experience”. None of the candidates this year have experience being president of anything. It’s not about experience.

It’s about preparedness. Palin is NOT prepared to be VP.

McCain took a governor of a small (population-wise) state that is pretty disconnected from the issues in the majority of the other 49 states (*) and dropped her into a national race with less than 60 days to go. No way could she learn what’s needed to be an effective part of the campaign in so short a period of time. All the others have been campaigning since sometime in 2007 and have the experience of handling themselves well enough on the larger stage. Palin does not and cannot seem to learn it fast enough under the hot lights.

Palin is woefully unprepared for the decision she made. And for the consequences of the decision.

My advice for her going forward would be to learn to stop talking after saying three sentences for any answer. Anything more than that and she just doesn’t seem to be able to keep the bullet points straight.

(*) Let me know how many other governors can suddenly tax a subset of their corporations more and then pass that along as a rebate to its citizens. It’s a whole other ballgame when can run a kingdom on petrodollars. Just ask Putin… when his head comes into Alaskan airspace again.
