How do you help your youngsters stay in shape?

This week the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation pledged $500 million to fight childhood obesity. The foundation wants to improve play spaces and access to healthy food, among other plans. This generous gift may prompt parents to buy healthier foods when they can and may encourage children to leave the video games and computer screen behind for a while. What do you do to help your child stay in the best shape he or she can?
