Facial beauty

Our faces are exposed to all Mother Nature throws at us. Yet if you’re like me, you haven’t given yours the protection it deserves.

Take inspiration and try it yourself

I’m feeling so inspired. The new year is here, and I haven’t broken any resolutions — yet. And then I read the weight loss success stories. I grouse about needing to lose a few pounds, but these people lost hundreds. It takes a lot of courage to make such a commitment to lead a healthy life. We’re offering three of you some help to make that same change. If we select you, you will work one-on-one with one of our Good Form trainers. Enter here. This is a big commitment, so the faint of heart need not apply. Even if you’re not selected, you can follow our finalists’ progress at ajc.com/health for inspiration.
