2007 Resolutions

It’s that time of year again. We make promises to ourselves to get healthier, to take time out for ourselves and to get organized in the new year.

I’m changing my position this year. Instead of saying I resolve to eat better or exercise more, I’m setting a goal. I’m going to run in the Peachtree Road Race. This will be my first time running in any organized race.

The kicker is I weigh more than 200 pounds (way more). So, the way I see it, I can get fit without thinking about getting fit.

Do you think I’m outta my mind? Is this doable?

Have you set goals that seemed out of reach? What goals are you setting for the new year?

I am changing my resolution this year. Instead of sayng That I will lose weight I am going to maintain the weight I have and start a kitty so that I can get t lyposuction and a breast lift in 2008.

I am going to eat better and exercise with the goal of getting off of blood pressure medication. I am also setting the goal to be able to ride my bike with my family at the Mt. Dora Bike Fest in Florida in Oct. 2007.

I resolve to watch the Republicans squirm under new Democratic rule in 07!

I resolve to continue to observe GW Bush decline in approval ratings as he becomes the greatest lame duck in US Presidential history.

I resolve to laugh and give a one finger salute to every automobile driver I see that hosts a ‘W’ sticker.

New Year’s Resolution: hmmmm…. not to lose weight but to tone up the size I am at now, which is an out of shape size 8. Also, I want to become debt free this year, other than my house. I have managed to pay off all credit cards except for one, so once I tackle this one, I will be on my way to being credit card debt free.

Shame on you Lois… I never stopped using my ZTrainer. However, I will spend more time becoming debt free. Much love in 2007 and stay beautiful!
