Holiday health routine
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
I find my exercise and eating resolve dissolving this time of year. There’s so much good food around, the weather is cooler, the days shorter. It’s easy to let that little devil dominate — “Eat the triple chocolate cake. Forget the gym; let’s sit on the couch and watch TV …”
The good news is that it’s OK to eat bad things — as long as you eat right most of the time. So enjoy the holiday season, but remember to eat and drink responsibly — and don’t stop exercising.
Do you plan on keeping your regular health routine during the holiday season?
