Sweet Success: Keeping control

The past few weeks, I’ve been trying to limit myself to two sweets a week. That might not sound too difficult to some of you, but I’ve struggled. It’s especially tough at work, where there’s always some sweet available, whether it’s a miniature Snickers bar, warm Krispy Kreme doughnuts or homemade chocolate chip cookies with pecans. If you’re like me and trying to curb your food cravings, our cover story has some advice. It details the difference between a craving and addiction and what to do about both.
