Not all ATL housing market news is bad
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Here’s some good news - the 2007 Atlanta Home Sales report just came out, and there’s some great news here. Home sales are hot in Vinings; Cobb and Cherokee sales are moving; Gwinnett’s market is stable; and 5 ZIP codes in the metro area saw house values rise 30% or more.
Find all of this info and more in the new Home Sales report. See how your ZIP compares to others in metro Atlanta on home sales, prices, and market conditions. You can even search for houses for sale and research public and private schools in any metro area ZIP. Check it out!
