Peterson (visually unknown to me), having earlier taken note of my sign, “End Treason Now,” “Bush Did 9-11,” blocked this Vietnam-era Army Veteran’s path with his car as I walked peacefully home with my “pathologically-friendly” dog, for lunch and to go to work after getting “thumbs-up” from active-duty Army in the Veteran’s Day Parade (read PhD David Ray Griffin’s “New Pearl Harbor” or watch “Loose Change 2nd Ed.” on Video Google if you’ve yet to figure it out. See “Frontline” last night on how draft-dodgers Bush/Cheney lied us into getting 2500 of us dead in Iraq?).

He opened his window and, after reaching for a likely pistol under the seat of his car, changed his mind and unbuckled his seatbelt yelling that I had spit on him. I had not.

He leaped at me and knocked me down, injuring his leg, while his two henchmen, an off-duty Cobb County policeman and fellow former Marine, and Wayne “No Offense” Kitchens grabbed my legs.

“The Kimmer,” perhaps paralyzed with pain from the leg injury he incurred while full-body tackling me on concrete, stayed propped over me in a “push-up” position permitting me, in fear for my life after having watched him reach under his carseat and having been knocked flat on my back with my dog’s leash restraining my left arm, pummelled his face and head (hence the “wounded hyena” bit played the following week on WGST) in an adrenaline-filled “death fright” effort that resulted in the complete rupture of a tendon in my right shoulder…still stiff from holding the sign over my head for an hour in my appeal to my fellow veterans and G.I.’s to remember the Oath we all took to “protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

Those with Truth in them will know the above is the truth.

Justice will prevail in spite of Peterson’s fascist sympathisers.

To Limey: Thank you for your kind thoughts and great advice. Before the Magistrate court hearing I had been incorrectly told I could not get subpoenas for “things,” only witnesses. D.V., the appeal will get a full trial in State Court and I certainly will come with his show’s tapes and other proof, some already found, that his “witnesses” were lying.

To Tom: Are you offering the help I would happily give to you in the same circumstances?

Peterson’s little “frat prank” has left me with only full use of my “off-side” arm, after thirty years as Atlanta’s best custom doorhanger, weatherstripper, and lock installer. With two young children and a wife I sure could use some help bringing these fascist creeps to justice The American Way.

The death threat Peterson or one of his thugs sent me in the mail will hopefully yield some latent forensic evidence.

Should you be on the jury empanelled to hear the case, I believe you will be convinced of Peterson’s guilt after his mutually exclusive, divergent explanations and admission of guilt is heard from his own voice on his radio show…and other evidence I mentioned in Magistrate Court and this time will acquire by subpoena.

As traffic had been blocked on Peachtree for the parade, which had not ended several blocks to the south, and other than Peterson’s “team” only two “bystander” witnesses are known, of which only one has come forward, Peterson could not have known in the virtually deserted area other witnesses might be willing to come forward.

More importantly, having just been divorced for the nth time, Peterson needed to “assert” his “manhood” and used his lies of the incident he planned and precipitated to flatter himself for a solid two months on his show.

Why is Tom attacking the man with stupid questions? Peterson already acknowledged those events on his show. He is now backing off, now that he sees that Mr Jones is pursuing the case. This notion of spitting and headbutting were added shortly thereafter. Peterson may have PURJURED himself on the stand.

Limey, Like most working Americans I live paycheck to paycheck, job to job. According to Peterson, his listeners heard him, the detective assigned the case told him he wouldn’t be charged…Peterson said this on his show on the first day the detective was assigned the case. The detective told me, he now denies it, that I “deserved what [I] got.”

It is possible the APD will re-open the case. I have yet to make a formal complaint over the deaththreat “greeting card” signed “Semper Fi” “The Kimmer.”

I don’t have the money to hire a “Plaintiff’s” attorney. Having filed an appeal to State Court I am confident my subpoena errors will be corrected and the audio, electronic, photographic, and video evidence will be overwhelmingly against Peterson, and incriminate those who have lied on his behalf.

Furthermore there is one witness I hope to contact who may possibly be the one objective witness to settle the matter…other than the audio tapes, visual electronic, and cell phone records.

Judge Davis merely said I didn’t provide “enough proof” that the crime had been committed against me…not that she didn’t believe me…hence her rejection of Peterson’s attorney’s attempt in court to have me arrested.

On appeal “enough proof” will certainly be provided.

N.B. I would not be averse to the help of a “1st Amendment” or genuine patriot pro bono lawyer. The canon of legal ethics forbids help from an attorney with a potential financial stake in the outcome of a criminal prosecution.

D.V. the police will pick it back up and the Solicitor or District Attorney will help finish the prosecution of the case.

Herr- It is Mr. Jones who has come here to make his case in the court of public opinion. Just because someone is trying to work out certain aspects does not mean that they are attacking someone. Personally I am frightened of anyone who would come to conclusions based solely on fact they do not like one of the parties involved. Personally I believe the truth lies somewhere in the middle on this one. I believe there are aspects of both of the men’s stories that are lies. The one thing that bothers me the most and has not been answered is why were the other two men not included in the charges filled? I believe that is a reasonable question.

Will, stop wasting your time trying to turn this into a criminal matter. If you’ve really sustained permanent injuries, take Peterson to civil court and hit him where it hurts, his wallet. If your case is as strong as you claim an attorney would take it on a contingency basis. You’ve got no chance representing yourself in court as you proved last week.

The best answer for any question is the truth: Peterson jumped me, with two policemen and Wayne Kitchens as accomplices, and the detective assigned the case, according to “Kimmer” on the air, said he wouldn’t be charged - the first day the investigator was assigned the case.

Not only was I the only one remaining at the scene of the crime to file a police complaint (Peterson’s off-duty Cobb policeman/henchman/fellow former Marine told the Magistrate he considered me the “perp” but left the scene - where I had been completely disabled with a broken and dislocated shoulder - because there were Atlanta police a block away who could handle the matter): there is ample evidence available that will be included in a Motion for Reconsideration soon to be filed at Judge Davis’ Court.

Any who have knowledge of Peterson’s or Kitchens’ “priors,” their cell phone numbers current last Veterans Day, or specific and swearable memory of Peterson’s on-air admissions helpful to the criminal prosecution of this matter - please e-mail me at willjones@bellsouth.net
