6/14: Kimmer in court 6/15
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Remember when WGST’S the Kimmer got into a fistfight with Bush protester Will Jones after last year’s Veteran’s Day parade? Well, Jones sued and there’s a court date June 15 at 1 p.m. at the Fulton County magistrate court, room 1A. I’l definitely have to stop by for that and report back on what transpires.

Kimmer is one of the greatest Americans this country has, and anyone who thinks he’s a racist is a sorry POS. GodHatesTrash obviously has either never listened to him, or is a leftist America-hating commie who finds that Kimmer’s honest and non-PC comments strike a nerve. If you don’t like him, change the channel. Nobody is forcing you to listen. As for me, I’m a proud Kimmer Babe and will stand behind him no matter what happens. Peterson is guilty of assault and battery. He admited to that on his show. The prosecuter should have tapes. Peterson brags about it all the time on his show. He brags like that to prove that he is still a man, since his wife left his filthy butt.

Sure he got into a fistfight…but we are losing sight of the real crime here…his inability to host an entertaining radio show. His fake laugh enters my ears and causes an immediate reflex through my nervous system to the tip of my finger, which then presses the next preset on my radio. WGST has fired most of his co-hosts…has anybody heard him since then?

Puchinski is absolutely right, Peterson pretty much admitted to assault and battery on his show. It was only after Kimmer sensed legal trouble did he begin adding details about “head butting” and being spat upon.
