5/16: Dave FM to stream online
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Several stations in town now stream on the Internet. Infinity stations had held out but finally, Dave FM goes live here starting 7 a.m. Wednesday for Macs and PCs.
I have to check if V-103 goes live online, too, soon.

they’ve finally figured out they need to do anything to try and revive their low ratings. however, nothing can help that horrible morning show. is anyone there listening to that crap? barnes & firfer are worse than steve & vicki, and that takes alot.

A radio station with a 1.9 Cume is not only going to be a radio station that few people listen to, they will become a internet radio station that even fewer people stream.
Rodney…perhaps we could open up an entry asking the readers of the Radio Talk blog for good internet radio channels…I like luxuriamusic.com…it’s pretty far out, but it’s a great change of pace from regular radio, to be certain.

I have to tell you that I love Dave FM. I am a 30-something and I think they play an awesome mix of music that never gets old. I have found that most other stations play the same old-same old all day every day and Dave FM plays so much variety that I never feel like I have to turn my computer down - lest my coworkers get tired of hearing the same songs.

V103 needs to add a stronger playlist before they go live online. Otherwise its the same songs, in the same order, every two hours. Their reception is ok enough, not to need it.
