12/17: Changes forthcoming with the blog (nothing bad!)

For you regulars who are reading this, I am going to move to wordpress soon. I think it’s best to start on a Monday but since I’m on vacation next week, I’m going to officially launch over to the new site on December 29, 2008. In other words, I will keep posting at this url until then. I’m going to post a farewell transitional blog entry on December 28 or 29 on this blog and tell everyone to move over there. If you want to know now, the link is http://blogs.ajc.com/american-idol-blog/ though there is nothing there yet. I want to give myself a little time to play with the new software, figure things out.
Thank you all for your patience. The good news: Wordpress will post your comments MUCH MUCH faster. And I think there’s actual polling software there, too. So that’s all good.
