9/8: Idol sales numbers

Courtesy of Idol Chatter, Carrie Underwood’s “So Small” debuts at No. 6 on the digital songs chart with 71,000 in sales. The song is knocking on the door of the top 10 on the country charts. “Wait For You” has sold 615K so far and 28K last week, ranking 29. It peaked at No. 4 on the airplay charts and is now starting to slide in airplay. And Daughtry’s “Over You’ cliimbs up to 54, with 19K in sales and 181K total. (It’s now up to No. 17 on the top 40 charts, moving up steadily). “Home” crosses the 1 milliion download number. “It’s Not Over” is up to 1.45 million and Carrie’s “Before He Cheats” has moved 1.77 million downloads. Jordin Sparks’ single “Tattoo” is now up to No. 58 on the top 40 airplay charts with 354 spins the past 7 days and only 12 stations spinning it (none in Atlanta.)
