12/14: Taylor at Tabernacle March 9

We know Taylor Hicks will be touring until he’s 90 years old, doing the nursing home circuit. And he’s already got an Atlanta date on his itinerary: March 9 at the Tabernacle. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. this Saturday for $30 apiece. He’s already done two “Idols Live” appearances and a post-concert Smith’s Olde Bar shindig this past September. This will be his first concert in which his current CD will be highlighted.

Taylor in ATL?!? Well thank you Rodney for the best news I have had all morning :-) I have been checking Taylor’s site everyday looking for an atlanta date. Too bad he is doing the Tabernacle though. Its hit or miss as far as getting a good seat there. Makes no matter to me though if I have to line up all day I will be front and center to see the sooooul man!

I saw that he was at the White House for their Holiday Celebration hosted by Dr Phil and Robin. He seems to be the same sweet, “just happy to be here” guy that I fell in love with. I am so happy for him.
