9/7: Clay Aiken joins presidential committee

Pres. Bush has invited Clay Aiken to become a member of the President’s Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities. The committee members will serve for two year terms.
As this story notes, the Clay fans are buzzing about his new album of mostly covers coming out Sept. 19.
