A new plate for Georgia

Georgia license plates are about to get a whole lot more colorful.
Department of Revenue Commissioner Bart Graham said Thursday he is preparing to roll out new blue, gold and white license plates next spring that eventually will be on the back sides of more than 5 million Georgia cars.
“Georgia on My Mind” and county names are gone.
