Not Mac’s-prices have gone up. never had a great wine selection. Only thing I buy at Mac’s is 12-pk beer. Not Green’s-good prices, decent selection, but I hate always being mobbed by homeless crack heads in the parking lot. Plus they are looking to get ran over on Ponce for a nice lawsuit. The few bucks I save are not worth dealing with the traffic and chaos of Ponce. Tower is the best in town store-great staff. BUT hands down TOTAL WINE is the best in every category-far away, but worth the commute

Typically, I like to steal my liquor, so whoever has the least security gets my vote.

big box stores are horrible. total, greens, minks, tower… they are warehouses with horrible staff. get to know your local liquor stores who actually deal with the community. with that said, 7 seas is the best. they got what you need and then some. no one does it better.

Green’s, either on Ponce or Buford Hwy (just north of Lenox Rd. intersection).
After that, Tower on Piedmont Rd.

My vote goes to the new Alon’s in Dunwoody…Really interesting, really well priced wines from not so well known labels; the wine staff really tries to get you what YOU want, not what they want you to buy, and they have the cheapest prices on try before you buy wines by the glass!

Oooo, what’s the place that sells that stuff? The one in the bottle. The green bottle. No, the other place. Oh man, why can’t I remember it’s name? Wait, I remember. It’s that place. That one. That one is tops. I get all my stuff there.
