Natalie Cole Coming To Atlanta
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
OK, you tell us what’s most curious about this announcement (if anything):
Fresh off of her traditional pop vocal album win at the Grammy’s Sunday, for “Still Unforgettable,” R&B and jazz legend Natalie Cole is coming to town Feb. 22 — but not to perform. She’s signing autographs.
But wait, she’s not signing autographs at a performance venue - or even a record store for that matter - she’s doing it from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Pottery Barn at Lenox Square (3393 Peachtree Rd., 404-812-9726).
And here’s the kicker: Cole will only be signing copies of “Still Unforgettable” purchased at Pottery Barn. (Proof of purchase is required). But at least you have three Pottery Barns — Lenox, Forum on Peachtree Parkway (5155 Peachtree Parkway in Norcross; 770-409-8580) and Northpoint Mall (1000 North Point Circle in Alpharetta; 678-624-9974) - to choose from.
