While Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy’s latest CD, “iSouljaboytellem” hasn’t gotten off to the same “Crank That”-fueled start of his debut, the teen’s energy level is still at high and he’s back with a new single with local R&B singer Sammie, titled “Kiss Me Thru The Phone”.
