Faith Evans In Atlanta Tonight
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
One-time resident Faith Evans (top photo, and in far left corner in second photo) is due back in Atlanta this evening to perform at a “Notorious” party at The Pearl Bistro & Bar, hosted by V-103 morning announcer Frank Ski.
“Notorious” — the new biopic about Evans’ late husband, the rapper Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace — hits theaters tomorrow. Here is our FIRST LOOK at the film, as well as our PHOTO GALLERY - one pic from which is above, third photo, of Antonique Smith, who portrays Evans in “Notorious” — and VIDEO. Plus there’s a YouTube clip of the “Notorious” trailer BELOW.
While it has been three years since her last album of original work, Evans does have new work out — an autobiography titled “Keep The Faith” with Aliya S. King.
Have you read the book? Interested in seeing the widescreen take on Notorious B.I.G.? Or is it another Evans CD that you’re really clamoring for?

Notorious and glorious. Biggie was the best that ever held a mic. Faith aint too bad either. I dug her japan EP that had all the remixes on it.

When Big’s first single dropped, I saw him at a MJB concert. He came out as a surprise & started the rap..Give me all the chicken heads from Pasadena to Medina…everybody went crazy! He was awesome. I’m glad even if for a brief moment, I can actually say that I got to see him in person. I hope the film does him justice & I’m glad Faith finally got her life together. I hope the best for their children.

It’s true only Diddy can be diddy, but at least unlike all his other projects, he didn’t feel the need to overshadow this one by being in it & for that I respect him.

i’m a HUGE faith evans fan. i wish i could have seen her tonight. her song “keep the faith” kept me sane in many of my darkest hours. i wish i could see her face to face to let her know how much that whole cd helped me out. i don’t care what anyone says, she’s not only beautiful, she’s flawed and she’s not ashamed to show it. she truly is an idol. I LOVE YOU FAITH!!!:)
