How Was Your Musical Weekend?
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Hometown favorites and hot acts of various genres played over this past weekend, and we want your reviews.

Did you see Atlanta’s Indigo Girls (above) at Chastain Park Amphitheatre? (See the rest of our gallery from that show HERE).
Catch Monticello native Trisha Yearwood’s two-night stand at the Fred, Friday and Saturday?

What about V-103’s For Sisters Only at the Georgia World Congress Center, Saturday and Sunday — where Atlanta rappers Ludacris (above, with fellow Atlanta Grammy winner Monica) and T.I. headlined, Atlanta R&B singer Keyshia Cole made a surprise appearance with her mom, and Oscar nominee Terrence Howard (second photo above) made his first local appearance as a singer?
Or did you get over to the more intimate International Soul Music Summit at the Atlanta Renaissance Hotel Friday and Saturday — which included performances, panel discussions and even more surprise appearances from such notables as Raphael Saadiq, and recent Atlanta transplant Daddy-O?
Miss all of the above, but caught something else on the Atlanta Music Scene that was worth discussing? Then do so!

Atlanta music coverage stinks. I thought rap and hip hop would die a miserable death….obviously Atlantans have no taste.
