If yesterday’s 90-degree temperature didn’t quite say we’re on the back end of summer, then this just might do it: The Trans-Siberian Orchestra has booked a Nov. 16 date with Philips Arena.
Also known as “The Wizards of Winter,” TSO’s annual tour includes a string section, rock band, vocalists, a narrator, a laser show and — of course — a snowfall.
Tickets are $20 to $48.50 and go on sale Friday at www.livenation.com, the Philips Arena box office, www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at 404-249-6400.
Ever been to a TSO show? What musical happenings signal winter’s coming to you? Those Mannheim Steamroller commercials, perhaps?
