:-( i loved him he was so sweet, I was lucky enough to work for them on warped tour. doing odd jobs, he was so amazingly sweet, i was crying one day and he dropped what he was doing and came over to give me a hug and talk to me…he’s going to be missed..he can never be matched or replaced…I send all my love,thoughts, and prayers to his wife and the rest of his family

when i found this out today, i was very upset. although i’m not their biggest fan, i do have their cds and got the pleasure to see them live twice once at warped tour and once at bamboozle. he will be missed forever but at least we have the memories of him to carry us through this tough time…..laughs i remeber i was right in the front at bamboozle and remebered casey getting pretty close to my face while he was doing his screaming! these memories will help us all ….. i’m sending my regards to the rest of the band and other fans and the best of luck through this extremely tough time…… Jacqui

I haven’t really listened to Hawthorne Heights in a while, but it does suck when a musician dies, whether they’re really talented or not. I just hope that the rest of the band is faring well, and that they can move on with their lives. My thoughts and prayers go out to Casey’s family and to Hawthorne Heights.

ok heres the deal, if you have nothing supportive or comforting to say in your comment dont say it. Whether you believe he was a good guitarist or not, he was still a person with a family and friends who now have to deal with his absence for the rest of their lives.
