Popular Mexican spot Bell Street Burritos is gearing up to take its food OTP later this year.

The restaurant recently signed a lease at 4053 Lawrenceville Hwy., Decaturish first reported.

The location was previously home to El Tapatio Mexican restaurant.

The building is undergoing renovations, which will include an outdoor patio.

This will be the fourth location for Bell Street, which also has eateries in the Stove Works building in Inman Park, Sweet Auburn Curb Market and in Buckhead at 1816 Peachtree St.

In addition to burritos, Bell Street serves tacos, quesadillas and bowls.

Owner Matt Hinton, an Atlanta native, opened the Sweet Auburn location in 2010 as an homage to the now-shuttered Ponce de Leon Avenue restaurant Tortillas, he told former AJC food editor John Kessler that year.
