I have a question. After many, many resumes and too many to count interviews, and few jobs, I do all things accordingly, I even send e-mail thank you’s and a written snail mail thank you. But never hear….What am I doing, wrong, Am I old fashioned with the hand-written word or do I sound desperate? Please answer. Signed following all rules
