Mrs. Winner’s restaurant in Fayetteville has burned down- again.
Yes, it’s true. I believe this is the second time and again I hear they will rebuild. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
I have to say that is one restaurant I’ve never tried. As a matter of fact, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Krystal’s either.
I’ve tried most of the fast food restaurants at least once, but I have to say those two are ones I’ve never frequented.
So while we usually talk about restaurants we’ve eaten at or would like to see in the community… tell me about the restaurants you’ve never been to and why.
As for me, I’m not a fast food fan or a lover of fried chicken. So those are my reasons. What are yours?

Why did the Mrs. Winner’s burn down the first time? I believe that is a sign from the Lord that they need to close. In all honesty, I don’t do fast food except for Quizno’s, Johnny’s Pizza and Zaxby’s. I only frequent those places because of my children and husband. I am a vegetarian and Fayetteville is definitely NOT veggie friendly. I go to Quizno’s for the veggie sub and Johnny’s has eggplant parmesan and veggie pizza. I have never been to Golden’s on the Corner, Village Cafe, Lockett’s Cafe(on 85 & Georgia Ave.), Latitudes.

Is the restaurant at the conference center in Aberdeen Woods any good? Should I try it?

I didn’t realize Johnny’s Pizza was FAST food. Anyway, everyone should try the new “Season’s Tickets” FAMILY Sports Bar in the plaza across from the hospital. GREAT food and atmosphere. The variety of appetizers will have you coming back!

Well you donn’t have to worry about eating at the Village Cafe too much longer… They are going out of business next Saturday….
