I think this is good that Mr. Thompson is gone. He should have never been put in that position anyway.

Pittsburg said that the only thing they and Mr. Thompson had in common is that he had to go,and of course we picked him up. That was a warning sign and we ignored it. We must stop getting ourselves in mess like this. our decisions are the reason we are in this.
