Can Clayton lure new businesses?
A few new businesses are trickling into Clayton County. At a time when much of the attention is focusing on problems in the school system, it’s refreshing to learn new jobs are being created. Read my latest blog entry on Wordpress

If it ain’t one board, it’s the other…
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Flashback to January 2008 as Clayton residents lamented over the very public and thoroughly embarrassing board of education drama(s).
Now, this year’s board of commissioner drama is starting to feel like a bad case of déjà vu.
According to the Dec. 9, 2008 Commission meeting minutes, Michael Edmondson (District 4) motioned to create an interim chief of staff position and appoint Fire Chief Alex Cohilas, which was opposed by former commissioner Virginia Gray and Chairman Eldrin Bell.
The only vocal opposition on record came from Gray, who stated Clayton has serious budget issues and approving this position would be inappropriate. Fast forward to the first 2009 BOC meeting where Bell subsequently accused his colleagues of illegal acts (arguing only the Chairman is allowed to appoint such a position) and usurping his power, hence the lawsuit against his fellow commissioners and Cohilas.
Section two of Ordinance 2008-217 reads: “The unclassified position of chief of staff will serve at the pleasure of a Clayton County Board of Commissioners and will perform administrative duties under the direction of the Chairman in carrying out the directives of the Board and will report to the Board of Commissioners.”
According to Bell, undisclosed supporters are raising money to pay his legal fees and the supposed worst case scenario is that taxpayers will pay only a portion. “It is my effort to try to keep the county from having to pay for any of it,” says the Chairman. An article in the AJC, reports defendants’ legal fees will be fully paid by taxpayers at $175/hour.
Bell believes that if he loses this lawsuit, “In effect, the taxpayers will be paying me to do nothing. I want the law clarified so citizens of this county will know whether they are right or w rong.” Stay tuned - this case goes to court on Friday.
Another unfortunate parallel to the 2008 BOE is that our BOC is considering eliminating public work session meetings (Ordinance 2009-22). While BOC meetings are woefully unattended in general, taxpayers who wish to participate should not be shut out of the decision making process.
Your thoughts? Commission meetings occur on the first, second (work session) and third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Meeting Agendas are usually available online the Friday before the meeting.

Power grabs have been common in the recent past of Clayton usually from those with out being in office themselves. Remember John Trotter, Lee Scott and now Wade Starr. Same old same old.

Good afternoon all,
I was contacted by BOC Vice Chairman Wole Ralph, who explained why the BOC wants to eliminate the public work session meeting on the second Tuesday of each month:
Zoning meetings sometimes occurred on either the 3rd or 4th Thursday of each month, and citizens were confused about exactly when they took place.
In order to simply the process, zoning meetings will now be held every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Going forward, two BOC work sessions will be held - one before the first meeting of each month, and one before the third meeting of each month. So now there will be 2 work sessions, both of which will be open to the public.
“We want to include more citizens in the process, not exclude them,” says Ralph.
Thanks to Commissioner Ralph for getting this info to me!

Yes YAWNY and ghebasma, we can get them out. But, who, in their right mind, would be willing to put themselves out there for the scrutiny and mud slinging they would have to go through to get elected to replace them?
Only other power hungry crooked politicians would do that. we don’t need more of those.

I think if we got rid of Eldrin and got a real Chairman in there who isn’t out for self we’d have a better chance. Are the rest of them the best? Absolutely not but come on this lawsuit is stupid and waste of county time and money. Eldrin spent how many YEARS complaining about the tons of money Victor Hill cost us in lawsuits and he turns around & do the same thing? Even if we only pay “a portion” its more than we should be paying and thanks to Eldrin we’ll have to pay ALL of the other attorney fees. recall Eldrin 1st and hpefully the rest will work itself out because the others will see we’re not playing and do their jobs better scared they’ll get recalled too!

The plain truth, fact, and evidence is that Chairman Eldrin (Corrupted, Crooked, Unethical, Dishonest, Thieving, Scheming, Dirty Hands and Pockets, Just Line and Pad my Pockets, Sticky Fingers, Self-Serving, Noncaring, Underhanded, Devious, Sneaky, Shady, Just give me, my well-connected friends, supporters, and cronies Clayton County’s loot and monies through no bid or low-bid county contracts, and You-Got-To-Pay-To-Play in Clayton County) Bell and his do-nothing, invisible, incompetent, and ineffective leadership is the reason that the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners made the resolution to create the Chief Of Staff position to help supervise and give oversight to the over twenty-five governmental departments in Clayton County.
The fault in this entire situation is totally and completely with Chairman Eldrin Bell and his lack of leadership ability, intelligence, smarts, skills, and governing ability during his first four year term as Chairman of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners during his first term shich started from January 1, 2005 and ended on December 31, 2008 and which will only continue in his second four year term as Chairman of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners which started on January 1, 2009 and will end on December 31, 2012.
Chairman Eldrin A. Bell no longer has any power, authority, command, control, or governing actions in Clayton County whether he prevails in his lawsuit against his fellow Clayton County Board Of Commissioners colleagues or not because all of them will use their majority voting power, authority, and might to halt, stop, and defeat any ordinances, rules, resolutions, or laws that he would try to pass.
Remember that it takes only three votes on the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners to pass, stop, or defeat any ordinance, rule, resolution, or law and the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners already have that three vote majority power, might, and authority and the fourth vote is not really needed.
It is just great, wonderful, and fantastic for the citizens of Clayton County that Chairman Eldrin A. Bell is a powerless, useless, lame duck, empty figurehead and mouthpiece on the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners and in Clayton County and is stripped of any power, authority, command, control, leadership, influence, and governing ability totally, fully, absolutely, and completely on the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners for the rest of his second four year term as Chairman which will end on December 31, 2012.

Uncle Tom Elgrin Bell and Aunt Tom Ericka Davis (both chairmans) has been the Worst Black politicians ever elected into office in Clayton County. These two Greedy Toms got in office to line their pockets with Kickbacks Money from the Rich White Folk who receive all the BOE (black kids money) and County’s contracts (all contracts).
Then when the black progressive thinking voters put people in office level out the disparity, they and their white backers fell threaten; fearing loss of authority/power. Then they run to the rich white people and their Media crying to cast a bad light on the County. A year ago Ericka Davis (then BOE chairman) and Rod Johnson (then BOE vice-chairman) throw 53,000 Black kids under the bus when threaten with “Loss of Power”; and ultimately with accreditation loss.
Now Elgrin Bell is throwing the Taxpayers under the bus with HS land deal, the graveyard, the misuse of SPLOST Funds, mismanagement of the Taxpayers Budget, hands in accreditation loss also, this Current Embarrassment.
Now who will pay for this LAWSUIT against his colleagues? You got it! The Black Taxpayers since us out number the whites. RECALL old Elgrin! The only reason Clayton’s whites put him in office is because the whites can easily control him. Just like Elgrin said in the paper his white backers will help him fund his defense. That sound and look just like those same old three white boy lawyers that done in the “Final Four Black Girls” on the BOE. Am I the only one that sees this conspiracy?

I don’t want Eldrin Bell to be recalled - not because I like the job he’s doing, but what are the alternatives?
Eldrin got elected because his competitors were worse. Imagine what crap candidates we’d end up with if we had to elect someone in a recall situation. This is a classic case of stick with the devil you do know. Bell is basically a sitting duck without the majority vote and he knows it (the real reason for this lawsuit) so let him play figurehead for the rest of his term and let’s pray someone better steps forward within a few years.

The new board and the school system haven’t don’t anything and the only have thing left to retain accreditation is to Get Rid of the Black Man Dr. Thompson. That’s all the “White Rich and Powerful County’s Republicans—including Sonny and Elgart**

What wonderful news that the board has met 80% of its mandates! Elgart the puppetmaster must be proud to have his minions on the board performing for him like trained circus animals.
Meanwhile we have gang beatdowns in the hallways of Jonesboro High. Of course Elgart nor the board have anything to say about that.
You see when it comes to accrediting a school system, what’s really important is that board members speak to each other in hushed tones. Open gang warfare that puts staff and students at risk isn’t really a concern. Certainly not one that would merit a mandate.
And why should it? It’s not like Elgart has to send his kids to school here is it?
As has been said all along, yanking the accreditation has served its purpose. By this time next year, the accreditation issue will be gone.
And the problems with the schools will remain exactly the same.

The County’s Republician White Elite and Unscrupulous, Unwitting Negroes in Lake Spivey and the Panhandle put Elgrin Bell in office in the first place. Wade was the better man for the job in 2004. However, the county’s whites were afraid of what Wade would do after living all his life under their feet. So they went for the “Lighter Skinned White Trained Negroes; the white folk used the Willie Lynch Rationale to elect Elgrin. The theory being Elgrin being 70 something years old, he’d know how to kneel to the white folk. Little did the whites know we progressive thinking Blacks had a way around Elgrin, the 1/3 white person himself. All we were waiting on was the “Aunt Tom”; V. Gray to move out of the way.
Elgrin, we can do it again! Let’s run to Sonny and have his Administrative Judge declare the Clayton County Commission Dysfunctional and take away the County’s Charter and get those three board members thrown off the board. Then we can hold another Special Election and get Clayton County Elections Officer Annie Bright to Pamper with the Ballot Box Again. Then like before, we can Select instead of “Elect two maybe three whites to fill those empty seats; you know just like we did on the School Board with those four Black Girls. Come on, Elgrin it will work! Again! Let’s try it!

Did everyone see and read what that Lee and Jewel Scott crony remarks in the AJC paper today by michael b. king School Board Member and so called Attorney that never went to a creditable Law School since that Law School also lost its accreditation, so if it was not for the State Bar having a program in place so that if he/she can pass the Georgia Bar Exam then they would give him a Bar License to practice Law in this State, and I also think the Georgia Bar needs to be held accountable for this total Dummy with all his frivolous lawsuits as I am sure he gives his profession a serious bad name all over the State.
Now I can see why he wanted to be up on the School Board is to get a pay check since his has never won any case as a Attorney since he/she can not really make it as a Attorney so far, and yes that is very easy checked on the legal boards on Attorneys on past cases that has been filed. All king does is if he/she loses a case he/she normally boost it up the State Appeals and then to the State Supreme Court so he/she can waste his clients money as long as he/she can show that he/she is doing something with the said case.

No proof of evidence that the mandates have been met. Clayton County our children are worth every penny spent to get the right superintendent. It cost 40000 to imprison a student and 8000 to educate a student.
It would be better to spend 160,000 for a new search company than to use the same flawed company that brought us Thompson because it would only cost 16,000. Spend the damn money on something meaningful for our teachesrs and students.
Or are black, lationo and hispanic children worth the investment?

Here’s what King said.
**“We need to give the public some assurance that we’re not relying on staff like we did in 2008 when we got the short side of the stick,” King said. “If that happens again, there will be a riot in this county.”
King said he wanted to hear a progress report from some of the consultants the district is paying or state Board of Education member William “Brad” Bryant, who Gov. Sonny Perdue appointed to help the district.**
Sounds like what King wants is for Bostic, who was appointed by Perdue to help the district, to help the district. He wants Bostic on the record as to whether or not the board is making progress, so that they can pull a bait and switch at the end.
In other words, he wants to hold those who have been appointed by the governor to help the district accountable for what they are supposed to contribute to the process.
And this is a terrible thing on King’s part because?

To King’s remarks in the AJC;
There is nothing wrong with anyone asking questions for advice on things.
Well we all know that Governor Perdue has done nothing to help out our County since 2004 until now when he sees it as a PR (Dog and Pony Show) stunt to show us as citizens that he cares and trying to help with this crisis.
Where was the glorious Governor in trying to help our county when Victor Hill and Lee and Jewel Scott was trying to put this whole county in bankrupt crisis and abusive power of these people in office and other unethical self serving ways. As many people here has stated that the Scotts was giving the appearance of laundering money on campaign discloser forms and other issues of these forms that was not filled out properly and still are violations that are against the Georgia Code.
As many people on here over the years clearly shown that this Lame Duck Governor was connected to many Land Deals and of course John D. Stephens that had broken State Laws.
So I do not see this Governor helping our county on nothing that does not help him in his image or his also self serving ways and his Party self serving ways.
If they want to talk about Pork, I want to know why when Casey Cagle went into office he spent over 50,000 dollars of taxpayers money to build a Huge Parking Deck in his town. But I am fair as I believe that is plenty of Pork spending on both sides of the fence but more on the Republications.

It is still getting interesting each day in Clayco. Got a call from Cousin Elvis today. He’s in Valeo, California conducting a seminar for pastors: “How to make your members give more money,” or something to that effect. I told him that he needs to come to Clayco and start a revival. He could get Wade Starr to play the piano and Eldrin to sing. But, don’t let Eldrin count the money. Eldrin could then end up making more money than Cousin Elvis at this revival. Revive Again!
John Thompson can be an Evangelist Bodyguard like the ones that Creflo has. Wow, opportunities galore in Clayco!

Is anyone else disturbed by the fact that while the board is patting itself on the back for the news media, they seem to have little or no concern for the gang warfare that has broken out in the schools?
I know Elgart wants a unified board, but does Clayton need a board that is unified in silence when it comes to the safety of students and staff?
It seems like what the board is saying with their silence is that the appearance of a safe school is actually far more important than the actual safety of students and staff at a Clayton County school.
I guess if it isn’t a mandate, student and staff safety isn’t worth addressing.

Story Not Told,
You are right and I agree with you. I am not satisfied with the level of attention this school district is directing towards gangs, behavior, etc. The latest provocative dance done by JHS students at a JHS basketball game says volumes about what students believe is OK vs. behavioral expectations by the District. It also says volumes about the level of reinforcement of policy and supervision by administrators and advisors.

I think the AJC can officially retire its claim to be a watchdog in Clayton after its latest story.
While other legitimate news media outlets are investigating allegations that there are at least four seperate gangs operating in Jonesboro High, what’s the AJC’s lead story in Clayton? The dance team.
Call them lewd, call them tawdry, but you can’t call them a threat to the safety of staff and students at Jonesboro High.
Kimberly loves to come on here and tell us about memos and meetings, but where is she when gang violence rears its ugly head, inside the schools? I guess the safety of staff and students isn’t really that important, compared to a policy meeting.
Why is the AJC refusing to cover this story? Will the AJC reporter go to Jonesboro High and actually talk to students and staff, or when she just be content to regurgitate the bs the board feeds her?

You should be thankful that hey are not reporting the gang beating you imbecile. That adds to the beliefs that Clay Co is the equialent of south Central LA or any any gang infested city..which isn’t true. You have some teens acting up….these gabgs are petty groups…not the bloods or Crips or MS 13.
Those kids need to be expelled and or locked up..its easy to get rid of them at school.
By Why the board is at fault
January 28, 2009 1:22 PM | Link to this
Is the Jonesboro High gang activity primarily the fault of the BOE? No. Do they bear some responsibility, and have they failed in their duties to the citizens? Absolutely.
Why? Because of their silence. When you are silent on issues that compromise the safety of staff and students in a system that you have been elected to serve, you are 100% complicit.
When you refuse to inform the voters of the seriousness of a gang problem, one that compromises the safety of their children, you are complicit.
I know certain groups are trying desparately to make this new board seem like the greatest thing since sliced bread, but when their silence and inaction threatens the safety of the staff and students, then they have failed, no matter how much certain people want to pretend otherwise

I grew up in Henry County. Gang violence was rampant in that school system in the 90’s. Clayton is not the only school system in America dealing with gang violence. Why do people want to pick the Clayton County school system apart and pretend like all the rest of the country are immune to its problems? How is that beneficial to the situation? As a parent, I am naturally concerned about the safety of the children and staff, but chronic issues such as that aren’t going to be solved overnight, or even with a few board meetings. Why can’t you focus on the real issues? The topic of this blog doesn’t have anything to do with gang violence, or DISCIPLINE, in the schools! It’s about the actions and behaviors of our Board of Commisioners.

Like anybody ever stays on topic on this blog LOL. And nor should they required to be. Since this blog only updates topics once a week, it’s not realistic.
And most importantly, if the AJC is covering up a story, and the BOE and others refuse to address it, then blogs are one of the few ways to get the story out.
Of course the AJC would rather run stories about board members patting themselves on the back while Elgart watched glowingly.
Maybe the rest of the community is enamoured with the with all the paperwork and happy talk the BOE is producing, but the students and staff of Jonesboro High, and CCPS deserve better.

I really don’t care about other cities or other school districts. I don’t care that other schools have gangs in them or that there is crime everywhere. The only school district or county I care about is mine. I don’t believe that because Billy got an F, it’s OK for me to have one. The level of gangs, attitudes, violence, crimes, and behavior in our schools is not acceptable. Correcting it starts at the top.
And to Jimmy, you should be very concerned about hybrid gangs for multiple reasons. The greatest being that they are less predictable with more to prove. There’s nothing “petty” about them. Get’em out before they bring trouble in.

People still want to divide the board into factions and blame them or praise them accordingly. So when it comes to the gang warfare at Jonesboro High, which faction to blame?
All of them. All nine of the board members deserve blame because none of them have spoke up.
If you must single out any of them for their silence, single out those who are, or have been, teachers or administrators with working experience in a school, because they, more than anyone else, should know that staff and students can’t produce their best efforts if they feel their very safety is being compromised.
It’s apparent that they are being silent on the issue publicly. But, did any of them, or any other CCPS official privately speak on it, and try to influence the AJC not to run the story?
Not that that is an excuse for the AJC, because as far as this story goes, there is no excuse for the AJC.

The good thing is, there are a few people left in Clayton County that have enough intelligence to deal with some of the Clayton County’s problems. Most of them are long time residents and live in the Lake Spivey area. They have formed a group and are currently working with state legislators this session to address these issues. It has become apparent to most in the state that the majority of Clayton County voters are not capable of electing qualified people to run its school system and other county programs . Hopefully the state will step in and do it for them. One fact, if Clayton County keeps digressing at the rate it has been over the last few years its just a matter of time before the County completely collapses. The citizens of Clayton County keep getting duped. It’s not that we don’t want to elect idiots, it’s just that the elected people show their true colors once elected. Ad to the fact that any good person wanting to get elected to bring about change will get slammed by bloggers and those who profit from disharmony and chaos. Why serve the public if the public won’t support those good people? So as a result we are left regurgetating the same tired politicians who are the problem in the first place. Case in point, the Chairmans race. What good choices did we have? None! As a result voters were left voting for the least of the worst. Clayton County is in a downward spiral. We now have a BOC that is propping up friends and supporters to high paying jobs that are only concerned with building wealth among themselves. Wade Starr could not get elected so he supports Wole, Singelton and Hambric and as a result they reward him with a promotion from motor pool operator to Director of Policy. It was a great coup! The backlash from the voters will be felt in Singelton and Edmondsons upcoming elections. Victor Hill forgot that regardless of what he thought he accomplished, He still had to face the voters every four years. Let this lesson be learned to all those who hold elected seats. The voters are paying attention and the sleeping giant has awaken!!

Many of the Clayton County good citizens are apathetic, too lenient, too understanding, too permissive, too easygoing, too naive, too trusting, too unenlightened, too unsophisticated, too uninvolved, and just will not hold the people they elect to political office which includes the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners accountable, answerable, responible, culpable, and liable for the decisions that they make and the actions that they do which have not been in the best interest of the citizens of Clayton County.
Even though the counties with a majority or near majority of white people have their share of problems, issues, and concerns, they would not have allowed the events and situations to occur in Clayton County as they have occured withour direct actions, protests, and public outcry and outrage.
The truth is the truth, it is what it is, the facts are the facts in Clayton County and unless this county gets a massive influx, infusion, and increase of more intelligent, upscale, rich, well-to-do white people, black people, hispanic people, asian people, indian people who care and would put a stop to these negative events and shenanigans like you have in other counties such as Fayette County, Forsyth County, northern Fulton County and DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, and Cobb County, these and much, much, much, more serious, negative, and destructive actions will continue to take place in Clayton County.
The plain facts of the matter are that the good taxpaying citizens of Clayton County do not want to do the additional and necessary steps of going regularly to the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners Monthly Meetings, the Clayton County School Board Of Education Monthly Meetings, and other community meetings where decisions are make and actions taken that for better or worst affect the lives of the citizens already living in Clayton County

So now we have two news stories about a dance team, a link to contact the reporter, but still no story about the open gang presence at Jonesboro High?
The AJC claims they want to hear from you, but why aren’t they speaking to those who have told other news media that there are at least four gangs with a presence at Jonesboro High?
Why do you get the feeling that Jonesboro High and CCPS officials are milking this story for all it’s worth, in the hopes that the gang assault will stay out of the AJC?
Is the physical safety of the staff and students at Jonesboro High of so little concern that the AJC has to do repeated stories about a one time incident with a dance team, while ignoring the ongoing multiple gang presence at Jonesboro High?
If the Jonesboro High public will not pressure the AJC to report it, and CCPS to address it, then they are saying that it’s ok for staff and students to have their safety compromised, as long as there isn’t a dance team.
What’s more important? A dance team, or the physical safety of children and those who work with them?

Willie: I agree with your assessment of Clayco. I grew up in Cabbagetown (not far, by the way, from Harry W. Brown of the famous “Arrowhead Clinic”). So many folk from Cabbagetown had either migrated to Clayco or Powder Springs/Mableton that we considered these areas as “Little Cabbagetowns.” Harry W. Brown is just one example of a Cabbagetown kid who made it big. He started out right there on Tara Boulevard at the old Arrowhead Shopping Center. I am very proud of him
Cabbagetown folk felt comfortable in Clayco. The only people who put on airs were the wannabes (one generation transplanted out of Forest Park/Conley/Mountainview) who moved to Dr. Spivey’s property. (He couldn’t hardly give the lots away in the beginning.) People like Gerald Matthews came up with his brohter from Meriwether County. They cut hair in Riverdale. Crandle Bray was just a struggling (like we all were, by the way) real estate lawyer in Riverdale. Heck, Charley Griswell got fired at the Ford Motor Company. Terrell Starr started off selling shoes and finally won a seat on the county commission. Some of our more “prominent” leaders in the county grew using outdoor facilities. This is what makes our county so great. Regular people just working hard to try to improve their lots for their families. This is just the American Dream being lived out in little ole Clayco. Heck, one more example: Our former Chief Judge started off as a mechanic with Delta Airlines, and he ended up as a most respected scholarly jurist. Just another example of the opportunities in Clayco…Atlanta’s “Wild, Wild West.”
Yeah, I’m Earl, originally from Cabbagetown but now living with the Mrs. in our used condo not far from the Bahia Mar down here in Ft. Liqourdale. The Mrs. just left to shop with Hilda at the huge flea market that just opened near Pembrooke Pines and Hollywood. Eli brought me over this confounded lap top so I could get my Clayco fix for the day. Heedabeedahoohoo!

The Jonesboro lapdancer showcase was not isolated. It happens every day in the hallways, classrooms, and on bus rides across the county. Why do you think they thought it would be OK and why noone there in the gym stopped it when it was happening? Administrators, teachers, CCPS all know about problems in our schools. Yet, noone is willing to change it. CCPS feels that so long as noone dies, it’s all good. And forget the parents. They don’t even go to their own parent/teacher conferences. They are failing their own children and our CCPS is afraid to step up and be somebody to save them. The media is not going to help things. It does not provide enough taxpayer pressure in this county.

It seems that our Clayton County Board Of Commissioners are at it again.
Read today’s Clayton News Daily’s Headline Newspaper Article entitled “BOC’S Finance Committee To Re-Do Meeting” and the byline under it says “Jan 20 Meeting Didn’t Follow State Law.
The article states that the recently established Finance Committee of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners met for the first time on last Tuesday January 20, 2009 to select officers and meeting times but because they failed to publicized the meeting as required by the State Of Georgia’s Open Meetings Act, this orginial meeting was illegal and that they will hold a meeting this afternoon at 5:45 P.M. to re-estaablish the committee’s framework.
At the orginial January 20, 2009 meeting which was held at 8:00 A.M., the Finance Committee chose Vice-Chairman Wole Ralph, Commissioner Gail Hambrick, Clayton County Finance Director Mrs. Angela Jackson, Clayton County Chief Of Staff Alex Cohilas, and Clayton County Director of Fleet Maintanence Mr. Wade Starr who at that time, was also the Interim Director of Policy and Planning to be the Finance Committee with Vice-Chairman Wole Ralph serving as its Chairman and Commissioner Gail Hambrick serving as the committee’s Vice-Chairwoman.
Vice-Chairman Ralph said that the actions taken during that meeting will be voided because the media was not notified of the meeteing, and a public notice of the meeting was not displayed in accordance with state rules.
Vice-Chairman Wole Ralph knows better and tried to hold a meeting without the public’s or media press’ knowledge and without the public being able to attend the 8:00 A.M. meeting time.
If Vice-Chairman Ralph really cared about the citizens of Clayton County, he would have held an open, transparent, and aboveboard meeting during the evening hours at 7:00 P.M. like the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners Monthly Meetings are held.
This does not look good for Vice-Chairman Wole Ralph, Commissioner Gail Hambrick, Chief Of Staff Alex Cohilas, Director Wade Starr, or Director of the Finance Department of Clayton County Angela Jackson credibility, honesty, or forthrightness because it gives the serious and understandable impression that they are hiding something and do not want the public to know what they plan to do or the contents of the meeting to be printed in the newspapers.

In most cases I think that CCPS wants the dance team story and the gang story to be swept under the rug.
Except in this case, I think CCPS is actually happy for the timing of the dance team flap, because then they can really bury the gang beatdown story.
The question is, how much did they coordinate their efforts with the AJC to bury this story?
Both cases represent a CCPS that wants to bury their head in the sand, and an uninformed citizenry that lets them get away with it.
That the AJC doesn’t have near the influence it wishes it had in Clayton doesn’t excuse it. They have probably written more stories about CCPS than all the other school systems combined, so there is no doubt they are trying to influence things in Clayton.
Thus, not reporting on a story than other outlets have reported on, a story that threatens the safety of students and staff is inexcusable.
Still no Kimberly. If she cares enough to provide updates on board meetings, you’d think she’d care enough about the safety of children to comment.

Given that Eldrin Bell was totally willing to play politics with children’s lives by playing a major role in working with his cronies on the board to cost the system its accreditation, it takes a lot, a whole lot, to make him look credible.
But an 8:00 am meeting with no advance notice to the public might be enough to pull it off.

1 - the AJC doesn’t instruct me to cover up anything, and they never have. All AJC staff reporters and editors have email addresses hyperlinked to their name throughout this web site. Have you even tried to contact any of them directly and ask why this story hasn’t been covered yet since reporters provide new content daily (unlike myself who only has one blog per week), or are you just assuming there’s a coverup?
2 - Again, this blog is only updated on Mondays. Anything I write after that will be a post and I try not to interfere with the convos here so that residents can have their say about whatever they like. When I do come on here occassionally it’s to correct misinformation, post meetings or some other info about county happenings with a short timeline (i.e., if it occurs within the next week). But really, what do you want me to say right now on this blog? That gang problems exist in Clayton? Acknowledged!
3 - if you have some information you want to get out re: gangs at Jonesboro HS or anywhere in Clayton that will be helpful to the community and not just talk of coverups, feel free to email me directly at kallenis42@yahoo.com and we can arrange to discuss. As always, thanks for participating, but I’m not going to get in a t**-for-tat with you so whatever you say next, congratulations, you won.

By Thank you for responding Kimberly

In the past, I have found the answers provided by reporters in emails to be extremely evasive, if they will even bother to respond at all.
I have seen however, when enough people call the AJC out on the blogs, occasionally they will respond with a story.
As for what I would have wanted you to say. Perhaps to lend your voice to the position that maybe the safety of staff and children is a little bit more important than a risque’ dance routine.
If the citizens can get all upset about a dance routine, but don’t show even a fraction of the concern when a gang beatdown happens in the exact same school, it goes a long way toward explaining why the schools are in the shape they are in.
And the AJC, the self-proclaimed watchdog of the citizens, isn’t helping with their silence.
Credit to you for responding Kimberly. If only the reporters and editors of the AJC, as well as the citizens of Clayton, were as responsive concerning the safety of staff and students at Jonesboro High.
But I must say, given the wall to wall coverage of the dance story, perhaps the term t** for tat wasn’t the best choice of words LOL

M&M writes in her newspaper; ”Clayton County may have trouble recruiting a superintendent because of its loss of accreditation and negative reputation”. Now, consultant tells us over $300,000 will be the next salary for a school chief! Here the “Trilogy of how whites b******* a black community. 1) “The negative reputation was and still is being created by the AJC with funding from the County’s Greedy Rich Whites (the Spivey group); and authored by Clayton’s own MEGAN MATTEUCCI.
The Whites are supporting and funding the Commish Bell’sLawsuit in order to keep him in charge. As the senile old Bell continue to provide the swine no-bid contracts. The County’s Greedy Rich Whites, know it’s easier and cheaper to control the many Blacks by controlling and paying an old uncle tom like Elgrin. The swine have Elgrin and Glanton Drunk off Willie Lynch Syndrome Juice. 2) In the meantime, M&M and her AJC and TV stories continues to poisoning the minds of the populous in the area portraying Clayton as the new Babylon; worst off than the rest of the metro counties.
Clayton is no worst off than the rest of the metro area. All metro counties are crime infested rat holes with transients; whether black, white or indifferent. Nevertheless, the Swine Spivey Group pays tens of thousands to the AJC to Headline Juvenile Lap Dancers over the episode of the thieving Christian swine of Chick-fil-A siphoning millions from Clayton’s schools for decades. It even took a FED Forensic Audit to stop the swine. Meanwhile its typical swine move (Exploit Lil Black Girls at JHS). 3) Soon the swine will force the new spineless, voiceless CCBOE to hire a Pink Head Swine Superintendent to replace the black Dr. Dumbson. It is rather curious that Megan Matteucci jumps on the bandwagon of a story where the board has already addressed the fact that they met illegally and will thus meet again, but stays silent on the story that others have reported that as many as four gangs are operating out of Jonesboro High.
I thought this newpaper called itself a watchdog. Seems like if that was true, they’d do a story on a school system that hasn’t addressed the violence at Jonesboro High before they’d do a story on a board meeting that the board has already taken responsibility for and is redoing.
Are they a watchdog, or are they serving the selfish needs of selected elected officials in Clayton?

It’s been 24 hours and no update on the single most important issue facing CCPS schools today, the dance team at Jonesboro High.
What color socks were they wearing? We need to know. What brand of tennis shoes were they wearing? We need to know. What was the song that was playing? We need to know. Who was the artist who did the song that was playing? We need to know. Has Megan reached out to the artist to seek a comment on the matter. We need to know. How has the Dow Jones Index responded to the news? We need to know.
We have right now, a fully functional, world class school system in CCPS. We can’t let this incident jeopardize that. Also factor in the geopolitical implications of the story as far as our relationships with the Russians and the Chinese, and, despite what some critics say, we need more coverage, not less coverage.

Of course, Eldrin of the Wookie clan has dispatched a delegation of Udenimi negotiators to forge an alliance with the Beduine on the planet Chaos. A galactic war can be avoided if an agreement can be found regarding the Liasta crystals which will provide many years of uninterpreted power to all class 3 galactic warships. This is important because without the crystals, the Beduine’s Prime minister of galactic affairs is Mike Glanton.Glanton has sold the rights to the crystal mines to the highest bidder. Yes, indeed, the raucous dancing (if we can call it that) of the “Sluts of Jonesboro” (as they are imprudently referred to on U Tube) will put any demurring citizen to shame. Just yesterday I glimpsed at the video and could not believe my eyes. I had to watch the video 18 more times to make sure that this was indeed the Jonesboro Senior High of which I graduated in 1977, the year of Scott Woerner. Mr. Fred Smith would not have tolerated this. Even Mr. Yogi would have probably stepped in to stop these disgraceful gyrations. But, I must say that perhaps Mr. Chairman might land these girls, after graduation, of course, jobs at the Pink Pony South.
I will be transporting Rev. Bourbon to Northside Drive (a back room at the new Pascal’s) to meet with Evangelist Elvis Loudermilk (Earl’s cousin) and Rev. Jeremiah Wright (who is speaking at Clark Atlanta University today). This secrect meeting (please don’t tell anyone) will deal with the state of “Thugness & Gangs in the Clayton County Schools,” a far worse problem than the admittedly disgraceful lap dancing which took place at my alma mater. Gangs galore in the Clayco School System, and as our previous writers have aptly noted, no one seems to want to address this uncomfortable issue. Hey, I have an idea (really this is the idea that Rev. Bourbon will be presenting to Elvis and Jeremiah today). Why not make Victor Hill our new superintendent? I guarantee you that he will restore order in our schools. It takes a thug to deal with thugs. Hill will run a taut ship…getting rid of the gangs or changing their behaviors. Search Committee…are you ready? We don’t want another flop from Maryland, Illinois, Pennsylvania. No more Hairstons, Pulliams, Thompsons. No more. They were/are duds. No discipline in their reigns. Only a posse of incompetent administrators. Yes, Victor for Superintendent! (By the way, we hear that the jail is out of control again. A real mess. Maybe Kimbrough’s law degree will finally scare the inmates and get them back in control. Time will tell.)

The bloggers and posters who care about what is going on with the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners should read today’s headline Clayton News Daily article written by news reporter Mr. Joel Hall entitled “BOC Alters Some Chief Of Staff’s Duties with the byline “Validity Of Cohilas’ Appointment Heads To Court.”
The article states that a day before the hearing in the lawsuit that Chairman Eldrin Bell filed against all of his four fellow Commission colleagues and the Chief Of Staff Chief Alex Cohilas, the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners in a 3-1 vote, voted to strip Chief Cohilas of some of his executive responsibilities.
This new version approved by a 3-1 vote (Vice-Chairman Wole Ralph, Commissioner Sonna Singleton, and Commissioner Gail Hambrick voted in favor and Chairman Eldrin Bell voted against, and Commissioner Michael Edmondson was absent from this meeting) eliminates the chief of staff’s ability to hire and fire the “chairman’s administrative and executive assistants.”
A hearing on Chairman Bell’s lawsuit against his fellow Commissioners will take place this morning in Clayton County’s Superior Court before Clayton County Superior Court Judge Deborah Benefield.
Also the Finance Committee of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners which now consists of the Chairman of the Finance Committee Wole Ralph (also Vice-Chairman of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners), the Vice-Chairwoman of the Finance Committee Commissioner Gail Hambrick, and its three appointed and confirmed members, Clayton County’s Director of Finance Mrs. Angela Jackson, Clayton County’s Chief Of Staff Chief Alex Cohilas, and Clayton County’s Director Of Policy, Planning, and Fleet Maintenance Director Wade Starr held their first official meeting yesterday at 5:45 P.M. and will meet every first and third Monday of the month at 8:00 A.M. which is before the regularly scheduled business meeting of the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners which is the first and third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 P.M.
The purpose of the Finance Committee will be for its members to provide the full five member Clayton County Board Of Commissioners financial recommendations for them to vote on.
All of these meetings are open to the public and if you are deeply concerned about what is going on with the Clayton County Board Of Commissioners and how they will allocate our taxpayers dollars on their upcoming yearly fiscal budget which must be completed and voted on by June 30, 2009, you must attend these meetings and make your voice heard and known and take appropriate actions when necessary if they are going against and not voting in Clayton County’s best interests.

In today’s Clayton News Daily Newspaper on Page 5A is a article written by the Clayton County Education and School Board Writer Mr. Curt Yeomans entitled “THOMPSON CALLS DANCE AN EMBARRASSMENT” in which he states that the Jonesboro High School dance team’s recent performance during half time at a basketball game performed on Tuesday January 13, 2009 an “embarrassment” to the school district.
He also stated that somebody should have stopped it. He also states that If he had been there, he would have stopped it.
Two Clayton County School Board Members, Mrs. Mary Baker who has Jonesboro High School in her school district and Mr. Charlton Bivins who has a daughter who is a senior at Jonesboro High School were quoted in the article on their displeasure and concern about what had transpired at Jonesboro High School.
Superintendent Thompson also stated that the district will reprimand school officials who allow dances like the one performed at Jonesboro High School to occur and when it gets to his level, it’s all over.
If you go to www.news-daily.com, you can read the article on-line for yourself.
It is my hope that the blogmaster Mrs. Kimberly Allen gets enough factual, credible, detailed, comprehensive, and verifible information that she can do a blog topic on Gang Presence, Discipline Policies, Protocols, Procedures, Rules, and Regulations of the elementary, middle, and high schools in the Clayton County School System and other related Clayton County School matters like how do the students feel and their thoughts about what the Jonesboro High School Dance Team did and whether or not it was appropriate and in good taste on her next blog topic for Monday February 2, 2009.

This is your community pastor, the Rev. Jimmy Jack Bourbon of the Hosea Williams Memorial Church of World Peace and Reconciliation Beginning in Clayco reporting on the latest of my pastoral triumphs. Bishop Bobby Newton, Bishop Tutu, and I were able to secure peace in Palestine within our generation, although the out-working of the peace might become slightly problematic. Bishop Newton will remain in the West Bank area, solidifying our gains. His diplomatic skills are legendary. Just ask Crandle Bray or Mike Glanton. I believe he takes credit for teaching Representative Glanton everything he knows about politics, having introduced Mike to his Supreme Commander, Gail Buckner.
If we can secure peace in Palestine, I think we will be able to secure the same peace (though delayed in its manisfestation) here in Claytonstine too…well, at least some peace on the West Bank (of the Flint River). The East Bank is the problem area, especially in the Holy and Divided City of Spivey-Jodeco. Bell, the Scotts, Glenn (Bubba) Baker, Dowell, the Greens, Mary Baker, Eddie White, Janice Scott, Griswell, Bailey, Bray, Hecht, Tracey, Bob K., and a whole host (including all of our esteemed jurists) of personalities make their abode in this divided city or its immediate environs. Victor, Wade, Adamson (the new lady on the school board), Trotter, Seay (well, she emigrates back and forth from Fulton), Abdullah-Salaam, Jordan, et al., live in the West Bank region. It is always in the Spivey-Jodeco area where the cauldering insurrections take place. Edmondson (Chief Pontentate of the Commish in this area) has aligned himself with the always conniving West Banker, Wade-the-Trade Starr. Wole, the Young Turk from the Panhandle, is Wade-the-Trade’s boy. The Trade has convinced young little Wole that The Chair belongs to him one day. But, he will never secure it. It will go to someone like Matthew (erh, I mean Terry) the Tax Collector first. He has a way with people and the requisite charm to raise the money and support. TB will crush WR, just like Eldrin crushed Wade. It will be no contest. Wade-the-Trade keeps dangling that juicy carrot in front of Ralpie’s nose.

Dear Megan,
Thank you so very much for your multiple stories on the dance team. We were really worried there for a momemt about the bad publicity. Not about the dance team. God no! We couldn’t have gotten a bigger break.
We were afraid that someone would follow up on WSB-TV’s report of a violent gang attack at Jonesboro High, and the allegations that there are at least four gangs operating inside the school.
I know you and your superiors at the AJC didn’t want that story to get out and boy did you crush it. Not only did you crush it, you have given us the chance to look like we will actually take a stand on student behavior.
Had the gang story gotten out, and the AJC would have done multiple stories on it, we would have been so exposed. Imagine if the community at large knew the potential for violence that existed each and every day they sent their children to Jonesboro High.
Again thanks, and any information we can give you to divert the public’s attention to the safety issues at Jonesboro High please feel free to let us know.
Perhaps you can come to Jonesboro High and watch the dance team do the waltz? We will, of course, provide a police escort.
Thank you,

Twelve vents on the dance team, zero vents on the gang violence at Jonesboro High.
Are we to believe that no one cares at all about the safety of their children at Jonesboro High? Are we to believe that this story is worthy of zero news coverage by the AJC, yet the dance story is worth three stories?
Or are we to believe the AJC is suppressing the news in this case, and not reporting the news?

Miss Kimberly,
You have been doing a good job on this irascible Clayco Board. Don’t let the Diatriber (the mean-spirited poster who is always attacking people, esp. your community pastor, Yours Truly, and little ole Earl of Cabbagetown/Rex Mill/Ft. Liqourdale, Cousin Elvin, and now Associate Pastor Varner). I have a feeling that you and your husband will be tuning in to the Super Bowl on Sunday, especially since the Lombardi Trophy is named after Vince, one of your fellow Alums of Fordham University of Manhatten. I will have to pull for the Dogs of Pittsburgh, although I am a fan of Fitzgerald and Warner. Pittsburgh has always been kind to my Dogs of UGA, signing many Dogs through the years, two of whom are Clayco Thugs, Andre Hastings of Morrow High School and Hines Ward of Forest Park High. Hines was MVP of his last Super Bowl, one among three UGA Dogs to achieve this noble honor (the other two are Jake Scott and Terrell Davis). UGA is the only school to have had three of its former players to be named MVP of the Super Bowl.
Don’t let anyone rattle you about your topic selection, and, no, I do not bold ALL my type; I bold only portions to help the reader. I always do this for the community church bulletin as well. I am just a humble pastor of little means. We don’t even do a collection for tithes and offerings at the Hosea Williams Memorial Church of World Peace and Reconciliation Beginning in Clayco. I need to run. A favorite teacher of mine died this week. I must tend to some arrangements. May see my parishioners at the Golden Corral on Tara and commit the sin of gluttony. We are all b******* but God love us anyway!

I thought the Give-em-the-boot crowd would realize that CCPS is really playing up this dance story, and making sure their public relations machine is feeding the AJC and others, because they know it’s a golden opportunity to bury the gang violence story, before the public got up in arms over it and demanded answers.
Usually the boot crowd will see something like this for what it is, and call the appropriate people on it, such as CCPS in this case, but this doesn’t seem to be happening.
Don’t take it as an attack, take it as a question boot crowd. Those of you on the boot, do you agree or disagree with the possibility that CCPS is playing up this dance team story with the media, even if it is embarrassing, because it’s helping to bury the gang violence story at Jonesboro High?
By giving CCPS so much grief about the dance team, are we letting them off the hook about the much more important gang violence story without even knowing it?
What say you, boot crowd?

To the guy ranting on about gang violence:
Look, that was a story when Thompson called all us parents about a survey they did a couple of months back. We all knew then that gang violence is a recurrent problem in any public school system. Since you know so much about the altercation, then give us more details. Was anyone seriously hurt? That would have made the AJC. Also, you shouldn’t compare the AJC to the Clayton News Daily. The AJC covers news statewide and is a much bigger publication with greater circulation. You can’t expect them to hit on every thing that comes across their desks about Clayton County. Personally, I would love it if they would print less stories about Clayton County. It would be nice if the county could have the opportunity to fix some of its problems before they rub our noses in the next piece of dirt that someone can turn into a media circus.
I’ll admit. This story about the dance team has been blown WAY out of porportion, and I would be interested in hearing more about this gang beat-down. But give it a rest already. The more time passes the less likely it will ever be a story anyway.
By And that's the problem
January 30, 2009 3:29 PM | Link to this
The more time passes the less likely it will be reported. True, But It is a story and one that needs to be reported. I’m not sure that we should ever, ever give it rest when the safety of staff and students is involved.
Do children not deserve safe schools? Do those who work with them not deserve safe schools? If schools are responding, and the media isn’t responding, is it wrong to use the blogsphere to bring attention to the problem?
I’m also not willing to give the AJC any slack on this. Statewide or not, they’ve seen fit to do three stories on the dance team, and zero on the gang violence that other large media outlets reported on, so the fact that they have a larger scope that the Clayton News Daily is no excuse for their silence in my opinion.
If we don’t focus on what’s really wrong with the schools, we’ll continue to get pretend issues to divert our attention, like CCPS is doing with the dance team.
It’s not that it’s being blown out of proportion. It’s that it appears to be being blown out of proportion on purpose to hide a real issue.

Thank you for seeing my point. Guilty of not giving it a rest I do admit. But I’m surprised, and disappointed, that more people are not upset. Upset that they are being used, or that this outrage at the dance team is being used, to sweep a more important story under the rug.
I really thought more people would see right through this game, and blast CCPS and the AJC both for their actions.
I would just have to ask posters, what would concern you more to see on the street corner in front of your house; a dance team or a street gang?
I would have thought that people would have the same concern for the schools that CCPS children attend.
It’s disappointing to say the least.

Sir, you are intelligent, and would be an excellent advocate for school-age children and teachers. Why do you sully your reputation with a man like John Trotter? Even with your old moniker, you could make some very insightful arguments about discipline in the schools.
By Where is the Give em the boot crowd?
January 30, 2009 4:25 PM | Link to this
It’s now 27 responses on the dance story, 6 on the gang beatdown. For all the talk about the concern for the girls on the dance team, why isn’t anybody addressing the fact that CCPS is actually exploiting these girls, causing them even more embarrassment, so that they can bury the gang violence story?
If the Give em the Boot crowd, or anybody else doesn’t believe me I have one question. Why for the gang violence story was there a wall of silence from CCPS administrators, with only spokesman Charles White made available for comment, but on the dance team story, the system has made Thompson and multiple board members available for comment?
Do you not see how your outrage about the dance team is actually being used against you by Thompson and the BOE to bury a more important story?
Speak out boot crowd, speak out!

Dear Where is the Give em the Boot Crowd. If you are SOOOOOOO very worried about what is or isn’t posted on Give em the Boot why don’t YOU join the Give em the Boot fam and post the question yourself? Oh wait You can’t remember which of the multiple personalities you have joined under. By the way There are posts about the gangs You just are trying to stir up trouble. It’s not working. Most folks can see through you and are just ignoring you.
By Of course ghebasma takes it as an attack
January 30, 2009 5:21 PM | Link to this
ghebasma,
Instead of getting irate, and engaging in a personal attack, which I clearly did not with my two posts here today, why not address the issue at hand?
Go back and read the two posts asking for give-em-the-boot’s input and point out to me where this is a personal attack on give-em-the-boot posters?
After you do that, come back and explain why it is stirring up trouble to be concerned that CCPS is using the dance team story to bury the gang violence story?
Is bringing attention to unsafe school condtions for students and staff stirring up trouble? I’m sure CCPS would love for it to be perceived that way, but is it really?
If they aren’t, then why did CCPS only make spokesman Charles White available for the gangland violence story, but made Thompson and multiple board members available for comment on the dance story?
Lastly, ghebasma, how is it an attack to ask a question of the give-em-the-boot crowd? I think if you’ll go back and reread the two posts, you’ll clearly see it was not.
By To clear up ghebasma's misrepresentation
January 30, 2009 5:52 PM | Link to this
Perhaps you took it as a personal attack, and that’s why you said that there are posts about gangs. Well did I not say that as well?
I said that there were 27 responses to the dance team, and 6 to the gang beatdown, so obviously I acknowledged that the gang situation was discussed.
Now can you calmly come on here, and explain how it is stirring up trouble to note that CCPS appears to be using the news media coverage of the dance team to bury the gang violence story, especially when you consider the fact that Thompson and the BOE were not made available to comment on the gang story, but were made readily available to comment on the dance story?
Ghebasma, or any other give-em-the-boot or Clayton Talk reader, you aren’t the least bit concerned that Thompson and the BOE are exploiting the media with this story, and you aren’t the least bit concerned about the media’s actions comparing the two stories?
You have that much trust in Thompson, the BOE, and the AJC that this doesn’t cause you any concern at all?

Yea I win my bet. I knew that was you Aries and Atrax. Thank you for proving my point you can always tell who is posting no matter what name they post under. Little things always tell. LOL, And there are posts about the gang violence in the schools but you are still trying to stir up trouble. What can I say. You like to play uproar. But I learned how to play uproar from a master. I have managed to get under your skin every time haven’t I? LOL I win.

That should have read, I don’t have a clue who this dual personality is, but it isn’t me.
From what I can tell, the main thrust of his/her posts concern working at the Sheriff’s Dept. Now again, if you rely on the words I’ve written, and not resorting to personal attacks, why are the points I’ve raised not valid points?

You Black folk in Clayton are so “Dumb”, and can’t see three inches pass your nose. Any Negro born and reared in the south can easily tell you What Going On with M&M’s Media Circus in the AJC and TV about the Lil Black Girls at JHS. You Negroes need to stop being so damn silly, stupid and incomprehensible.
This whole Exploit the Black Leadership in Clayton began a year and half ago, starting with the Blacks on the old CCBOE, then the old Sheriff, then the old DA, then couple of our black State Reps. That how Buckner replaced Davenport. They even came after David Scott, but he was too strong in an Obama year. I have said this same thing several times on this forum, The Rich Whites in Clayton are paying MEGA DOLLARS in a Black Exploitation Scheme against all All Your Strong Black Leadership.
If you’re a Black politician and these Rich White Folk can’t control you; they will start MEDIA BILTZ on you to vilify, denigrate, belittle and slander you and demean you in front of all the metro area. It’s really easy to tell those Black politicians being bought and paid for by the Rich Whites.
Check out these examples, 1) Kem and Victor did the same thing on “Day One”, Fire Folks. Victor was vilify, Kem was praised. Another example, the Final Four Black Girls on CCBOE were ousted for Illegal Meetings. Now, your Clayton Commission just did the same thing Little to No Press. See how easy it is to spot the actions of these Rich Swine.
The purpose of this latest episode with the Lil Black Girl Dance Team at JHS is to vilify, denigrate and belittle you Black School Superintendent. This latest **MEDIA ONSLAUGHT will continue on Clayton School System until the Rich Whites think they have convinced your new BOE, that Dr. Thompson is a worthless sack of crap.
Though, we already know your new BOE are bunch of spineless, voiceless individuals being led around by the nose by Elgart and the Rich Whites, scared if they speak or said anything the Rich Whites won’t allow Elgart to give the Black Kids accreditation back. Mark my word, the final series in this episode it to Get Rid of Thompson and replace him with a White Man; and of course, the New Swine Superintendent will be the best thing since spiced bread in the eyes of the media.
In essence the whites are telling you they know how to take care of Black kids better than Black Folk do!!!!! I also agree with some of those other Monikers on this forum; the republican swine living in Spivey/Jodeco and the lower panhandle though not elected runs this county.

I agree with the Propagator, but swine have come on this blog saying. Yeah, but Dr. Thompson promised us he’d keep accreditation. Of those swine goes through life looking through Pink Swine Colored Glasses. We Blacks know the only way Thompson could have kept accreditation was to Turned himself white and jump in the pockets of the Rich Swine Those were the Rules laid out that Prejudice Swine at SACS, Elgart

Seems like ghebasma, when forced to turn away from personal attacks and deal with exactly what was posted, was suddenly rendered mute.
I know there are some voices of reason on give-em-the-boot. Even if they don’t see this in time, I hope they acknowledge the possibility on the boot that CCPS is manipulating the dance story to divert attention from the gang violence story reported on WSB-TV.
I would even go so far to say that while CCPS would normally be embarrassed by this story, they are thanking their lucky stars for it, giving the timing and that it’s at the same high school as the gangland style attack.
If someone disagrees with this scenario, I’d love to hear why.
