The Master Mole was undergound in getting information and found out this out as the mole army has bugs, cameras, nothing stops us no passwords or key cards or pads and no cameras.
But really low life for the wesel to show up at a disaster area to use it as an opprtunity to grab the spot light. The Citizens should have tarred and feathered the scum sucker right there on the spot.
PD & FD were on the scene of the Ellenwood tornado strike at 4:50’ish this morning and never left (from when the first call went out). Around 1:30 in the afternoon, victor and his grey Expedition load of goobers shows up and wants to venture into the stricken area to comfort the victims.
Now picture this, these poor people are either picking up their belongings from the yard or helping their neighbors pick stuff up. In prances victor and starts shaking hands and *HANDING OUT RE-ELECTION CARDS*. That is about as low as humanity can ever get.
Now don’t get me wrong here, the help from the front line S/O guys and gals was appreciated and served a purpose. But, that was so far out of line with any sense of decency I’m almost speechless (and that does not happen very often as you all well know). I wanted to get a photograph of this atrocity but was unable to do so as I had “real duties” to attend and could not get back to where he was in the subdivision at the time.
I’m sure by the end of the week it will be on his reelection and department website about how he was helping the little man (but only after a good nights sleep and lunch). And I’m sure his smiling face will be depicted talking to some victim of the tornado in front of a shambles of a home on the cover of the next “Sheriff’s Star” propaganda publication.
The man has no shame at all……
PS - To their credit, Pigors and the people there to actually work did a good job from what I saw. So don’t think I mean to dis the entire department, just the brainless goober at the head of the patch (and Gibson his tag along friend for the day).

When I look at your list of elected officials it is sad to think of the time most of them have wasted and the amount of our tax money as well. So many people find bad things to say about our Sheriff because he had dozens of cars and his people at the tornado site, he was present also. Now they say that is bad. How can that be bad when so many people needed help? He was doing something and that makes it bad. I think not. I think he has done a good job while so many others have done nothing until the past 3 months when they start talking reelection and want their name and face in the paper. In 3 years where has Bell and the others been? Now it is supposed to be “you can call us anytime” what about the previous 3 years when you could only reach an assistant. Then make an appointment if one is open. I want to see someone do their job and be proud of what they did. Not hide until time for reelection. Let us all remember who has done a good job and those who have not.

Concerned Clayton Citizen, I think the problem most have with Sheriff Hill yesterday is that he was not there to help with the tornados.
Hill was there to pass out his re-election paraphernalia. He arrived well after the fact, CCPD was there actually helping residents (gasp!) since before 6am.
Victor Hill showing up to pass out campaign information doesn’t prove that he cares about residents. It only shows that he cares about getting re-elected because he knows his job is on the line.
I would have been disgusted and offended had he shown up while my neighborhood was trying to clean up after a natural disaster to try to get me to vote for him. Victor Hill showed his true colors yesterday for the umpteenth time. When will Clayton residents open their eyes & see this guy for the shyster that he really is?
Unfortunately, I can see Hill getting re-elected based on that selfish act. Clayton’s residents don’t care about the fact that Hill has cost this county MILLIONS in legal fees and settlements.
As usual, they will forget all at the ballot box because Hill showed up with another faulty campaign promise.
Victor Hill is one of the MANY reasons why Clayton county is a laughingstock today.
The only elected officials I see on that list actually doing their jobs are Terry Baskin (if you don’t count the “conflict of interest” fact that he was going to be Ericka Davis’ campaign manager before she resigned), Linda Miller and Wole Ralph.

Concerned Clayton Citizen sez about Sheriff Little Man:
“He was doing something and that makes it bad.”
You think handing out re-election cards is doing something????
What he has done for us:
Cost the taxpayers millions in personnel settlements
Staged elaborate, unnecessary events to prove he can play big-boy cops and robbers
Destroyed the morale of everyone who works for him
Mailed out numerous campaign publications, at taxpayers expense I might add, to convince us that we really don’t need the CCPD
Just a few examples of what Walkin’ Small has DONE for us.
I don’t know where you live CCC, but you need to come out from under your rock and face the truth about ole vic…
In the meantime, enjoy himself while you can because he ain’t gonna last much longer.

So I called my grandmother in Riverdale yesterday (hey, I also took her out on Saturday, so don’t think I only made the one obligatory phone call!), and we chatted a little about politics. We ended up on the topic of Victor Hill. I nearly had a coronary when she said “Well, Shannon, I think he’s done a pretty good job.” What? What?!?
Turns out she’d seen some of the high-profile busts with his name all over them. I talked about conviction rates. Then she mentioned this gem: “And he called me today to wish me a happy Mother’s Day!” What? What?!?
My grandmother got an automated call from the sheriff’s office yesterday wishing her a Happy Mother’s Day. I asked her if there were any safety tips or anything about, you know, law enforcement. She didn’t think so—she was pretty sure that it was just the Mother’s Day wishes.
So I told her about the obstruction of justice when Victor Hill refused to let county police do their jobs by interviewing folks in the jail. That upset her enough that he’s not getting her vote, but it’s hard to believe that she hadn’t heard ANY of this stuff. She doesn’t tend to read local news and she doesn’t have the Internet.
Does anyone else know anything about these Mother’s Day calls and what their purpose ostensibly was?

Shannon,
I’m sure that the phone calls were an attempt to compete with his rival Eldrin Bell. Eldrin Bell had signs posted all over the place that said “Happy Mother’s Day from Eldrin Bell”. Ole Vic is constantly fighting Eldrin Bell for control of the county. He just doesn’t seem to understand that Bell is technically his superior. I’m glad that you managed to dissuade your grandmother for voting for Victor Hill. The truth about his “high-profile busts” is that he gets the information from the prisoners in exchange for favors. Then, rather than sharing that info with the CCPD, he holds onto it and allows the criminal activity to continue until he feels is the most strategic moment to make him look good. For example, the illegal gambling ring last year, did anyone find it convenient that he made that raid two days after an illegal gambling ring was busted up in North Georgia? Hill wants as much power as he can get his hands on. It’s a Napoleonic complex.

I ownder how many of you “concerned citizens” who have a problem with Victor Hill have ever actually met the man and had a conversation with him about your concerns? Did anyone ever stop to think that if he was handing out re-election goods that YOU as his constituent (and ultimate BOSS) could have told him you didn’t think that was appropriate and he should either help or get out of the way? I know Victor personally and he’d never dismiss you for coming at him respectfully with your thoughts and concerns. Either talk to him face to face or shut up. Stop bad-mouthing our elected officials and put your actions where your mouth is. Do something to make Clayton Co. a better place, or shut up. Lead or get out of the way…

Kristie,
I have personally met Victor Hill, but of course, it was not an election year. I didn’t care for him then, and I don’t care for him now. And before you accuse me of electing him, I was not a resident of Clayton at the time of the last election. The fact of the matter is you can’t run business the way he has and expect to have some fans.
I agree with the many others on this blog. Exploiting the victims of a natural disaster, in order to polish up your dirty image, is a decidedly sleazy thing to do. I supported Victor Hill in the beginning, but he has made the citizens of our county look like fools with his ridiculous attempts to try to control and manipulate the political and legal systems. If he hadn’t been so self-important, it is likely that he would have done an excellent job, but his track record speaks for itself.

I agree that the phone call came not from the “Sherriff’s Dept” but from “Your Sheriff, Victor Hill” the part that was most offensive was “Clayton county “have” two groups that can help people who do not have transportation get to appointments. Clayton County “Have” come on now- it’s one thing to speak with improper subject verb agreement but to put it on a recording- that’s a whole lot worse! Get a clue and when you are spending tax payers money on this phone system you might want to consult “a” English teacher!

I also got the Mother’s Day message from “your Sheriff (not mines), Victor Hill” & could not even remember what was said (probably because my Mother was laughing so hard at his audacity as the message played), but YaYa refreshed my memory. He gave a telephone number to call as well.
Where has he been throughout his entire term when folks needed rides to appointments? Is that even legal for him to use the Sheriff’s office & their vehicles to do such a thing? Especially with gas prices being what they are.
I agree it could be a competition thing with Eldrin Bell & his b.s. “Happy Mother’s Day” signs. This is my fourth Mother’s Day in Clayton & I have never before seen a sign from Eldrin wishing us a Happy Mother’s Day.
You know it’s an election year when offials start acknowledging holidays like this. Could also be a sign of being desperate & worried about their chances of reelection. I truly hope my tax dollars did NOT go to either the signs nor the telephone call.
Michael, I hope you are wrong about that. After Hill handed out campaign materials to Ellenwood residents yesterday, to serve citations would just add insult to injury for Ellenwood residents.
But on the other hand, maybe some of those who are on Hill’s jock strap will finally WAKE UP & realize he’s not all that.
He has literally been detrimental, a thorn in Clayton’s side, since day one when he fired those 27 officers instead of researching how to properly clean house.

I emailed Sheriff Walking Small just after his election four years ago when the news broke about his infamous (and expensive) attempt to “clean house”.
I informed him of my displeasure and never heard one word back from him - no apology, no explanation, NOTHING. I wonder if I were to email him about an issue now, in the election year, how quickly I’d get a response. I bet he’d show up at my door before I finished hitting the send button.
Kristie says she knows him personally and “he would NEVER dismiss you for coming at him respectfully.” Are you kidding me???? It was his dismissal of 27 people without cause that started all the trouble in the first place. That was Victor’s first wrong move.
I don’t have to know him personally to know that he is an egotistical maniac who is determined to be in charge of this county - no matter what he has to do. He could care less about the citizens of this county. If he did care, he would not have interfered with the protection of the citizens of this county by refusing entry to the jail to Clayton County police. Just another one of Lil Vic’s temper tantrums because he didn’t get his way.
Kristie must be a family member. No one with half a brain who isn’t related to him by blood could consider his performance as Sheriff as anything other than OUTRAGEOUS, IMMATURE, and CONTEMPTIBLE

Basically, Victor is the reason for a lot of downfalls in Clayton County. He is barely out of diapers and now running a large county like this.
Well, now he has wet the bed and got to go. I heard Creflow is supporting J Scott and her man and Victor. I know your friends, I know you. This is suppose to be a man of God supporting this mess. I hope this isn’t so. They are the black mafia of Clayton County and need to be jailed. Do the crime, you do the time. In order to get a job, you need to know what you are doing, not just think my EGO is enough.
Good candidates are: Eldrin Bell Terry Baskin Aleka Anderson Jack Rainwater-Sheriff
Can these candidated:
Daphne Melinda Jewel & Lee Scott VICTOR HILL
I have done quite a bit of checking a research, that’s how I can talk about these candidates. We need to pull together instead of trashing each other and get this new show on the road. Alieka Anderson will serve the citizens of Clayton County well. She IS NOT affiliated with MACE or John Trotter. She has shown her resignation letter and even posted it on the give-em-the-boot.com website.
I respect a person who meets a person and then decides if she wants to associate with that person. She meet Trotter and decided to not be affiliated with him based on her experience and conversations with him. Is that not what intelligent people do? Is it wise to take other peoples opinions and rhetoric and not do the research for yourself on a person before making judgments?
Alieka will be the next Dist. 8 school board representative and we’ll all be better off because of it.

The Master Mole got into the Clayton County Sheriff’s IA Files and here is what was found.
Oh, and let me restate the soon to be obvious…..
HEIN ! ! ! !
The lead weight around your neck about to drag you into the depths. You picked him, you cheered him on, you liked what he was willing to do to further your needs, now you get to pay the price with him….
Did you read your letters yet? I know you got them.
I have copies of them, and more….. You can read them here in a few days. They are not going away are they…
You have no clue of the tidal wave about to hit. There is more you don’t even yet suspect.
“F-O-R-G-E-R-Y” of official government documents tends to get noticed doesn’t it. Especially when the “real” people find out about it and call the Governor and the GBI (and their federal friends). Now that you have their undivided attention, think of all the other goodies they are going to find. How will you hide those transactions, that money trail, and the “other” problem (oh yes, the moles and their friends have been very very busy).
How was your visit from the DC branch of a certain agency? Wonder what they really wanted to find out? The mole knows and you know what that means.
Going to jail sucks, don’t it….. you choose your path and you choose unwisely and the bills are about to become due. It may even be too late to “resign or be prosecuted” as the “Governator” might say.

Yes, I have meet tiney tiny and he is not as friendly as you claim. As a matter of fact his body guards hushed a woman that made a comment about his re-election. I totally agree about Victor. No human being would be so inconsiderate as he was when those folks in Ellenwood lost all they had, would walk up and say by the way re-elect me. I am more important than your loss. What a punk!! This is exactly how he is treating this county as a thing, not breathing human beings that pay taxes and want to live better than he himself probably lived before he got this job. Hi, everyone this is my first time on this blog but, I want to say that I have seen some very informing things since I have started to read about Victor Hill and our other elected officials in this county. However, I have one thing to say, “The citizens of Clayton are still not doing their homework.” I went to the forum last night regarding the school board candidates and I met a lot of the candidates running for office. However, the public turnout was not there. The room should have been filled with concerned parents and public. However, again I saw a lot of elected officials and people running for other seats but, I did not see the public turn out that should have been. If we as parents do not get out there and meet our candidates in our districts we are going to end up with the same board memebers we had before. Some of the candidates I saw last night exhibit the same qualities of ignorance that our current board have and we need to meet and see who we are voting for. People of Clayton County stop cheating on your homework and pass the test by studying the people you are voting for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I to was there last night and, I agree with Nancy. You guys complain about people that are running but, you do not go out to meet and greet these candidates. That place should have been packed with concerned parents. Don’t complain if you are not trying to make a difference.
Also Alieka for district 8 was very good. NO MACE involvement. You guys that are stuck on that should have been there. Move on because she has and kicking but as she go up. Alieka, I am praying that God bless you thru this mess. Thanks for keeping it real.
These people are taking their time to try and make a difference, at least you could do is show up!!!!
I truly hope it is not going to be this was during elections. If so, we are really in trouble again.
I am also willing to bet that half the people on here with their target list did not come. Clayton County is in trouble, I can’t be any plainer than that. Let’s support the candidates that is trying to make a difference and be there for them. Again, we need to do our homework and make a wise decision for our County. We live here. Let’s take out the garbage!!!!

The turnout for the political forum last night was disappointing as well as disconcerting. I was there with my daughter and stayed to hear the candidates in each district as well as the Q&A session afterward. I feel much better equipped now to make an educated decision. Thank you Ms. Kimberly, for infoming us of the forum, and thanks to The East Point/College Park Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Clayton County Wide Homeowners Association for sponsoring the event. I urge everyone to attend the next forum on May 19th for the remaining offices open for election.
That being said, I would like to publicly endorse the following:
District 2 It was difficult to choose between Andre Glover and Lindsey McDaniel, but I have to endorse Andre Glover for a strong business sense.
District 3 I did not immediately like Jessie Goree because I thought I detected a hint or two of Troll-Trotter propaganda, but she closed fantastically with her comments about parental involvement. Too many candidates wagged their fingers at the parents while Jessie Goree commended those who are concerned enough to monitor the performance of their own children. We have no power over those who choose to be complacent about their children’s futures, and should not be condemned as a whole.
District 4 Milton Mack, hands down. He is a straight-forward, no-nonsense kind of educator who seems committed to turn things around.
Distric 5 (my own district) Very tough call to make as all the candidates that attended presented well, but ultimately I will be voting for Diana Nicholson. Community involvement means that the board must be receptive of the community’s input, and Ms. Nicholson seems to be the most willing of all candidates to make herself accessible to her constituents.
District 6 John Askew has a clear and definite plan to improve our school system. I was won over by his offering to place contracts drawn by the board on the website for the public’s approval.
District 7 Denese Sampson presented herself in a professional manner, and seemed very committed to the students of Clayton County.
District 8 Although I was impressed with Aleika Anderson, I feel that Ed Rigdon’s experience as a department head with UGA gives him skills that are vitally needed for our school system.
These are just my opinions. I wish more citizens could have been there so that they could form their own opinions.
The refreshment table was great, and overall I feel it was a very positive experience for both myself and my daughter. Everyone who can, please come out on May 19th.

The people who plan and attend these events must be retired, stay-at-home moms, work part-time or they work in Clayton County.
I work full-time, 8am-5pm, in Cobb County and I don’t walk in the door to my house until 6:30pm. Most of the working parents I know don’t get home until about the same time.
How about planning events such as these on a Saturday afternoon? If you schedule events for your own convenience, don’t be surprised and complain about the turn-out.
Also, I’ve heard that MILTON MACK is a Trotter-ite.

Clayton Taxpayer:
I work in downtown Atlanta. Most of the time, I do not get home until after 6pm. The program did not start until 6:15pm, and even if you couldn’t make it by then, the doors were open all night, and if you had missed your candidates turn to speak, they were still there to talk to after. Part of the reason why I chose to go to the forum is I do not have time to make individual meet-and-greets. I made sure that I would be available for this event because I saw it as my only opportunity to meet with the BOE candidates.

Clayton Taxpayer: there will be more forums in the upcoming weeks from C4 and see below for the next School Board related political forum:
The Clayton County Council of PTAs will host their School Board Candidates’ Political Forum on Monday May 19, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at:
New Macedonia Baptist Church 7725 Highway 85 Riverdale, GA 30274
I would suggest going to C4’s website and make your suggestion about a Saturday meeting to them, since to my knowledge they have not set dates yet for their political forums.
However, I will add that C4 held a Mega Rally last month on a Saturday. That Saturday happened to be a very nice day weather wise and many residents did not attend, the low turnout was even reported in an AJC article.
Unfortunately I don’t know if there is truly a good day or time for everyone. I have heard everything from folks preferring going to BBQs and baby showers over attending a meeting regarding Clayton’s issues on a Saturday afternoon. Sad, but true.
anonymously anonymous: did anyone else show up to debate for District 4 besides Milton Mack? Last I heard, he was the only one there to represent that district and I’d like to hear what the other candidate has to say as well.
Please keep the info coming on last night’s forum, I was unable to attend and would like to hear all opinions.

Michael King showed up late. Mr. Mack had already introduced himself and answered two questions by the time Mr. King had arrived. He was given his time however to speak. I can’t recall any specific points that he made, but he did seem to me to be a very competent educator. Deverick Williams was listed on the program, but did not appear.

I’d encourage every concerned Clayton resident to come out to the candidate forums and develop your own opinions of the candidates.
Last night’s forum was well organized and very informative. Kudos to the organizers for all their work.
I only saw candidates from district 4-8 because that was the soonest I could get there, but I’m impressed at what many candidates are offering.
Here are some of my observations: District 5: Phyllis Moore seemed to have a lot of personal involvement in schools and a “hands on” knowledge of what’s happening and what needs to happen. Diana Nicholson and Robert Green also had some good ideas.
District 6 Mary Baker and John Askew both made strong points about highlighting the good that’s going on in the system, publicizing good news and pushing for open meetings. I would lean towards Ms. Baker, but they’re both strong candidates.
District 7 C. Denese Sampson was the stronger of the two candidates, although Ms. Garrett displayed a willingness to do whatever is necessary.
District 8 I was impressed by Ed Rigdon’s professionalism and management experience as a department head at GSU. He seemed like he would bring a lot to the board.
If you didn’t have time to attend, please make time to go to the next one. I can’t stress how important it is to make informed decisions about our school board in the next election.

Anonymously anonymous I agree with you on some of your comments. However, I was there and I must say we have some good candidates besides the one’s you name. We endorse the following based on what the people saw:
District 2: Latarcher “Levette” Prayor was awesome she has a business background and would be good for our board
District 3: I also, did not like Jessie Goree she reminds me of the old school board “A Mess”; Tammie Goree seemed to be good for that district has no political ties and is educated.
District 4: Milton Mack was o.k. Michael King was okay don’t know much about him either. They both did well.
District 5: Jennifer Tally was the clear strong person in this race and exhibited a lot of integrity.
District 6: John Askew has a strong business background and knows a lot about budgets. I also, liked what he said about putiing contracts on the website.
District 7: Trinia Garrett was a person of integrity and runs a non-profit organization she would be good for our board with her experience. Denese Sampson was good but, I think Trinia had a strong background and would be my choice.
District 8: Alieka Anderson was a strong presenter that dealt with the facts and answered the questions. She is an educator and knew what the functions were of the school board. I especially, liked what she said about bringing up the value of our homes and businesses. Ed Rigdon was very funny I just never really got a real answer from him like he never answered the questions. Great guy but, not what we want for a school board member. I support Alieka Anderson.
As a onlooker I think we need a mix on our school board of business candidates, educators, retirees, and newcomers.

**Trotter’s candidates are:
Glen Dowdell
Milton Mack
Charles Davis**
and that’s just the ones I know about, Trotter is gonna get as many candidates on the ballot as possible so the odds are in his favor to have at least one flunkie, err, school board member in his pocket.
I did not attend last night, did anyone ask which candidates are affiliated with teacher organizations (i.e., MACE, GAE, etc.)? That’s an important question that EVERY school board candidate needs to answer!

Actually, I want nothing to do with anyone associated with Trotter. I’ve been adamant about that since I first began posting on this board. I have asked Mr. Trotter to point out his flunkies, and he has refused to claim them. I didn’t bother to ask who was associated with Trotter because I’m sure all would deny it anyway. My opinions, as I referred to them in my previous post, are in fact based on what I’ve heard and seen. Milton Mack was on time and spoke well. I sincerely hope he is not with Trotter, but if so, it would certainly change my opinion of him.
As for using bold text, anyone can use bold text. Mr. Trotter uses it much more often than most people. I only used bold text in my blog to show that I had moved on to the next point. Why don’t you take advantage of the next opportunity to meet with the candidates? Then, come back and post your opinions. I’d really like to hear everyone’s perspectives.

I am voter and I live in the 6th District. I am a mother of two students who attend Clayton County Schools. I attended the forum which was held at Clayton State on yesterday. After reading today’s blog it is clear to me that the bloggers did not attend the same forum. When I reflect on last night’s forum it is clear to me that my vote will go for Dr. Glenn Dowell. It is appalling to me the idea of voting for someone just because they have been in attendance at more board meetings than the other candidates. If I were not voting for Dowell I would cast my vote for John Askew. His answers appeared to be well thought out and he seemed to also be attuned to the problems facing the school system. This election should not be about race. Voting for Mary Baker, is voting for a person just because they are white. She is obviously a good mom, but I do not discern from her the capability to understand or to deal with the complex issues which are brought to the board on a monthly basis. Of major importance is she does not have the ability to deal with the outside forces which are responsible for current problems of the board of education. Can she deal with John Trotter? I do not think so.
*Dr. Dowell does not play and Baker’s bloggers (probably three online who parlay him as a Trotter candidate) is grasping at. straws. My sources tell me also that Dr. Dowell appeared to have been the best last night. Voters need to truly look at the candidates this time. The best person should be selected for board seats. If Goree, Mack, Dowell(who I really don’t trust), and Anderson are Troll-Trotter’s flunkies, I do have to admit that they all gave a strong performance last night. Many could be easily fooled. Everyone please choose your candidates wisely. Remember anyone can say anything if it means they can get your vote. I’m sorry to be cliche, but look beyond what you see. Dowell dresses nice and speaks eloquently, but did you really pay attention to his answers. When you choose a candidate, ask yourself, would I trust this individual with the education, safety, and well-being of my children?
I feel blessed to live in District 5. All of the candidates from my district presented very well last night. Phyllis Moore and Ophelia Burroughs impressed me very much. Robert Green is a strong candidate. Basil Lue has a goal and Jennifer Talley is committed to service. In the end though, Nicholson is the best description of what I am looking for in a representative on the school board.
Askew was awesome too. He has definitely thought about the situation and developed a game plan to save accreditation and reform the system.

As stated before, we need to choose our candidates very carefully.
Again, Fed Up, A.Anderson use to be with Trotter, I repeart use to be and SHE IS NO LONGER WITH TROTTER.
Haven’t you been with someone who you thought was in your corner and found out later they were just using you. Well,A. Anderson was and she has proven without a doubt that she stands on her own, and holds her own.
You can not keep equating people with their past, check them out now for who they are and has become.
This is what I found out from speaking with Alieka.
Alieka is a well rounded teacher that has a world of experience in the school system. The children is her first priority. She is moving in a direction that can help us keep our accreditation and educate our children. We need a giving caring and professional like this on the school board that will fight for our childrens needs. You will never know unless you give a person a chance to prove themselves.

The voter’s need to educate themselves on the canidates that are running for office especially the CCBOE. Why is it that Ms. Alieka Anderson know so much about the school board…hummmmm maybe because John Trotter is coaching her. If you elect Glen Dowell, Alieka Anderson, Milton Mack and Jesse Goree you might as well just kiss accredation good-bye forever. He was instrumental when the board was placed on probation back in 2003-2004 with Nedra Ware, Connie Kitchens, LaToya Walker, Carol Kellam and Linda Crummy.
The people elected Noresse Haynes and he’s the CEO of MACE. WoW people what were you all thinking when you voted for this guy. He’s been nothing but trouble since day one and look what has happened as a result of his association with Trotter. He uses black people and they really do not seem to get it until it’s to late when the damaged has been done. IF you elect these people them he will have full control of a majority board and you really think we are up the creek without a paddle just wait and see what’s going to happen if these folks are elected. Next week we will have the forum for all other candidates. This is going to be very interesting. I have already investigated:VICTOR- WHICH WE ALL KNOW HOW HE STRUT HIS STUFF, Baskin, Bell, Rainwater, Watkin,Kimbrough and strozier for sheriff the verdict is : RAINWATER for sheriff, Bell Commnissioner, Baskin Tax Commissioner.
Rainwater is the new guy that has a kind spirit and I feel that can help this county. He is a people person and knows his stuff. Check this out, he was a Police Officer and, is still certified and involve in Law Enforcement. He is older than the rest. His maturity and discipline in management, and people skills along with his professionalism can help us get back the dignity we deserve to have in this county. We don’t need anymore young hot heads like Victor with and EGO. What I don’t understand is how one candidate can say he has more experience than the rest, especially when he don’t know that much about the rest!!!!! What we need is REAL people in office and, that is what we don’t have. I met a very nice young lady last night that I am voting for DA of Clayton County. Jewel, Lee and Victor has to go. I too am a kind of researcher. If you check into the old Atlanta Constitution archives you will discover that the Atlanta System seemed to have had a grudge against Dowell for having personally been responsible for starting the movement that resulted in the removal of a board similar to what we have presently in Clayton County. He was directly responsible for one board member actually going to jail on Federal Charges.
If you did your research you should know that he prevailed in the courts and from what I gather won a substantial sum of money. NOW YOU KNOW. You and the few Baker cronies really need help going into the election. The only thing you have is some made up relationship that he has with that John Trotter. GET ANOTHER STRATEGY.

I have issues of concern with the candidacy of Dr. Glen Dowell. Two center on his relationship with CEP. The other is his business involvement.
While Dr. Dowell was a member of the Blue Ribbon Commission he was also a paid lobbyist for CEP. The recommendations of this panel were instrumental in the decision to outsource the alternative education program. That decision resulted in 2 RFP issues failing due to alleged conflicts of interest and improprieties. The CEP RFP process as executed was one of the issues addressed by SACS.
During the time CEP was competing for the contract there were repeated references to Dr. Dowell accompanying Dr. Trotter on tours of the CEP facility in Atlanta and how they both gave high praises to CEP. These recommendations for CEP were posted by Norresse Haynes on the MACE website. Don’t bother looking for them now they mysteriously disappeared when Dr. Dowell announced he was running for the Board.
Also Dr. Dowell is involved in providing supplemental education services for students. I believe this could create a conflict of interest should he be elected.
I hope these issues will be addressed.

NOW, You all are getting creative. I cannot respond to the CEP stuff, but I know that if a person would work with Federal Authorities to purge a system of thieves in Atlanta and be willing to suffer the consequences, he must be good. From what I can gather he made a fool of the school system. The documentation which is on the Internet, essentially said that the school system was out of its mind in the termination of Dowell. I have decided to call Dr. Dowell. I do not know that he reads the blog, but I am sure he will find the few comments from persons like Barton,Baker and her few supporters who parade under different names on the blog as real funny. THE SIX DISTRICT WILL NOT BE WON BY A FEW CRAZY PYCHOS ON THE BLOG

Would she care to explain how MACE is THE problem when not a single ClayCo administrator is a MACE member? (But one of GAE’s Board of Directors and the GAE President are administrators…you know the ones who RUN the system.)
Tucker won’t explain the above because she CAN’T explain the above, because it doesn’t fit her narrow minded liberal agenda.
Maybe THAT is why she has consistently refused any and all calls to debate Dr. Trotter in a open, formal debate.
If you are THAT sure Dr. Trotter is the problem, and you “really care” about what happens in ClayCo, why not educate the voters with an open, formal debate with Dr. Trotter?

TikiTimbo,
You left two little details out of your Trotter tirade: facts and logic.
The fact is the majority voting bloc since the last election has been made up of members of GAE.
Logic tells you since that’s the case, then Trotter and MACE are obviously not “THE problem”.
I’m guessing if Cynthia Tucker would ever put her money where her mouth is and debate Dr. Trotter in a fomal debate with a moderator, he’d be more than happy to debate you after making mincemeat of Tucker.

Clayton Voter,
Here is is…”how many have been able to go to see the CEP program and how well it works? Five of us so far. They love it and are very pleased with it and have come back and reported to the other Board members. In February of this year, several citizens and I visited the program. Included in this group were Dr. Glenn Dowell and Dr. John Trotter. Both of these tough critics also came away very impressed with the program.”

For all the info on Ed Rigdon that has been provided, please read give-em-the-boot and you will see. He may be funny to some of you but, was asked to answer questions and said he had to get back later on some of the answers.
Why, because he could not answer them. Now that is not funny!!!!

Red, I haven’t decided about Mr. Rigdon yet but I do know two things. First, you’re not doing Clayton County any favors by making a decision from a website nor from one night at a forum. Let the process play out and then come to an objective decision. The 2nd thing I know is that nobody’s asking you any questions about what you would do as a board member. Why? You already know the answer to that one.

JT, I’m a concerned citizen, not a candidate!!!
I am not running for BOE. My answer is not based on one night forum. I read give-em the-boot and that is what I am basing this on. If you know the answer, you don’t need to say I will come come back later with the answer for this one. Beides, I don’t like people that make jokes about serious decisions, especially the children!!! This is no joking matter. I am not trying to do clayton county a favor, I am trying to help save us from getting into the same mess we are in now!!!!

Hi, Red I just want to say to you I feel your compassion about Ms. Anderson. I know we have all made mistakes before and since I have gotten on this blog I want to say to you all that many of you are mean hateful people that just do not want to see many of the people that are running succeed. Red, you seem to know her and what she stands for. I think that maybe we need to set something up where the citizens can meet Ms. Anderson or just talk with her regarding her views. People are tired of all of this fighting, bickering, and arguing. This Trotter man seems to want everyone messed up but, I commend Ms. Anderson if she was left him. I don’t know much about the situation but, it seems like when someone stands up for what is right in this county do we badger them? My answer to that is is, No! Ms. Anderson I got your cell phone number from the forum and I will call you so we can set something up because I feel compelled to fight for you because I know how it is when you try to do something right. We will let the citizens of Clayton hear your voice.

I have no knowledge of who John Trotter associates with. I cannot vote in District 6, but I support John Askew. I have never even mentioned Mary Baker in my blogs because I was not impressed. One of her supporters was moving through the crowd smearing mud before the program began. I just felt that Askew had a definite plan of action in mind. I did not pick up on that from Dr. Dowell. He seemed to be trying to impress voters with some quasi-celebrity status. I was looking for substance. I wish Dr. Dowell the best of luck with this election, but if I could vote in District 6, I would vote for John Askew.

Hi Sherrie,
Thank you so much. I have been begging for the voters to do their homework, come out to meet and greets before making decisions on the candidates. I don’t know A. Anderson that well only by speaking to her several times.I feel she deserve a chance. I don’t know Trotter either but, his reputation is out there. I am not attacking Mr. Ed Rigdon either. I don’t believe this is a laughing or joking matter when you are trying to make a difference in this county for our children. We need some serious help here. I have said the same thing you have that some of these people on this blog are just down right MEAN and HATEFUL. Another thing is, some are making this a race issue which it should not be. I believe in whoever can do the job should have a chance to prove themselves.

I admit I voted for “Lil Vic”. I wanted to someone to replace Goober Tuggle. Man, was I wrong!!!! I managed to escape Clayton County a year ago. Some advice for those of you chose or were forced to stay: DO NOT vote for ANYONE with the name SCOTT or anyone remotely related or associated with them. Your DA is a DA. BIG mistake voting her in. Bigger mistake if you vote her lying husband in. Check out his website. He should probably be sued for his resume alone. What a freakin joke. The BOE should be jailed for just being stupid. Too bad that’s not a crime. Hopefully, the good citizens, and I know there are some left, will research before they vote. Clayton County was once a great place to live. It could be again.

Have any of the candidates actually addressed discipline?
With 3,000+ documented fights, if you aren’t addressing discipline, you aren’t addressing anything.
And where is Cynthia Tucker, who wants to say John Trotter is “the” problem when the majority voting bloc is made up of members of GAE?
I guess questions like that are why Tucker has ducked Dr. Trotter’s challenge of an open, formal debate.
Let’s see how well her liberal agenda would do when confronted by facts and logic. The only thing MORE laughable than her attempting to debate Dr. Trotter would be her actually “walking the walk” in a ClayCo classroom. Maybe then she’d understand the MACE philosophy of “you can’t have good learning conditions until you have good teaching conditions”. Or better to say what’s left of her would understand after she was made mincemeat of after a day in the classroom.

It never ceases to amaze me that when some people have extensive qualifications, to the ignorant and profane this translates into quasi celebrity status*. This is because they have an agenda or they refuse to believe that certain people are smarter and more qualified than the other candidates.
By the way anonymously anonymous Everyone knows who you are and I personally humor you-I think you are funny. The bottom line is that voters should not vote along racial lines. If *Baker were black the complaint would be the same. We need someone on the board who will not be easily intimidated by external forces.

Well, I believe the “Fake Inspector” has failed to do his job. I had actually been missing ole “Rev Jimmy Jack”, “The Prophet Earl”, “Bishop Luminous Lucious”, “Pastor Luciano”, and all of your many other multiple personalities. The funny thing is, for a minute, I thought that I was actually having a conversation with someone who respected others opinions and was looking for a legitimate candidate for the BOE.
Dr. Dowell did not give anyone a chance to ask about his associations with MACE or Trotter. He fled the room the minute the candidates for District 6 were dismissed from the stage. I saw him standing in the hallway as I left the auditorium with that “saved-by-the-bell” look on his face.
Bloggers, I am now convinced more than ever that Dr. Glenn Dowell is definitely tangled in the Trotter-Troll web. In fact, he stinks of it. Mr. Trotter, a.k.a. Independent Thinker, has his panties in a wad right now because …gasp… a Clayton resident is actually smart enough to see right through his shallow, thin facades. What really gets his goat is that he has no idea who I am. He wants me to be one of his myriad of enemies, but the fact of the matter is that the man and I have never actually met. John Trotter and Glen Dowell paid for by CEP? Not so strange bedfellows (politically speaking). That explains why they were so vocal about approval of that group. CEP was way too expensive for what was to be delivered.
Actually Ms Baker has talked about discipline - just not in the same way as “kick ‘em out Mace” proposes. And isn’t voting against her cause she is white as bad as voting for her for the same reason. Does common sense really threaten you that much? - how sad, JT.

The forum on Tuesday was my first time see any of these candiates. Mr Askew was far better than Mr Dowell. I like Mr Askew business knowledge and the transparency he talked about for the BOE. Mr Dowell spewing off his credentials was not impressive at all. He seems self-serving and more of the same we already have on the board.
Milton Mack lied and said our schools don’t have a discipline problem, the look on his face was so fake. He knew he was lying but I guess he wanted to seem less MACE like.

I had the opportunity to be in a forum with the candidates for Sheriff and, believe it or not one of them sound soooo much like Vic!!!!! me me I I!!!!! Again, we don’t need ego, we need action. It doesn’t matter all you have done, it matters what you are going to do, with sincerity, because all that talk is cheap. Just like anything looks good on paper. We need a doer in office, not like Vic said I did not know that my deputy chief was paying my chior members overtime!! Well now that sounds real stupid because he should know what goes on in his office. This means he wasn’t doing his job if that much escaped him!!! Admittedly, I’m no expert here. So when people starting throwing out the initials “CEP”, I was stumped. So I did what any wired citizen would do … an internet search. Community Education Partners - for those who don’t know (I didn’t) is a private company that specializes in alternative education for the “problem kids.” (i.e. The “discipline” issue that MACE is so adamant about championing on behalf of their members.) The thing that struck me is that the cities in which they have set up schools (as contracted by the government school system) are, among others, Pittsburgh and City of Atlanta.
I’m no conspiracy theorist, but that seems like more than a coincidence. We, as citizens and voters and the ones who should be holding the purse strings, had better watch very closely the business of educating the kids in Clayton County. I believe that there are those who truly think that “S-T-U-P-I-D” is tattooed across our foreheads and they’re trying to foist their will upon us by wresting control of the board from the people (us, the taxpayers) for the benefit of their own agendas.
First, check the candidates’ affiliations. We’ve been hustled by preachers, sold out by teachers, and the rest of the wimps folded like a cheap card table. If anyone seems less than forthcoming about their background, then be suspicious. I would rather that someone own up to “past transgressions” (such as the past MACE membership person) and come clean than try to deny what everybody seems to already know.
Second, bear this in mind - our due diligence doesn’t stop with the election. Everyone has a price and can be bought at any time, even if they go into this with ideals and integrity. It happens every day in the world of politics and lobbyists are now the bane of our political system. Let’s just hope that we choose the ones with the highest tolerance for corruption.
In the meantime, I’ve been wondering if there would be some opportunity to meet candidates within the district they are campaigning to represent. Is there any plan to host a meet & greet at a school or community center within the district? Since I can’t vote in every district, it would be helpful to have some more intimate setting to speak with those who will be on my ballot. If time is so precious to everyone (and it is), then why waste time in a larger forum that is not necessarily relevant? (Don’t shoot me and say I don’t care, because I do - I’M JUST BEING PRACTICAL HERE! I can’t afford to waste time on preaching and poetry and pontificating - give me the facts that affect my life and leave out the superfluous stuff.) If anyone has that info, I’d be interested. What would it take to host this?

We need a centralized place for information. Please pose the questions from www.give-em-the-boot.com to Dr. Glenn Dowell and all others that are running for the BOE. I believe they are good questions and will provide important information about each candidate. I would like to see these responses in addition to those given at the forums to ensure consistency as well as aid community members to think about more detailed/specific questions when attending so that voters can make informed decisions.
All candidates: If you have not already, please visit http://www.give-em-the-boot.com/smf/index.php?board=30.0 to introduce yourselves and answer the questions below so that there is a centralized location for information, discussion, and inquiry about each candidate from community members. The following questions are asked of each candidate:
What is your view of public education’s purpose?
What is your vision for education in Clayton County?
Describe your personal experience and involvement with the Clayton County public school system in the past five years that qualifies you as a school board member given our current situation?
What special strengths do you believe you would bring to the school board?
What do you think will be expected of you as a school board member?
What is the most important responsibility of a school board?
What responsibilities do you believe board members have regarding advocacy?
What will be your top five objectives, if elected to the school board?
Do you have any specific changes you want to make in school district policies, programs, or the various school curricula being offered? If so, what are the reasons? Can these changes be implemented by the school board? Are there any restrictions that will impede implementation?
How would you handle the request of individuals or special interest groups?
Can you, and should you, support a board decision that you were not in favor of?
What long-range plan would you want to implement for the Clayton County School District? (May include growth, curriculum, staffing, discipline, and/or parental involvement.)
What is your view of the respective roles of the school board, the superintendent, and teachers in the development and selection of classroom curricula, textbooks, etc.?
What are the current challenges facing Clayton County Schools as you see them?
Other than retaining accreditation, what do you see as the most pressing issues in our school district?
Have you had or do you now have any ties, financial, campaign support, strategic conversations et al to MACE, John Trotter, Jewel or Lee Scott, Victor Hill, Daphne Walker, the Griswell’s, the Bray’s, John D. Stephans, Michael B. King, Erika Davis, Eddie White, Rod Johnson, Wade Starr, anyone in the Georgia delegation to the State Senate and House?
Specifically, what is your past and current relationship with the Clayton County Dem Party, Keith Thomas and Michelle Thomas or anyone one on the Executive Committee?
Thank you most sincerely in advance.

In order for the DISTRICT ONE (A. Michelle Strong) recall effort to be successful, DISTRICT ONE organizers need assistance from its own community.
DISTRICT ONE needs volunteers who are willing to collect signatures from Clayton county registered voters located in DISTRICT ONE only (people in your subdivision, concerned parents, your neighbors, etc.) in order to acquire above and beyond the required minimum amount of 6,200 signatures needed (collecting extra signatures will allow room for error.) In order to circulate petitions, volunteers MUST live in District 1 and be a registered and eligible voter in Clayton County.
DISTRICT ONE also needs Clayton County business owners willing to temporarily lend their space for citizens to come in and out to sign the petition, and/or use their space as a central location for collecting signatures. Each business MUST be located in District 1 and the owner must be a registered and eligible voter in Clayton County.
All DISTRICT ONE residents and business owners willing to assist in the above recall effort, please email District 1 Recall Petition Chairperson Dr. Stephanie Payne at maspayne@iglide.net

Anyway, Aleika Anderson seems like a good person with honest intentions, but I still feel Ed Rigdon’s experience makes him the more qualified candidate.
Vote for Nicholson District 5, Askew District 6, and Rigdon District 8.
Everyone have a great weekend.

ROFLMAO ,Are you kidding? A debate between John Trotter and Cynthia Tucker? She would make John Trotter look like the compleat fool and idiot that he is. Even if you do not agree with Cynthia Tucker there is one fact about her that anybody that has ever talked to her or debated with her will admit. She is extremely intelligent and has a very sharp mind. Ive seen her put people like “Neal Boortz” in their place many times. Ask Boortz about debaiting with Ms Tucker, he will tell you.

I hope all of you that are already endorsing candidates have seen and heard from ALL candidates running for office and not basing your opinion on whatever you heard in the past, what two to three weeks tops since qualifications?
I don’t see how anyone could make an educated, informed decision on any candidate (except possibly an incumbent) 2-3 weeks shy of qualifications and after one public political forum.
We don’t need any more half assed elected officials elected to office in Clayton. It should take longer to do homework and make sure you are endorsing and voting for the best possible candidate.
Personally, I need to see and hear more from ALL candidates before endorsing anyone. Think people! let’s not end up back here in 4 more years with the complaints and problems!

Just to let you all know—Rainwater is running as a republican . So, if you are a democrat and plan to vote democrat in July and November, he is not a viable option for sheriff. Just something to think about while you are out there screening candidates.

It does not matter what party the candidates are running up under “Jack Rainwater” is a great pick for Sheriff. I have met Mr. Rainwater and his wife and I have met Strozier and many of the other candidates. I like them all but, I liked Mr. Rainwater the best. We have some true haters in this county and that is why we are in the condition we are in.

It’s my understanding that Rainwater is running as a republican for the sole purpose of getting on the ticket.
his political party shouild not matter anyway. Everyone voting Democrat last time obviously did VERY LITTLE GOOD for Clayton county.
take the time to get to know ALL of these candidates please and do not dismiss anyone solely because of their party affiliation, or the color of their skin for that matter (before any of you even think it, I am African-American and have watched those of “us” in power slowly destroy this county over the past four years)
Informed voters don’t vote based solely on political party alone, nor skin color. That’s just ignorant.

Also Ms. Alieka, I will be at your meet and greet on May 30th. Guess what, ALL OF YOU ARE INVITED. I have a few more questions I want to ask her. So far I am satisfied with what I know about her. Voter’s I have done a little research on Ed Rigdon. I noticed that the first thing he did on the give-em-the-boot website was to attack Ms. Anderson about being in MACE. We are tired of candidates fighting and acting ignorant by bashing other candidates. We believe he did that to try to expose Ms. Anderson and take the heat off of him. Once he was proven wrong that Ms. Anderson was not in MACE then he tried to come back and apologize. I think that is no one but, John Trottter behind Mr. Rigdon. He knew it might be a chance that Noreese would not get back in and he has put Ed Rigdon in the race just in case. Don’t be fooled by Trotter he is a skillful clown. He is trying to put all of the attention on Alieka because she left and he is p** off but Mr. Ed Rigdon may truly be the Trotterite in that race. Voter’s Beware!!!!

This is The Master Mole Update:
Seems the evil manicial munchkin king and his royal court of idiots are in a full scale panic this week….
For starters they have been lulled into a false sense of security by the decrease in posts of ‘leaked’ information this week. Not that they ever even considered it was a tactic on the part of the underground sleeper cells within their very walls ! ! !
The blogger hunts have renewed full tilt, partially as fallout from the “HEIN” leaks. They are desperate and have resorted to basically cornering random employees with threats and “lier detector” tests to try and find out who is talking to whom.
Now back to the topic of this post….. “HEIN”
Seem’s old Eric ain’t fairing so well since the forged papers have hit the fan so to speak. Not a good idea was it Eric? Well in a token sense of trying to give the appearance of doing something, Hill first demoted him from Lieutenant over infernal affairs (aka the ministry of inquisition) to a sergeant thumping a beat and hanging civil papers. Errrr….. scratch that, he then demoted him from a civil paper hanging sergeant to a deputy who’s duties are in question (as is his continued employment).
Now, let me remind all those good folks here that Hill has been quick to put many a man and woman out the door on “investigative leave” for farting in public and other minor infractions of the quality of life according to hill book. I know of several people who were thrown out of the building (after gun and badge were seized) for “looking at the sheriff” (yes, that’s right, just looking at him).
Not withstanding HEIN has comitted felony acts and he is 1) not on “investigative leave”; and more importantly 2) still employed. Many may ask “why”? Well, this time Hill is tied directly to the acts and is a co-defendant (and get used to hearing that word too - “co-defendant” has a nice ring to it doesn’t it, the sort of thing you read on an indictment).
Oh, and victor, don’t think HEIN does not have a little black book with lots of information (and the tapes to back them up). You wanted him because he was a weasel - well now you got him and yes, he’s a weasel, but just remember weasels are not selective in what they eat to survive. You should have thought about that a few months earlier I guess, huh??
Yes, the moles, their tools, and more importantly the truth they will disclose for all to see is still well at work within the concrete walls of victor’s fortress.
Oh, and Johnnie, now you now that silence is not always golden (and there is more to come on this in the future). So when are you going to start earning your money and actually do what you told victor you could do??? (NEVER - you have no clue)…
By The Master Mole
May 17, 2008 12:34 AM | Link to this
The Master Hole heard from one of his moles said that Gibson was caught talking to the woman that Etheridge had some action in the bathroom. The trusted mole said that they was talking about Hein and what he done and that he and Victor Hill was going to get him anyway they can. When the trusted mole heard that the mole went back into hiding in the AC vent then went back to The Master Mole and report on what he heard.
By The Master Mole
May 17, 2008 12:58 PM | Link to this
Yes The Master Mole almost forgot this:
The Master Mole has heard that the IRS is checking more into where Victor Hill got all that money for that very nice new home and decades of “free” apartment rental he never claimed as income, and even co-mingling of personal and re-election funds, and failure to report the funds from fund raisers, etc….

The Mole Army been very hard at work so here is the UPDATES||
We have a HEIN! ! ! ! update….
Seems there is some collateral damage from the Hein affair. Eric’s secretary was transferred on Friday to the jail. But for some reason the offender himself is still employed.
Seems there is trouble in paradise again.
Word from the mole.net is it’s official now. Gibson is on suspension (didn’t take long did it? Get your first paycheck yet Johnnie boy? Might want to hold off on spending that money before you get it….)
Now some of the names are being with held to protect the mostly innocent, but here is the nickel version of Gibson’s first taste of logic according to hill the maniacal.
Seems an employee of a certain local political figure was arrested on an old outstanding warrant (the names of both the political figure and the employee will remain unnamed as it really has nothing to do with this story). John Gibson knew of this arrest and did not tell Victor the vicious about it.
Now, after the fact Victor finds out about this error of omission and is furious! ! ! ! How dare anyone rob him of an opportunity to hold something over a political figure’s head! ! ! How dare people in his department try to do their job (book ‘em, bond ‘em, forget about ‘em and move on to the next person in line) ! ! ! How dare Johnnie “the shredder” not take full unethical and illegal advantage of a prime opportunity to put meat hooks into a politician ! ! ! ! How dare……. Well, you get the idea…
So, now it seems that Johnnie “the shredder” Gibson has felt the sting of “the venom of justice” victor hill style. 5 days off without pay ! ! !
So tell us, Johnnie…. How does it feel to be the target of illegal and unethical behavior? Not to mention that even if you come to your senses and walk away from the maniacal munchkin of mayhem, you still get to be a defendant in a host of lawsuits for your trouble so far.
To quote a certain Knight in on of the “Indiana Jones” movies….. “he choose poorly”…
Poorly indeed…..
UPDATE ! ! ! UPDATE ! ! ! UPDATE ! ! !
Shortly after this info hit mole.net, I received reports from two of the deep cover moles on a related issue.
Seems there has been some “unusual” network traffic behind the concrete walls of fortress victor in the past few weeks (since Gibson showed up). Now the arrest mentioned in the first post in this thread is starting to make a little more sense when you take this “unusual” network traffic into account.
Let me throw this out for all of us to ponder openly…..
What would happen if someone where to take all the names of people they wanted to find dirt on and run them on GCIC/NCIC? Or run criminal history reports? Or other “law enforcement” investigative reports?
This might well explain the “unusual” network traffic noticed by our brother and sister moles on the front lines, and opens up a whole new can of worms for victor and the “scotties”.
This is….. • Illegal as HEL*L • Carries a stiff civil fine per incident (per name run) • Will absolutely cause their GCIC access to be revoked and all warrant entries to be purged • Result in criminal prosecution by the GBI • And can’t be hidden - it’s already logged and he has no way to tamper with those logs at the GBI - the damage is already done ! ! !
So this might just well be the first leak that leads to “Gibson-gate”.
Nosey by Nature indeed ! ! ! ! That’s an interesting list of people who were run from that terminal. Hmmmmm….
Perhaps the Governor will have that criminal charge to remove victor with after all….
More to follow on this developing issue.

Vote Kem Kimbrough for sheriff of Clayton County. In 2001, Kem served as Clayton’s 1st African-American Major making him the highest ranking law enforcement officer in the County during that period. He was also the Chief of Jail and special investigations director. Also, he has more command experience than any of the other candidates. To put it simply, Kem Kimbrough is more than capable of being the sheriff of Clayton County. So Vote for Kem Kimbrough because Clayton deserves better. Visit Kemforsherirf.com for more info.

Guys, these elections will make absolutely no difference in Clayton County. There is not enough intelligent people in Clayton County to run the place, that is a fact. The best thing the County could do at this point is beg the state or somebody else to step in and run the place for them. I have talked to a few of these new hopefuls running for office, and they dont have a clue on how to run a county government it is beyond their comprehension. They will be no different from theses already in office. Just look at the foreclosure and delinquency rates in the county, the highest in Metro Atlanta. Many in the county cant even pay their mortgages much less run a county or pick somebody that can run it. If there has ever been a lost cause Clayton is one of them.

Isn’t it funny how all the people who claim John Trotter is “the” problem suddenly go mute when confronted with the fact that the majority voting bloc on the school board during this SACS debacle has been GAE members not MACE members. They (the GAE voting bloc) voted for the land deal, they brought Pulliam in, they got SACS involved, the list is endless.
I’d be much more concerned with which candidates are aligned with GAE and its left wing NEA agenda; after all it’s the administrators who run this “fatally flawed” system and not one of them is a MACE member. But among the administrators who run this system you can count the GAE President and a member of the GAE Board of Directors.
And someone had the nerve to say, with facts like these, that Cynthia Tucker would put John Trotter “in his place” during a debate? When it comes to education, she doesn’t even know where the place is to begin with.
And it begins in the classroom not the school board, where the learning environment has been severely compromised by 3,000+ documented fights; fight that occur only because administrators lack the backbone to address discipline.
If you want real change in ClayCo ask each candidate if they are affliated with GAE, and if so, why would they be affliated with an organization that has been spineless on discipline?
When they start to waffle, mention the fact that GAE administrators and run the system that has tolerated the discipline being out of control.
When they continue to backpedal, then you know it’s time to support another candidate.
Cynthia Tucker winning a debate with Trotter? Who knew Buddy Hackett was trying out new comedy material on the Clayton Talk board before his big “Back from the Dead” concert in Vegas?

John Trotter, “The Fool leading fools” feel free to use that as a MACE slogan. One day your little kingdom of ignorant followers is going to come crashing down. And their will be a reckoning. Oh the Karma you are going to reap. It is an outright lie when you say MACE has saved the careers of any teachers, MACE makes money for you. That’s why you started MACE. You well know you couldn’t make it in a real job, you tried and failed at being an educator. You were a failure, So what does a failure like you do? Find a group of not to smart followers and con them out of money so you want need a real job. You should be glad Cynthia Tucker used big words describing you in her article, that way your followers cant understand them.

This cannot be the same Odin who leads his troups to glory on the plains of Asgard, for that Odin would use logic and common sense if he were to comment on ClayCo.
If MACE hasn’t saved many a teacher’s careers from an abusive, incompetent administrator (want to claim that those don’t exist Odin?) why do teachers profusely thank MACE?
You want to talk about “MACE teachers” but I know several that have been elected Teacher of the Year by the peers (in schools where the overwhelming majority of staff who joined an organization where GAE members, no less. THAT doesn’t sound like they are “fools” to me.)
No that doesn’t “prove” anything, but logic and common sense tells you that administrators run the school system and not one is a MACE member. Clearly MACE is not “the problem”. With a majority voting bloc on the board comprised of GAE members MACE is clearly not “the problem” on the board either.
Not saying GAE is “the problem” per se, but with 3,000+ documented fights (and untold numbers of other incidents swepted under the rug, by administrators who belong to GAE) a compelling case can be made that discipline is a HUGE problem; and one only has to compare the GAE “Educator Memorandum” to the MACE “Teachers’ Bill of Rights” to see who take a REAL stand on a REAL problem in ClayCo: the lack of support for discipline and its effect on the learning environment.
Perhaps these Norse gods have done too much celebrating in the halls of Valhalla if all they are reduced to is setting up Trotter as the “straw man” to knock down while ignoring the fact that MACE is not any part of the administrators who RUN this “fatally flawed” system, and GAE, not MACE, has been the majority voting bloc through all the decisions that brought SACS to ClayCo.
One gets the feeling that Tucker KNOWS this, and thus wants no part of a debate with Trotter. If she were THAT concerned for ClayCo, she’d “walk the walk” and stop hiding out in the comfort and safety of her Marietta street tower.
The plains of Asgard beckon; glory awaits the victor, but she is decidedly not equal to the task. This speaks more of a personal axe to grind with Trotter than any real concern for ClayCo, as the AJC editorial board wants to be a player in ClayCo, but clearly is not.
Tucker debating Trotter on education issues? That would be as one sided as Barry Bonds debating Cal Ripken Jr. on what sportsmanship means.

This election year is gearing up to be an interesting one. I do wish more citizens would attend the political forums. It is heartbreaking to see more candidates than citizens at the forums. People if you don’t engage, then you can’t complain about the quality and competence of your candidates. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. There is change coming to this county but YOU will either make it or break it.
By Tracey Powell

I agree with Mr. Hartley
We must attend more of these forums to get to know our Candidates. I fear the same turnout will happen at the Elections polls. I have taken the time to set up e-polls for our community to vote. This is how you get your candidates to step up and show up. On a nation level, candidates read the polls like a bible because it show what people think and how they are leaning in there vote. In the coming weeks Clayton Communities.org will have a host of BOE candidates,
Glenn Dowell & William Hill- district 6,
Trena Morris & Diana Nicholson- district 5,
Lois Baines Hunter, Lindsey McDaniel III & Andre Glover- district 2
C. Denese Sampson- district 7
And more, to answer question & concerns online in our forums, these candidates understand that to truly serve they must come to the people (check www.claytoncommunities.org for times & dates)
We will also be polling to see which candidates you would like to talk with on the forums. So help us help Clayton, vote in the e-polls at [http://claytoncommunities.org] Give me the ammunition we need to take to our candidate and officials to get them to come to us and work for us.
I Chair Parent Involvement for the Clayton County Collaborative; Everybody that is somebody in Clayton County sit on this board, them or someone from there department or Organization. My purpose is to bring the community’s concerns an issue to the table. I need your input to do that, This is not my paid job, this is what I do because I believe love is an action word, and I love my county, so I do for my county.
Go to [http://claytoncommunities.org] signup cast your eVotes and tell me about your concerns and issue the good and the bad. Together we can bring Clayton back, but first the people must stand up and be counted.

This is another The Master Mole UPDATE|||
Well, tomorrow (5/21) is the last gasp chance Hill has to forstall his financial doom.
Their final appeal to all the motions Hill has lost in Federal Court in the Mark Tuggle Lawsuit is scheduled to be heard in the 11th District Court of Appeals on Forsyth St. Once he looses this one, it’s off to trial (and possibly to jail depending on what he says and does).
So, coming to a headline near you soon will be the next chapter in the financial woes of the Clayton County Taxpayer, courtesy of “Sheriff” (in name only) Victor K. Hill (Just call me “K” for Krazy). Yes, once again we are going to have to pick up the multi-million dollar tab for his illegal and immoral actions.
At least this time Hill will have to pay. Last word I heard is Tuggle is not going to settle as he wants to get into Hill’s pockets personally. Yep, victor will be writing a check for the rest of his life on this one (and there are still more to follow).

Here is another The Master Mole PINK PONY UPDATE by all of our hard working Mole Army:
Swing and a miss…..
Yep, the crack legal team for Victor Hill has struck out at the plate again. Seems today was not a very good day for Hill and company (and unfortunately us taxpayers as well).
The Federal Court has issued an injunction baring Hill and his deputies from running any roadblocks, DUI checks, area sweeps, patrol, or anything near the Pink Pony South. He cannot harass the employees, management or the patrons…. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, but go straight to jail if you don’t comply.
So I guess the score for Hill’s legal defense teams remains what? About 57/0/1 so far?
Any takers on the bet for how long it takes him to violate this order?
Oh, and I would post what Victor had to say about this in the car on the way back to the office, but the (#(_)@@# filters would blank it all out….
Some things never change - - - - - -
Victor Hill…a loser, in every aspect of the term. Yet, he continues to cost the TAXPAYING citizens of this county. A wannabe police officer…a wannabe “robbery/homicide” detective…a wannabe “sheriff”… in love with himself and his name and picture on the t.v. and paper. The next picture taken of him should be a federal prison book in photo. This piece of crap is a total embarrassment to law enforcement, and criminal justice. Thanks little vic, for DESTROYING my property value.

This I would like to share with you all on these debates that took place, But this report was done by John Stewart blogger but I felt it need to be posted here.
Before you read any further I want to let everyone know that these are my personal opinions and that I call it how I see it.
Clayton County Commissioner Race
Candiates - Eldrin Bell, Virginia Gray, Phaedra Graham, Earl Randall, Lee Scott (Those indicated in red were not in attendance)
I must say this portion of the program was rather entertaining with Earl Randall coming out of gate challenging all of the other candidates with the exception of Lee Scott. I wonder why that is? Randall espoused that he had a new vision for Clayton County while lambasting Grey and Bell stating that they have not done anything for the county; however Randall never articulated what his new vision was. Phaedra Graham was a piece of work. She came across as looking timid but ended up sounding articulate. Key word sounding. Her mantra for the evening regarding the 2 biggest problems facing Clayco were Crime & The School board. It was rather sad because when any other questions were posed that didn’t have any association with her mantra she was lost. Several times she rambled on without even addressing the moderators question. She looked so lost at times that I observed her peering over to Virginia Grays notes to grasp something to use. The kodak moment for the night for me regarding the commissioners race happened when an audience member asked the to incumbents (Bell, Grey) if they could share any good news with the audience since Clayco is the brunt of the majority of negative news in Atlanta. Mrs. Grey had problems answering the question and had to take queues from someone in her campaign for answers. Bell on the other hand was able to spit out several answers one being Clayco Taxes haven’t gone up and another being a defensive driving program (Bell stated he put 100K of his own money up) to get this program started and available to our schools.
Observations: Gray said she was running on her record yet was unable to share any of that record. Graham was a lost kitten and unready for questions that didn’t fit her pat answers (I wanted to ask her why would Clayco voters have confidence in her running the County as a whole when her own constituents petitioned for a recall for her back in 2004. I didn’t ask because it was an open formum and didn’t want my identity know.) Randall was in attack mode all evening yet couldn’t articulate his new vision/new direction for the county. I still wonder if he was in such attack mode why Lee Scott was left out of the fray. Bell had his senior moments at times but came across as a leader and eager to attack the challenges the county faces. He was the most coherent and concise of all of the candidates and appeared to have a clear grasp of what the county needed.
Winner : Bell
Clayton County District Attorney Race
Candidates - Jewell Scott, Tracy Graham-Lawson, Hebert Adams (Those indicated in red were not in attendance)
**Jewell Scott was not in attendance and in her stead was John Turner who said that Scott was with a relative out of town that was terminally ill.
As each of the candidates introduced themselves they each boasted of impressive resumes. Mrs. Graham-Lawson with her experience as a former Clayco Asst. District Attorney and current Clayco Juvenile Court judge(‘95 to present). Herbert Adams was equally impressive with educational resume which included Harvard as well as his all round courtroom experience as a judge, Prosecutor and Defense Lawyer. John Turner was also impressive with his legal experience and if people didn’t know any better would have thought he was running for District Attorney they way he lauded himself. There were some well pointed questions some concerning the experience of a district attorney and how to handle the office. Mr. Turners answered a District Attorney was a manager and was not in the office to try cases. As he stated the District Attorney hires competent people like him to try cases. He further tried to corroborate his statement by pointing out several area District Attorney having not tried cases. This answer was pounced upon by both of the challengers with each emphatically mentioning that Jewell Scott has to the day not tried a single case. Adams further retorted that the district attorney needs to at least know how to try a case. Graham-Lawson further clarified her response in regards to other area district attorneys not trying cases stating “just because it isn’t done right in other counties doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be done right in Clayton” Adams also stated that a District Attorney should be a leader to which Asst. District Attorneys could come to for direction, stability and support. The elbows off the top rope continued to rain down on Scott with Graham-Lawson pointing out the entire School Board fiasco could have been avoided had only Scott known Georgia law which would have allowed her to convene a Grand Jury and if the board was found guilty of ethics violations the punishment would have been their removal from the board. Adams appeared very stately and articulate and has a vision to restore honor to the office of the District Attorney. Graham-Lawson also has a vision to restore honor back to the office and had a clear plan and articulated it masterfully in how she would work to get all of the back logged cases worked in a timely manner.
Observations: Turner was in defence mode most of the evening with his only highlight for Jewell being the convictions of 2 high profile cases in Clayton. Adams has the credentials to run the office, but some red flags showed up for me in doing some research on him under name Herb Adams and unpreparedness for Court while running for District Attorney for another county. Graham-Lawson appeared to be the most confident articulate, well prepared, experienced and knew what she would do on Day 1 to hit the ground running. That coupled with her experience in Clayton Courts had her shining the brightest of any of the candidates.
Winner: Graham-Lawson
Clayton County Solicitor General Race
Candidates - Leslie Miller Terry (I), Tasha Mosley
Let me start by saying I am one who is very observant and I watched the entire room looking at candidates faces, body language and how they interacted with people in attendance. From the time I sat down I noticed a young lady that came across as very assertive in her demeanor yet direct and engaging with those in attendance. It was not until the candidates for solicitor general were called up that I discovered the young lady that I saw was Tasha Mosley. In all fairness to Ms. Terry I didn’t notice her until the call for candidates to come to the stage was made. I did however observe that Ms. Terry seemed a bit nervous and possibly timid. From the onset of questions Ms. Mosley was commanding in her answers with Ms. Terry coming across a bit more subdued. Each were asked to give an introduction of their platforms at which time Tasha Mosley went straight at Ms. Miller stating that the current incumbent has dismissed over 400 domestic violence cases. Mosley then went on to share how the Solicitor General has to the ability to request 911 audio tapes and use those effectively to help in the prosecution of cases. What was implied here was that Terry didn’t know how to prosecute domestic violence cases nor had the trained personell to handle these cases. Mosley also went on to say that the office of Solicitor General could be run efficiently without a large amount of funds as long as the personell were adequately trained to handle cases before the office. Unfortunately Miller Terry had no response to any of Mosleys points. I am going to leave it here because in all honestly Mosley masterfully put Miller Terry in an old school Sgt. Slaughter cobra clutch that put her to sleep and unable to offer any retorts.
Observations: Mosley knows her stuff. She is confident and not cocky. If she gets into office I would be afraid, very afraid if I committed a crime.
Winner: Mosely
Candidates for County Sheriff
Candidates - Victor Hill (I), Kem Kimbrough, Sherman Lemon, Earnest Strozier, Garland Watkins, Jack Rainwater (Those indicated in red were not in attendance)
**Earnest Strozier was not in attendance and in his stead was his campaign mgr that said Strozier sgt called him in unexpectedly.
In the opening each candidate spoke of their credentials. Kem Kimbrough spoke of his experience from his education to serving as a major under a previous Sheriff and serving as Chief of jail and as a legal consultant in the office of Sheriff. Mjr. Lemon spoke of his 30 plue years of service to Clayco in the PD and his love for the county and desire to continue to serve the community in the Sheriffs office. Stroziers campaign mgr spoke of his 20 plus years of service in the College Park police and FBI training. Garland Watkins spoke of his 20 plus years of service in the Sheriffs office as well as serving in every area in the office of Sheriff which included running the jail. Jack Rainwater spoke of his 20 plus years of service in law enforcement and spoke of understanding how to successfully manage a budget knowing that the office of Sheriff is approx 18% of the county budget. He said his current position as an acct mgr for a private security firm has been an aid for his perspective. Each candidate handled themselves very well and there really weren’t any deviations in the answers given. Garland Watkins brought up the fact that there are over 20,000 outstanding warrants in Clayco to which he stated serving these warrants would be a major part in fighting crime in the county. Rainwater also reitterated the point by saying that those unserved warrants amounted to approx 20K criminals give or take some walking the streets probably committing more crime. Kimbrough was asked a question from an audience member of why he left the Sheriffs dept in 2004. Kimbrough articulated very well that he was not comfortable with what was going on with the Sheriff (Victor Hill) and because he was a lawyer had options and decided to leave. The remainder of the question answer session was like a battle royale with titans of ring like Dusty Rhodes, Sgt Slaughter, Jimmy “Superfly” Snooka, Hulk Hogan and Ricky Steamboat. Each had a signature move directed towards Hill that would have left him dazed and incoherent. Points were brought up throughout the evening how Hill has been operating above the law and in several of busts he made that the charges have been thrown out because Hill didn’t follow the law. A highlight of the evening was when an audience member asked each of the candidates if they were for consolidating the Sheriffs office with Clayco PD. One by one each candidate answered NO, NO, NO, NO and NO to a rousing applause from the audience.
Observations : Kimbrough knows the law and exactly how it is applicable in the Sheriffs office. Rainwater, Lemon, Watkins and Strozier are all invaluable with their experience can very deftly run the Sheriffs dept.
Winner: 5 way tie. (I have a preference but I will not reveal that at this time)
County Commissioner candidates
Candidates:
District 2: Lawrence Ethridge, Gail Hambrick, Danny Haynes, Charles Meadows
District 3: Michael Bryant, Wole Ralph (I), Angela Redding, Ronald Ringer
Ok everyone I have to be honest here I really didn’t catch the entire discourse of each of these candidates. After nearly sitting still for 2 hours nature finally called and I ran to answer. When I came back I walked in on Wole Ralph giving his introduction and listing all of the accomplishments he set out to do from hiring more police to slowing down development in the county with a developer overlay. I stepped out again to answer a call from the wife as some of the district 2 candidates where giving their intros (there wasn’t any particular order of intros from District 2 or 3). When I stepped back in there was a question regarding the “Commuter Rail” project and their thoughts. Wole went on to explain that he isn’t against the project, however the manner in which it was originally proposed with Clayco footing the bill to the tune of millions of dollars a year wasn’t going to cut it. He then stated that the only way that it should be done is with a consortium of counties each footing the bill since all would be benefiting. Next it was Haynes turn to answer the same question to which this man literally got tongue tied and incoherent for a moment after which he tried to quote what Wole had just mentioned but did an atrocious job of doing. Ethridge gave his 2 cents on his ideas of the commuter rail which were laughable. Laughable in the sense that this man basically regurgitated previous answer with his spin on it. Unfortunately Ethridge didn’t have an original idea all night long. The evening basically ended up being Ali/Frazier 1 with Wole playing the part of Ali and Bryant playing the part of Frazier. These 2 basically commanded the final set. I stepped out again again and came back in to hear Wole talking about how revitalize the county by mentioning the development of Tara Field. Wole stated that any development of Tara Field must be done with the consent and consultation of the residents around the area. Bryant quickly retorted that Wole stole his idea of development of Tara field which Ralph said he mentioned to Wole 2 weeks prior (The look on Wole’s face when Bryant mentioned him stealing his idea as on of “I can’t believe this sphincter hole just said that). Bryant went on to say that Wole is beholden to special interests and is an incompetent commissioner.
Observations: Wole stood heads and shoulders above the rest with his list of accomplishments and not fighting fire with fire regarding Bryant. Bryant went on to mention he knows how to develop a county because he is a builder. Didn’t we have some former developers on the Board of Commissioners? Unfortunately because of this the county is now paying for it by becoming a strip mall central. The mere fact that Bryant is a builder makes me a little nervous even though I know very little of him.
Winner: Wole Ralph (Wole better watch his back because Bryant landed some left hooks that appear to shake him. Best believe Bryant will be back and better than before.)
I will give my play by play later this evening regarding the other candidate races.

I think this is inaccurate information stating that the other candidates for sheriff is classified as invaluable.
Titles does not mean a person can do a better job, nor does a good speech. Sometimes even years of experience doesn’t matter. This position as sheriff is a very difficult job for anyone that gets it. I don’t think slandering each other is good either. We need to stop the fighting and think about our children and county. There is to much hate here in Clayton and to much negative things that we all need to work on. Why would you dislike someone because they are running for the same office you are? They want the same thing you do (I think), what’s best for Clayton County

I have noticed that since I have been reading this blog, that there have been so much negative, hateful and mean disrespectful people that responded here.
No wonder we are the laughing stock of Georgia,we are like the school board, we can’t even get along. With so much negativity like this we will never move forward to make this county abetter place to live. Some of the candidates hate each other for whatever reason I don’t know and really don’t care. All I know is that I don’t want any part of this mess fighting and slandering each other. We need a hell of a lot of prayer here in this county.

Tracy Powell is the only person on this blog that I can say I definitely know personally. He is a concerned, and caring father. He has supported his children in education since before the accreditation crisis. Community involvement was a big part of the SACS complaint against our school system. All he is pandering for is community involvement in the hopes of getting some parents more active in their children’s education. Please can we stop lashing out at each other and just look to making this county better.

DA wasn’t in Florida, is accused of lying
By Daniel Silliman
dsilliman@news-daily.com
Clayton County District Attorney Jewel Scott attended a political meeting Monday night, while her chief prosecutor attended another political meeting, saying she was out of town.
John Turner, chief executive assistant district attorney, represented Scott at the candidate forum sponsored by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and the Clayton County Wide Homeowners Association. He said he wasn’t there to make any political statement, but just to answer questions. He opened with an apology on Scott’s behalf, saying she wanted to attend the forum, but was in Florida for a family emergency — the terminal illness of a relative.
At the moment he was speaking, Scott wasn’t, in fact, out of town with a dying relative.
She was with the Rev. Al Sharpton, speaking at Mt. Nebo Cathedral South, at the National Action Network’s “Recommitment Challenge.” Two TV news stations showed Scott speaking at the event. Turner said when he got home from the forum and saw Scott on the news, he was surprised.[/i]

Jewel Scott is nothing but someone pretending to be a DA. She’s done nothing to better this county and Lee Scott backing her only makes things worse. She is avoiding being held accountable for the poor job she has done and KNOWS that if she were to debate or publicly appear on the same stage as Tracy Graham-Lawson, she would be exposed for the fraud she is and that she could not match up on any level. Your free ride is up, Jewel and Lee. Pack your bags. Our nightmare is almost over.

You wanna for for who? Have you checked out Clayton County Court Records? Lee Scott AKA Headly, Headley, Leopold et al has been the defendant in so many cases it’s unbelieveable, wrongful death, cancelled deeds, speeding, no drivers Lic, expired tag blah blah blah. He can’t manage his personal life but he wants to manage my county? No thanks. He must be in a great rewards program as many frequesnt flyer miles as he gets by being a plaintiff in a Clayton County Court Room (and that just clayton County, don’t forget Fulton, Dekalb & many others). Check the history of candidates yourself at http://weba.co.clayton.ga.us:8006/index.shtml

Red,are still on this blog! You’re so naïve and dim-witted that you actually believe all of what you read in the newspaper. What a Zipperhead! Let me check your thimble sized brain to see if you’re even aware of what’s going on around you. Question #1: The school system in Clayton is under SACS scrutiny, what individual initiated the investigation? Question#2: Is the person still in office; if so why? Question#3: Is it or is it not Money, Power, Jobs, and Contracts that have the school system facing lose of accreditation? Question#4: What Black persons do you know in Clayton that making Millions of dollars and control a lot of the Media? Everyone but you in the Metro area is following the Money Trail and it’s leading to one Race of people. Question#4: Who’s that people? Laughing stock of Georgia, yah right! Many are wait to lock your folks up. Imprudent Boy, the more I educated you the dummier I get! “Abuse, if you slight it, will gradually die away; but if you show yourself irritated, you will be thought to have deserved it.” Fake religious boy! Here a thought; “However many holy words you read, however many you speak, what good will they do you if you do not act on upon them?” “The main business of religions is to purify, control, and restrain that excessive and exclusive taste for well-being which men acquire in times of equality.” “Regarding the debate about faith and works: It’s like asking which blade in a pair of scissors is most important.” “Talk to me about the truth of religion and I’ll listen gladly. Talk to me about the duty of religion and I’ll listen submissively. But don’t come talking to me about the consolations of religion or I shall suspect that you don’t understand.” Finally, “Being religious means asking passionately the question of the meaning of our existence and being willing to receive answers, even if the answers hurt.” You my silly friend are assisting the WICKED! Note: In your anger please don’t forget to answer the four questions!

You are invited to join, Tasha “Levette” Prayor, Jennifer Talley and Trinia Garrett, for their campaign kickoffs this holiday weekend.
These three young women are offering themselves for service on the Clayton County Public School Board of Education. They will bring dignity, integrity, professionalism and accountability to the Board. Their priorities are the major stakeholders — our children and the community. It is our responsibility to support them as they run for office and then hold them accountable once they are elected.
Come meet and hear from each of these candidates. They will be asking for your vote and sharing why you should entrust your vote with them. Get involved in raising the bar for our board, our children and the community. Help elect qualified board members who will love and make our students their number one priority.
Prayor, Talley, and Garrett are independent “unbossed and unbought” candidates for the Board of Education. Their only obligation, once elected, will be to the students and the community stakeholders.
Campaign Kickoff schedule for districts 2, 5, and 7 Sunday, May 25, 2008
We will caravan from district 2 to district 5 and end at district 7. Please wear red tee shirts or red tops. Decorate your cars with the campaign theme colors red and white. Let’s have some fun and support these candidates!

I’m amazed at the level of dialogue on this blog. There are those who have a true interest in improving Clayton County and there are those that for some reason, want to keep it from getting better. We all know why. Those that are blogging negativity and against positive change will no longer get fed for free. Some have been on the gravy train because they happened to be in the right spot and the right color four years ago and now the bills are due. Residents are no longer going to put up with the nonsense that has happened and put us in this situation. Its a new day. The Master Mole and the Mole Army has been hard at work.
Well, as yet another fine example of how hill professionally runs a tight ship, this story is in from the mole.net….
(actually it’s sort of old, but no one else reported it so I will)
Seems Hill has once again suspended background checks for friends, relative, neighbors, and anyone else he feels should be put on the payroll (notice I say put on the payroll and not “given a job” as that implies these appointees actually do work for their money).
Seems in a recent batch of new employees, after they were sworn in, they were taken around to get their ID cards issued. One by one the pictures are taken, cards prepared, and issued…
Now they get to a certain name on the list… Oooops, it’s flashing “RED” on the screen. Ooooops, seems Hill has in his files an outstanding arrest warrant on this person for violation of probation on a CONVICTION for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. Hold the presses, stop the group and put this person in handcuff and the warrant actually was served (this incident was witnessed by more than a dozen people - so good luck on finding out who the “leak” to mole.net is this time jonnie boy).
Now let me point out a few things to those who may not be familiar with law enforcement hiring:
1) Hill has been caught with his “pants down” so to say before by hiring without doing background checks on several occasions (and blamed others of course)
2) Hill swore this person in as a deputy sheriff (a gun toting deputy - Hill issues him a gun too), federal law prohibits anyone convicted of domestic violence from possession of any firearms and POST will not certify this person for the same reasons. He can’t even take the firearms training at the academy.
3) This person was wanted the day he first was talked to about “working” for hill.
4) It took a clerk making an ID card to notice this fact?
5) Add this all up and you can only come to one conclusion - Hill is an idiot and his entire department is falling apart.
Convicted felons, wife beaters, thugs, and thieves….. come one, come all, you are welcome to suck at the public teat courtesy of your friendly neighbor”hood” Sheriff, victor K. hill……

Just based off first impressions from the forum a couple of weeks ago, all of the candidates the CCWHOA is supporting seemed to me to have a phony air about them. I asked a question of district 5 candidates,in regard to community involvement and the current board’s disregard for the public’s offered input, and Ms. Talley was so anxious to answer the question, but her response lacked in offering a solution. She mainly just said that community involvement was among the issues addressed in the SACS report and ended it with her personal campaign slogan “Tally the vote for Talley.” No offering whatsoever on how to address the issue. Competent candidates will have substance and a plan in mind on how to correct our current situation.
FYI: Ms. Nicholson’s response was to have open meet-and-greets with her constituents at various venues around the district.
Ms. Moore’s response was to allot time for a Q & A session with the public at school board meetings.

They want your child to fail, not only in Clayton; but look at the whole State of Georgia ranked 50th in the nation and your buddy Bush with his “No child left behind”. I tell them, ‘Don’t stop now. If I shot somebody you’d mention it. You ought to be ashamed attacking those Black women on the board, like Al Sharpton said If they were White, the White man would allow you to attack his women” ” Here one from MLK, “It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Negro’s legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality”, that may be we will the election “It is incontestable and deplorable that Negroes have committed crimes; but they are derivative crimes. They are born of the greater crimes of the white society.” Learn anything yet Idiot, The wise man always throws himself on the side of his assailants. Where’s Bob Hartley and his recall effort for Kathy Cox, his children “FAILED the test. Just Like BillyRip said the Cowards only attacks Black Women. What amazing incompetence on the part of the State Board of Education!! How many of these bureaucrats have ever taught a class, talked to a real teacher about teaching, or even have their own children in public schools? Certainly education in Georgia needs improvement. Parents and students must take responsibility as well as teachers. But it is incomprehensible that the State Board of Education would know that such discouraging and disruptive results were assured and blithely went ahead with their pet project. Another The Master Mole and Mole Army Update:
NEWS FLASH
Hot off the wires at mole.net ! ! ! !
UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE * UPDATE
Jonesboro, GA 05/24/2008
Newsflash - Victor Hill “booted” from the parade to honor the mock trial team accomplishments !
Yes, it’s true… and here are the details (and there were plenty of witnesses and it was on the police radio too!!!)
Now the first part is a little fuzzy as I have heard two versions. Either Hill was unhappy with the position he was being assigned or was just late to the party. Either way he did not get in line with the other parade participants (and remember this was a parade to honor the Jonesboro Mock Trial team’s national championship - 3rd year in a row). Hill has nothing to do with the mock trial program.
So being be manicial munchkin king he is, Hill orders his driver (reported to have been Redding, but this is not yet confirmed), to switch to plan “B”. Time to head ‘em off at the pass…..
Yes, victor drove on backroads to get ahead of the parade route. He then “broke through” police roadblocks and was driving the WRONG WAY towards the parade which had now started down the road. Yes, I’m not making this up - he flipped on all those fancy blue lights he has, including the ones in the shape of a “V” in the grill of his car, and bypassed a roadblock and was going warp 8. Yes, I hear you saying “no way” but “YES WAY!!!” This idiot was driving towards the kids!!!!
Ok, it gets better…..
Now the Jonesboro PD is johnny on the spot and doing a jam up job of blocking the intersections. One of their units see what this idiot is doing and PULLS HILL OVER before he can get to the oncoming parade!!!! I don’t know who that officer was, but he needs a medal !!!! Now Hill wants to say he’s “supposed” to be in the front of the parade, the officer stands his ground and says oh h-e-l-l no I aint’ buying that load of horse crap…
And it gets better still…..
Hill now gets on the phone and calls Chief Jeff Turner and trys to tell him he is “supposed” to be in the front of the parade!!!! Turner knows this is a major load of fresh horse crap and say’s “no” (period). Hill begans to plead with Turner on the phone and makes the comment “come on, we’re all friends, can’t we work this out?”. Turner tell hill if he will come back to the staging area he can still get in line behind the commissioners vehicles. Hill continues to insist he is “supposed” to be leading the parade and Turner stands his ground (in a calm profession manner). Hill, now showing his true colors in front of bystanders on the side of the parade route (remember the parade has started and Hill was about 1/2 way up the route when he was stopped) has some choice words for the Chief and the Jonesboro PD officer and storms back to his car and “flees the area in shame! ! ! !” Yes, he left ! ! ! !
Now it get’s even better…..
Lets all think about this. Jonesboro PD cars all have dash cameras with audio and recorders in them. An enterprising individual or MEDIA OUTLET could obtain a copy of that precious tape with a Freedom of Information Act Request to the City of Jonesboro PD and the radio traffic on “channel 1” from the 911 dispatch center.
That video would be priceless ! ! ! !
Dash cam video coming to youtube.com “soon” ! ! !

You stated that you left because of the political climate at that time and as an attorney, you had options to move around.
Several of us just found out that the reason you left was because of a few good women, Yes A FEW GOOD WOMEN. Now do you want to change that! If you can not be truthful during campaigning, We can not expect the truth from you IF you get in office.
Honest is very important at all levels of law enforcewment. We would have thought being a good law enforcement officer and an attorney that you say you are, we could expect the truth from you even if it hurts.
Haven’t you learned from Victor that LIARS GET CAUGHT.

Dear: FROM THE FORUM AND THE SHADOW KNOW’S… (SAME PERSONS).
Matthew 7:1-6 says ” Do not judge others and you will not be judged. For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard “YOU” use in judging is the standard by which you will be judge. And why worry about the speck in your “friends” eye when you have a log in “YOUR” own? How can you think of saying to your “friend”,”let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,” when you can’t see past the log in your own eye? HYPOCRITE!! first get rid of the log in your own eye; then you will see well enough to deal with the speak in your friend’s eye.
If your going to accuse someone of doing wrong at least have ALL your facts ready. It’s funny how you can say that he (Kim Kembrough) cheated with women, but you don’t know WHO??
I’m sure you want Mr. Kembrough to react to your threats? You think you got something on him? How mistaken you are. What I want you to do is make good on your threat!!! You act as if someone is going to spank him. Please, I’m sure he’s been through worse stuff in his life. So, stop waving the gun in the air (which is your mouth), and shoot!! Let’s see what happens.
P.S GET YOUR FACTS FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE IF NOT THE SOURCE ITSELF. HEAR-SAY IS JUST A REPLAY OF WHAT PEOPLE LIKE TO IMAGINE AS BEING THE TRUTH!
Find Peace within yourself
Sincerely

The Master Mole and the Mole Army want to make this statement.
Do Cities Need Sheriffs? By TChris, Section Crime Policy Posted on Wed Jan 05, 2005 at 07:15:07 AM EST
There’s a new Sheriff in town. Victor Hill was just elected to the post in Clayton County, Georgia, and he’s bringing a bit of paranoia with him.
He adds a dimension to the definition of messiah complex; on his first day in office, he abruptly fired more than two dozen employees and posted snipers on the roof of the sheriff's department to make sure none objected too strenuously as they were escorted from the building. In addition to the snipers, Hill insists on having armed guards at his home and office. He thinks he might be the target of assassins — a strange fear for a man only recently elected to his job.
Fortunately, a judge ordered Hill to reinstate the fired employees, but the bizarre incident raises a larger question about the usefulness of sheriffs in urban society.
Hill's despotism helps make the case that metropolitan counties have no need for sheriff's offices. They waste taxpayer funds; they duplicate services; and, all too frequently, they give a badge and a gun to people who should have neither.Three Years Later
And How Many Lawsuits Later ?
Whose Keeping Count ? Who Can ?
From Victor Hill’s warped point of view, the county needs only the Sheriff to run law enforcement in the county. Considering our Magistrate Court, Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, and the Catch & Release Criminal Justice System in the county, It does little good to have Law Enforcement anymore. The county has become a crime haven Free for All, do as you please, for theft, vandalism, robberies, drugs, assault, car jacking, and drive by shootings. Clayton County has become the criminals parlay card to diversifying the criminal’s income, craft, and destruction; A virtual smorgasbord of criminal opportunities. And the victims of crime in Clayton County are recycled through the court system over and over and over again.Crime seems to be the most viable market on the horizon for Clayton County’s economy, and the court system seems to offer the best deals in town for the criminals.
There are 159 counties in Georgia each with a Sheriff. Clayton County has had a Sheriff since it was formed in 1858. The concept of a Sheriff is centuries old and goes back to Europe and England. Until Hill took office in 2005, the Sheriff’s Office in Clayton County had a purpose and served the PUBLIC.
That being said, do we change the entire constitution of the State of Georgia because Clayton County just happens to now have a lunatic at the helm of the Sheriff’s Office?
Or to put it in the form of a topic dear to your heart, do we eliminate gun ownership because of the actions of a few irresponsible people and criminals?
The answer to both is a resounding no, or course not. The answer is to deal with the problem people. But with Jewel Scott being either the incompetent “office manager” she is or a willing participant in a grand Lee Scott conspiracy, either way these fools, thugs, and thieves have the run of our county.
So this year the question is do we….
1) Run, bail out, sell our houses for $10 and start over “anywhere but here”?
2) Keep the lot of ‘em in office and try to change the system at the State level?
3) Deal with the problem at it’s root cause - the problem people… And there are quite a lot of them as we seem to be the Mecca for incompetence, thugerie, and thieves since the 2004 elections.
I say deal with the problem, take back our county, and quit being the “third world country in Atlanta’s backyard”…

Here are The Master Mole and the Mole Army opinions stated below:
Jewel Scott is attempting to deploy the instrument Tom Jones’ magic wand of twists and spins to bail her out of these controversies involving her sitting on a back log of cases. These are the similar ploys we have seen from Victor Hill in using Tom Jones to point the finger at the CCPD and Chief Turner for his own ignorance.
The Jamaican didn’t get her way this time, The Chief seemed to know more about how to do her job than she did. Maybe we should turn over the Sheriff’s Department and the D.A.s Office to Chief Turner. The man has been having to tell both, through the media, how to do their jobs. I say he should start billing both those offices for consultation fees.
So; What’s She to use to excuse her incompetence now ?
Who’s Next on her list of Scape Goats ? Eldrin Bell ? Maybe a Clerk ? A Mail Courier ? The UPS Guy ? Tom Jones ?
Don’t ya just know The Chief is getting tired of their nonsense ? Or
Her next scape goat…. little elves came into the office at night and “screwed up” everything…or maybe the “paper fairy”…..mysteriously made the stackl of unindicted cases get taller….
And She’ll probably blame Chief Turner for sending the little gremlins over. I know the Chief will be dancing a jig when her and victor hill is gone.
I will tell you a little story about Jewel. I will not name the source, but I trust his/her telling of this story as 200% accurate.
When Jewel was elected there was a period of several months transition where she was working with Keller & his staff to facilitate her actually taking office in January of 2005.
On the first day, she came to Keller’s office and one of the questions she had was where were the office manuals? You know, the “SOP - Standard Operating Procedures” and other written instructions on how to do the job of District Attorney. Keller looked at her somewhat confused as to her question. He then pointed to the volumes of legal statutes and court opinions sitting on the shelves that make up an entire wall of his office. His replay was “there is no instruction book, but there are all of these….”
She had no clue…. Unfortunately she still has no clue…. And there is not one person out there who is more than one heartbeat away from her brand of incompetence and abuse of power impacting on or even destroying your life. Just ask a member of the Hood family, a CCPD officer or the family of a victim of one of her other botched or never brought prosecutions.
There was a time I thought the fact that someone had passed the bar meant something. But one day I remembered two people…. Jewel Scott and Sue Ellen Fleming… they both disprove my theory.
And that’s about all I’ve got to say about that…..
But Tracey Graham-Lawson ! ! ! !
Hands down, no contest… . .
Spread the word as this one change can defeat the Scotts entire empire and all those of similar mind (and lord knows we are up to our eyeballs in fools, thieves, and charlatans who are in there only to line their own pockets and power base). A honest, ethical, professional District Attorney can undo a lot to change this county for the better even if the rest of them stay in office. What’s the point of arresting people if you can’t keep them from preying on society and their are out on bail 2 days later. Under our current situation there is no deterrence to any criminal - even if they get caught there is a 95% chance they will beat the rap with Jewel Scott (assuming she does not dismiss the charges outright).
How do the fools like victor hill continue to dishonor the office they hold, ignore every law they choose to, and terrorize innocent citizens in furtherance of their own personal empire? How do the idiotic school board members dug in like a south Georgia tick on a hot summers night continue to act like they do? How do gangsters, thugs, and murderers walk free from our courtrooms to steal, kill and maim yet again?
Think back to your constitutional classes in Middle School - remember the concept of “checks and balances”? Well if the Lee Scott empire controls all the branches of government where are the checks and balances to come from? That is what we face this year - either the start of the salvation and restoration of decency and order to this county, or the final nail in the coffin hammered in by Lee Scott personally.
I have known Tracey for 20-25 years. I would trust her with my life (and have done so with her late husband, Mike).
This is likely the single most important decision the voters will make this year.
As Burke once put it, “When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.” Or in the more popular form “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”.
Once Jewel is out of office, her husband Lee will no longer be able to benefit financially from Jewel’s Deferred Prosecution Program being operated by their friends at Shiloh Baptist Church!
To reinforce that point, there was a case highlighted on the local news (Gwinnett or Cobb maybe?) where the filing deadline was approaching and the DA - believe it or not a REAL DA - filed for an extension which would allow them to hold the suspect until they could file.
Gee, what a concept! I suppose they don’t have similar deadlines in divorce court!

Clayton Communities.org will stand against any Candidate that will post or reply to on Give’em the Boot.com as of today. **Clayton Communities.org can no longer allow support for any candidates that will associate themselves with hatred spewing, race bating, community scare tactics and person attacks on our Clayton County citizens and there families. Give’em the Boot.com is a Destructive element in our community that is gear on dividing Clayton County. At the most, you only represent 100 voters if that, that is no POWER. Anybody who believes that Victor Hill is at home monitoring their IP address, NEEDS A HUG FROM THEIR MOMMY, I laugh. Yes I like Victor Hill and I support our CCSD , Hill is in my community doing a good work, where are you? But just because you like someone else, does not mean or even give me the right to spew lies and hatred towards them. Wakeup, you guys our not IMPORTANT, you guys have being watching to many X-file episodes, grow up and move out of your mother’s basement. None of you guy do anything in this County; who in their right mind would listen to someone who has done nothing for our County If so please let me know. Oh I’m sorry then you would have to come from behind your user name, which you love to hide behind, spew hatred and feel important. While you guys on Saturday from Give’em the Boot.com was looking for gossip to spew on the AJC blog. Clayton Communities.org was participating in an event, which gave shoe vouchers to Clayton County kids in need, hosted by Mr. Glenn Dowell, Chief Turner and the Clayton County Police Department. Glenn Dowell another citizen of Clayton County who is doing a good work in our community who you also spewed hatred on. (I know what you are thinking, this event was held in a different BOE district then, the one Mr. Dowell is running in) Mr. Dowell and the CCPD, saw a need, and filled it. What need have you or your web site filled in our communities?
AJC, you are just as guilty as the individuals, who you allow to spew hatred on your blog. Those of you who desire to discussion issue about real change, you will not find it on here, on this AJC blog. The AJC cares nothing about the citizen Clayton County wanting to change Clayton for the better. What sells more, bad or good news? Why support others who do not support us. If you want to change Clayton County first, stop supporting outside and inside forces that builds there sites off promoting hatred, personal attacks and bad news about Clayton County. This is why Clayton Communities.org was created, so we could have real, civilize, discussions about Clayton County and making our county a better place. I am no fool; I understand that some of our citizen, just love MESS, Clayton Communities.org is not for them people. **
We can no longer associate our organization with other organizations that allows individuals to spew hatred just because they have a right to. This will never bring about GOOD in Clayton County.** I have officials ready to sit down at the table with the people, but the people are to busy fighting among each other and scaring one another. I am a republican, so Democrats, let me let you in on a little secret, if the far right Republicans can get democrats fighting one another and too scared to sit at the table with others, then the far right fills we can win the elections. If you don’t believe me look at the Presidential election. I will not be apart of this tactics. If you think I am lying, ask the ones who our spew hatred, what party they belong to? Now Clayton County we have some strong republican candidates, I believe would server Clayton County well, please do not blame our candidates, it is the far right in our party, just like, it is the far left, in the democratic party that, has just went to far. I would rather destroy my party, before I destroy my Community, my County or my Country; my loyalty is to the people. Clayton Communities.org door is still open to every Clayton County Citizen, to sit at our table and work toward a better Clayton County, until than, Clayton Communities.org will be OUT IN FRONT, ON THE FRONTLINE, and FIGHTING FOR THIS COUNTY YOU SAY YOU LOVE. When you are ready to put aside our politics and fight for our COUNTY AS A WHOLE, ALL THE PEOPLE, then let me know, my door is always open to the people of Clayton County, even the ones that might wish me harm, because the only way we are going to fix our county, is together, One Voice, One County, One Community. Give Em The Boot Dot Com reports FACTS ! Many as they roll off the presses and off the news rooms of the media. This forum approaches criticism with logic and reason, which is more than I can say for those like Mercey who approaches almost every discussion with racist over tones.
Although Mercey, or whatever he calls himself, conducts himself in such a shameful fashion on this forum, we have over looked this for some time now. I've passed the learning curve of racism many years ago, which allows me to apply open thought to recognizing the ignorance of the aftermaths of destructiveness in it's use. Our county is now suffering from the use of such ploys, and some like Mercey440 seem to feel it should remain in the minds of it's many potential victims, To some, we have learned, racism is a profitable entity, for those like Mercey, he is just one who hopes to keep it alive.By KissMyAssets

Mercey, Tracy, or whatever his name is cluttering up this vent with all this nonsense and I wish not to have to sort through his rantings, This person is obviously suffering from an extreme obsession of Envy because of this Give Em The Boot website. It might be suggested, for his benefit, that he seek professional help, council, or mediation with a minister. The AJC Vent is not the place for what he is intending to use it for. There is help for these kind of problems.

It saddens me that Mercey feels as he does about us at the Give Em The Boot Forum. Many of us realizes he has his challenges to overcome, and we often encourage what we know to be more of his full potential. I hope that Tracy finds it in his heart that many things he has been told throughout his life is not true, and all people are not evil and bad. I feel we could all serve one another as human beings, if we place our prejudices aside, forever, and come together to embrace a more peaceful existence. Until we learn this, we will remain separated by our own fears of the unknown. I ask of one thing, I ask that the friend I’m most fond of, Mercey, follow his heart and search for the soul which guides him to friendship. I miss talking to my friend.

I, too, know Tracey personally well, although he doesn’t know the moniker to which I post on this blog. I know Tracey to be a kind-hearted, caring person with a very “community-service” oriented attitude. I am not sure what his grudge is against the “Give-em-the-boot” folks, but I have visited his website. I’m not in allegiance with any particular group.
I do want to say however that I am suspicious of that last post. In particular, the part that reads:
I am a republican, so Democrats, let me let you in on a little secret
I can remember having a conversation recently with Tracey in regard to the presidential race, in which, he was in support of a democratic candidate and I am in support of the republican.
I’m afraid Tracey’s community involvement has left him vulnerable to attack. Please don’t judge him too harshly. Tracey is a good man who is only trying to make this county the best he can for his family.

As a resident and registered voter, I have been reading anonymously both Give-em-the-boot and ClaytonComm.org websites for some time. I wish to have as much information as I can before I cast my vote. I have also followed Tracey’s blogs and I have a few observations.
First, the Give-em-the-Boot is opinionated but they do present alot of facts. Some I have known first hand. Others I do not. Do I agree with everything their opinions might suggest? No. But there’s something to be said for alot of the dialogue that goes on there and the information brought forth. After following them for some time, I suspect a large majority of the information brought forth is fact. Opinions to those may deviate but do not negate what was stated as fact initially.
The 2nd is that Tracey seems to be playing the “I want to be better, look at me” game. I’m not sure why or what he expects to accomplish but for someone who wishes to bring unity to Clayton County, it’s not even close. An example of this is cc.org will stand against any candidate posting at GETB? Who is Tracey and who annointed him the “important one” to dictate what anyone does? It’s good to contribute to the cause but Tracey, get over yourself. Your website can’t even be navigated and it is nothing but a shell of useless polls, empty questions, nor unbiased candidate information that assists voters.
My last comment has to do with one of Tracey’s blogs on GETB about the current sheriff that personally, made me lose all respect for his opinion. He stated that Victor Hill is the best for Clayton County because he personally came to his rescue and got a gang to quit harrassing him. I am glad that it was helpful but I have never before known of such an uninformed voter in my life. That’s it? That’s what he’s voting for? If Tracey wishes to promote himself publicly as someone with a respected opinion, learn to write, and at least be able to substantiate his vote. Tracey could not come up with ANY other reasons as to why he’d vote for Victor Hill again other than he was saved from harrassment. This says alot to me. Tracey doesn’t understand the reasoning behind why FIVE individuals with significant law enforcement experience have come forward to run for that office. I’ll give you a hint - its the same reason why there are so many running for the BOE. Granted, Tracey is not in law enforcement. But that should be a reason for him to learn more about it.

To anonymously anonymous (and Tracey if he is reading).
If Tracey was truly for the community as he says he is then he needs to look at the facts. More specifically looking at the facts concerning Victor Hill. Apparently Tracey has fallen for the banana in tailpipe like a lot of Clayton voters. Tracey likes Hill but apparently refuses to look at his record.
Hill is bad for the community period!! I compare Hill to Bill Clinton. Smooth as silk but behind the scenes you’re getting screwed (this is coming from a Black Independant). Tracey if you are really for the community then check the record of Hill.
Shall I go on?
Tracey, is Sheriff Hill still good for Clayton county? A 50yr old person blind since birth wearing a blindfold and sunglasses in a dark room could see that Hill is screwing the county with no vaseline. I’ll give you $20 to go buy a clue.

Well, I certainly never said that I agree with Tracey’s opinions. It wasn’t until he posted his site that I knew where he stood about local politics. I’ve been cautious to say that I fear he is a little misguided. All I ask is that if you don’t know Tracey personally please don’t attack him so publicly. His heart is in the right place. John Stewart; Maybe Merci Traci will come back to realize that hate is sometimes mistaken for differences in opinion. He might learn that people are actually fond of him without him having to open a website when websites already exist, with people already participating.
Maybe Traci will learn to be part of a group, rather than wanting the people to participate in his opinions. Everyone has their own individual thoughts to contribute on the discussion forums, and Traci needs to learn how to show an interest in what they have to share. I’ve engaged in many one sided discussions with Traci, and his mind remained unchanged from the first time I met him. I hope he comes around to becoming more engaging among a group, otherwise nobody will welcome his attacks. It wouldn’t be so bad but he brings up racial over tones into the forum as well. I like talking to him but I have to humor him when he gets that way; others might not take it the same as I do. We made a lot of progress in our discussions, from the first time we met, and I miss him. He started listening to me more than I listened to him and I feel bad about that. I miss talking with my friend; I think he has a lot to be told that I haven’t heard yet.

First I would like to thank all those who truly concern about me and my family.
Second I would like to make a statement to why we took our stand against “Give’em the Boot.com”.
This weekend while debating on Give’em the Boot, which is something I like to do; It is very healthy for others to understand others opinions. But during the course of the debate the name calling started and then the unthinkable. “Nospin”, a Give’em the Boot”, long time member try to post personal information about me and my web site and instead posted information about my wife, her web site and our home phone number. That is a coward move, and unacceptable;
There was no action took against Nospin, if fact some the members applauded him. We must all learn to agree to disagree, I could like Victor Hill because he wears nice ties, that does not give anyone the right to spew hatred, lies or personal attacks against me or any other citizen of Clayton County, Please try to understand that.
That is why Clayton Communities.org must take a stand against these types of tactics. It is alright to disagree with someone, but it is not alright to personally attack a person or their family and if you think that this is ok, then I think that you are misinformed. I AM NOT SAYING WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR ENTIRE SITE IS WRONG, BUT IT IS THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS SAID, AND THEIR TACTICS, THAT IS WHAT I DISAGREE WITH!
Any candidate that feels this is the right way to communicate with other does not have Clayton Communities.org Support.
Now we will take this time to answer a few of the AJC post.
Answer to: anonymously anonymous First I had Huckabee, because I believe he would bring about the best change for our country and still keep our value and morals in tact. I’m sorry, just because I have republican views, I can not lean my support to McCain.
Answer to: Clayton Advocate Yes there is Good information brought forth, but you can not look over the fact on how it is brought forth, with hate, and personal attacks. How do you plan to have a civil discussion, with the person if you call them names in the same breath?
Yes: I want to be better; I want us to want to be better and do better. We do not have to personally attack one another to get our point across. HEAR ME PLEASE!
And yes, we do not support candidates that believe that these types of personal attacks and tactics are ok. It is the same if you chose to, or not to support McCain because his views on the war or voting for Mayor Phaedra. Graham, because she is a Delta Sigma Theta..
Yes: I have my GOD giving American right to openly say who I support and why. Clayton Advocate you had no problem with give’em the boot telling you who they will not support, have we forgotten. I wonder why?
Clayton Advocate, I guess you have never lived with kids in a drug and crime zone. I know about the issue concerning Victor Hill, my hope is that he will take the appropriate steps to correct these manners. My Opinion of Victor Hill, he is tuff on crime. He personally came out to handle my community problems, and yes! for that I have pledged to give him my support. I can now walk around my community with my kids, let them ride there bikes, my community is better because of what Mr. Hill did. I understand that may not have happen for everyone in Clayton County, but it happen to me, and my family, safety is priceless. So that is why Victor Hill has my support, and your personal attacks on me, because I want the best protection for my family, SHAME ON YOU.
I have met 2 other Sheriff candidates and communicate with 1 through email, Mr. Rainwater and Mr. Watkins I have had the chance to meet them both face to face. These gentlemen, I like, and I have also communicated with Mr. Lemon through email. I have not had the chance to meet Mr. Lemon face to face, yet. I will say last week what was said about Mr. Kimbrough in the AJC blog was wrong to say, Please remember that these people have families and that they are human too.
Answer to: Phaedra Graham First is this really Mayor Phaedra Graham of Riverdale, Georgia Because any Official who leave a comment like I believe you both stink as you both have the funk of 20 Million years on you both. Let’s just go out on a limb, and say I hope to never see you in office, WOW, I rest my case. (If this is not Mayor Phaedra Graham of Riverdale, Georgia, I am sorry, on the AJC blog it is hard to know who you are talking with, so I apologize if this is not you).
Answer to: ALL Yes Mercy440 is my user name, I usually use it for online gaming, anyone who wants to get some I play Call of Duty 4, bring your game cause I’m just that good.
Answer to: * BY Hope* I am sorry but your statement; “Give Em The Boot Dot Com reports FACTS ! Many as they roll off the presses and off the news rooms of the media. This forum approaches criticism with logic and reason”, sounds a little naive( notice I did not call you naive, I said your statement, was naive). You can disagree without attacking the person that is what I am saying.
Me a Racist, that is a first. I don’t know what to say, I’m shocked and wonder how you came to that conclusion. If you would like to discuss this in dept with me please post how you came to that collusion in Clayton Communities.org forum under general discussion, I do not believe it would be fair to other Bloggers for us to go in dept and debate this, on this AJC blog. There are others here that would like to be heard and there is more important issue on the table. Remember my door is always open to all; let’s just keep it Respectful and Clean.
Answer to: MakingClaytonBetter
I’m sorry, you know my name, but I don’t know yours. It is unfair to say you know me but won’t say your name, have we played golf or something.
Second: The reason I refuses to post my opinion hear is because you can say anything on the AJC blog about a person and that is not right, and until that changes I will only post announcements from Clayton Communities.org and information. If you don’t believe me look at the personal attack on a Ms. Rosa Barbee, by inside man. That type of speech is uncalled for, what if her kids read what he posted. Where is By Hope, now? I rest both cases.
Last but not least to DoubleActionII, my friend, for the time I will miss our discussions, I believe I am up one, lol. (Implying that I might be headed over the deep end does not make you the winner, of our last discussion); I hope that you will stop by Clayton Communities.org from time to time, because I will miss proving you wrong, lol. Take care, my friend, stay fighting for what you believe in.

What office is Traci Powell running for ? I might have missed the boat on this candidate. Should I be concerned about his qualifications, party affiliations, organizations he might be associated with, those he supports, or his background ?
It’s stuff like this which brought Clayton County to what it has become today.
I get most of my information from the media and it’s really not totally open. I might try visiting that give the boot forum to see what it has on this candidate.

I would like to thank all those wonderful people at Give Em The Boot for the many hours of hard work and research they placed into their forum, which they have generously opened to the public. With the kind of problems we have had in Clayton County, we need open discussions and news informative sources to rely on. Those people have brought it all together into one single source of fact gathered information. This is specially important as we approach our long awaited elections of 2008. BRAVO !!

TP, please “reframe” from posting until you learn English! Then maybe people will “refrain” from insulting you.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think that command of the English language and literacy are indications of leadership and intelligence. Clearly, it’s not needed to vote.

It is just funny 2 me Gibson, that you think attacking people, still makes it good news. I agree Funny 2 me, I bet money none of them would talk like that to Victor’s face. Lack of Respect and Morals, are indications of a BAD leadership, I thought this person TP asked you to post comments about him on his forum, not the AJC. JDR, we all prefect people here? If you don’t walk and talk like the Master, your not fit to lead or have an opinion.

Give me a break… he’s no more concerned about the bandwidth on this blog than he is about the well being of Clayton county beyond his own neighborhood. He’s just trying to drive traffic to that lame web site.
Nobody is perfect (except One, and look what they did to Him.) So by your standard, One Clayton, who is eligible to lead or have an opinion? Only those who belong to YOUR church or subscribe to YOUR faith?
The whole issue in Clayton county right now is assessing who we feel are qualified and fit to serve in public office. Short of the forums - both public and online - it’s difficult to get anything concrete on the background of these candidates. So my general feeling is that intelligence, as projected by how a candidate is portrayed, is a key indicator. Mastery of English is one way of assessing this. At least for me.
So if we are passing judgment on candidates (the standard by which we too will be judged, by the way), then my standard would eliminate those who come across as illiterate and uneducated. Yours would eliminate practically everybody!

JDR, The one candidate left with integrity and morals would have my vote. Please don’t mention Jesus and talk about people at the same time, that an oxymoron. What would Jesus look at our heart or how smart we thought we are? You judge this man’s intelligence base on his writing, why don’t you just judge his intelligence by his race. Just because a person does not look or write well like you do, does not means you are better than they are or that you are smarter. Just means you might write better then he does and Mr. Powell looks better than you do. Fist meet the person before you assume, you know what they say when you assume? JDR, you must can build web sites and do computer programming same as Mr. Powell, because we all can do that well too.

One Clayton,
How do we tell who has integrity or morals? What test do we administer to figure that out? Some of the most corrupt are those that hide behind bibles and pulpits, so how do we know who will sell out for 20 pieces of silver?
Since that is a lot harder to figure out, I’m opting for competence as a gauge. Public image, including a digital one, is all we have to go by. If a person is going to portray themselves as an expert, then they had better come right with some expertise. TP, the “booties” and others have entered the fray as experts on community matters and I’m just trying to keep ‘em honest. I’m not impressed with any of them and I’m expressing my opinion. Sorry I offended you with my honesty.
Besides that, I’m trying to be rational here and people like you keep throwing in race and religion. What’s up with that? What does it have to do with anything? I thought that we already went down that rocky road and that people have learned their lessons. I guess not.

To One Clayton & Funny 2 Me
Let me ask the both of you this question. Why has Hill been afraid to come out to public forums? Is it that he is afraid he is going to be called on the carpet for his actions. I was at the Community forum for candidates @ Clayton State and Hill wasn’t there nor was Jewell Scott or Lee Scott.
So you tell me who has respect and morals. Is it Jewell Scott who I am ashamed to call a fellow Jamaican that is a laughing stock of a DA or her husband is a hot head and a liar? What about Victor Hill who has a Napoleon complex and is a liar as well?
How about proof? Just the facts only the facts.
Let’s run down the list…….
Jewell Scott shows her continued incompetence with the mismanagement of the DA’s office by the extreme back log of cases. Jewell has been recently shown to be a liar when she attended a rally with Al Sharpton rather than attending the Clayco Candidates forum the same night and had her Asst. District Atty said that she was in FL with a terminally ill relative.
Lee Scott has been proven to be a race baiter. During his last campaign running against Michael Edmonson; Scott sent out campaign fliers with Edmonson’s picture next to a Confederate flag. On Scotts first edition campaign website, he listed universities that he attended and received degrees or certificates from, but upon further research the “Universites” where found to be fake diploma mills. Why is it when folks at the “Boot” mentioned this on their site that Scott removed the information. (By the way folks saved a copy of the old site to proove this).
Last but not least…..
What respect can I have for a Sheriff that fires 20+ deputies illegally and then has to be ordered by the court to reinstate them. What about illegal traffic stops with unmarked cars. How about lying under oath concerning what he knew regarding the T. Cassells firing and then being proven a liar by people in his office that were testifying for him. What about the multi-million dollar lawsuits that have been brought against Hill for his illegal activities?
How do I respect any of these people? Where is their integrity? Or is it that they are preying on the ignorance of the voters in Clayco? I’m being very PC in that former question.
The truth is whats happening to Clayco is what happened in Hancock County GA with political corruption. If you google that then you will understand exactly what I mean about the political ignorance in Clayco and my political correctness. This upcoming election we have the ability to change the current psunami of corruption that is overtaking the county. Let me point out this corruption didn’t just start with the current political players in Clayco. This is just a new breed of political strumpets.

First let me commend you for taking the high road this time by making your point and not attacking me, TP or Funny 2 me with name calling or other personal attacks like some people. I never said I supported any of these people that was not the point I was trying to make. JDR, you missed my point too. Stop attacking people because they are not like you, period.
John, you do know Victor Hill is winning in the polls on CC.org, where are all of the people who share your same point of view, please try making your point without attacking CC.org polls, I think that what TP is doing is a good thing for our county. It is shows me, out of all the bad things being said about Victor Hill on this blog, He still has people willing to show up to the polls and vote for him, where is your candidate’s support in the polls.

Please don’t take this as an offense but the polls at cc.org are laughable. How long has that site been up and what traffic has been to that site?
As far as TP doing something good for the county that is laughable too. It is obvious from his own words that he is throwing his support behind Victor because Victor helped him in a time of need. Since when does a law enforcement officer assisting a citizen bind them to their undying political support? Sounds like some quid pro quo going on and selfish on TP’s part.
When emotions are taken out of the picture and rational thought is given regarding the Sheriffs race in particular it’s truly a no brainer. Vic has got to go!!! I’ll give it to Hill that he is a master at PR of the “good” things he is doing in the county. Sad part is the good that he has done in the County has been illegally done.
If you after looking at all the facts you can still in a clear conscience support Vic then I have no more to say.

What do you know about me? How am I different? How did I attack anyone? I just corrected someone’s poor English.
so all that should tell you is that I’m anal about the English language.
What conclusions are you drawing without any facts? You only have my initials and my apparent obsession with grammar and spelling.
I could be John Trotter for all you know. Kee kee kee. (I’m not)
I’ve vaguely alluded to my opinions about what I’ve heard and read. (Still stuck on the literacy thing.) I’ve rendered an opinion about the technical expertise (or lack thereof) and the prevailing attitude of others who are spouting their wit and wisdom . How do you figure that is an attack?
You have an opinion… I have an opinion… how are we so different?

I’m sorry John, but you must not have read his post, on here or GETB. The CCPD did not or could not help him with his drug or gang problem. Victor Hill did, even when Clayton’s officials say that is not Victor Hill responsibilities. Becaus Victor helping his community he gave Victor his support. I never read anywhere TP said he knew nothing about the problems with Victor Hill. He recognized the problems but took the time to explain why he gave Hill his support. Now John maybe you don’t believe that a man’s word is his bond. Did you ever watch the HBO series ROME, when Lucius Vorenus pledge his loyalty to Mark Antony. Lucius Vorenus was still a good man; he was just bonded to a bad man by his word. (Sorry but I just loved that show) John, I don’t remember seeing banners on C.C.org saying re-elect Hill. I think TP is good man who sacrificed his vote for when his community need him. John take some time to understand and read his introduction on C.C.org he is very involved in the community, more than me, what about you?
John only 8000 voters showed up at the polls last election out of 180000 register voter that’s laughable.

Everyone in the Metro area is following the Money Trail and it’s leading to one Race of people. Question#4: Who’s that people? You know who they are! Using these SIMPLE guidelines, Victor….just WHAT part of your duties do you FAIL to UNDERSTAND???
Victor Hill don’t pay any attention to any law unless it’s His Law. In the aftermath of the Fulton County courthouse shootings, some Judges in Clayton County were given firearms for their protection and Victor Hill lodged protest.
Hill will not let POLICE OFFICERS carry their firearms anywhere inside the complex. I’m talking about POST certified, range trained (regularly trained) sworn and on duty POLICE OFFICERS (or anybody not approved in by Hill - keep in mind he does not bother with background checks and has been known to swear in and give guns & badges to felons before - but he has the audacity to keep “real” officers from carrying). Not just CCPD either (this might be the one time hill is an equal opportunity oppressor).
Someone answer me this. How does he get away with this? The statute clearly says they are exempt just like the judges, solicitor, da, etc…. They have the authority from the state law, but Hill blocks them? Is their compliance a courtesy to the office of the sheriff or is there some other statute that makes him lord over all? And what will he do if one refuses to bow to his maniacal whim? Arrest him/her? I think it takes a superior court judge to issue that warrant.
Might be time somebody thought about pushing this issue and pushing back at hill the tyrant. Somewhere in the back of my mind I hear Twisted Sister singing “we’re not gonna take it…..”
Oh We’re Not Gonna Take It no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It oh We’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore
we’ve Got The Right To Choose And there Ain’t No Way We’ll Lose It this Is Our Life, This Is Our Song we’ll Fight The Powers That Be Just don’t Pick Our Destiny ‘cause you Don’t Know Us, You Don’t Belong
oh We’re Not Gonna Take It no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It oh We’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore
oh You’re So Condescending your Gall Is Never Ending we Don’t Want Nothin’, Not A Thing From You your Life Is Trite And Jaded boring And Confiscated if That’s Your Best, Your Best Won’t Do
oh………………… oh………………… we’re Right/yeah we’re Free/yeah we’ll Fight/yeah you’ll See/yeah
oh We’re Not Gonna Take It no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It oh We’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore
oh We’re Not Gonna Take It no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It oh We’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore no Way!
oh………………… oh………………… we’re Right/yeah we’re Free/yeah we’ll Fight/yeah you’ll See/yeah
we’re Not Gonna Take It no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It we’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore
we’re Not Gonna Take It, No! no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It we’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore
just You Try And Make Us we’re Not Gonna Take It come On no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It you’re All Worthless And Weak we’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore now Drop And Give Me Twenty we’re Not Gonna Take It oh Crinch Pin no, We Ain’t Gonna Take It oh You And Your Uniform we’re Not Gonna Take It Anymore

You cannot really say Rod Johnson caused SACS to come in. A good number of other people in the county were in contact with SACS at the time. Also SACS has been watching since the last Trotter-phile BOE screwed the taxpayers and the students. This time a Trotter employee and his sympathisers- Strong, Baynes-Hunter and Scott have help lead us down the same road. The latest shenanigans of spreading lies about people and seeking to remove public participations in called meetings will surely lead SACS to the inevitable conclusion of removal of accreditation from CCPS. With the statement from John Thompson - “this is the best BOE I have worked with” shows him to be either incompetent or delusional or both.
To Lee and Jewel - State code (look it up) says that your signs are not to be on the road Right-of-Way. If thay start missing - you have been forewarned.

What is the definition of a “road right-of-way” ? I just want to know so that I can start cleaning up the litter.

Much as you want to spin it that a “Trotter-phile” BOE is the root of all evil, you can’t get around the fact that the majority voting bloc during this debacle has been comprised on members of GAE.
Majority voting bloc. GAE. You can try to set up Trotter as the “straw man” all you want, but you are going to have to throw facts and logic out of the window because at th ened of the day you come right back to “majority voting bloc” and “GAE.”
Facts and logic.

Come on Dead Poet, alias attn:clayton parent - you sound like a broken record. The fact that GAE had more members on the BOE did not keep MACE and MACE sympathisers from the damage caused these last 2 years. Besides if you look at it - Noreese and Michelle are both MACE and Lois and Sandra are lock step sympathisers - it is a 5-4 majority -not overwhelming. The majority tried to at least appease these by letting them speak and make their points, only Michelle was up to public speaking, intelligibly. If you look at the total job done by the BOE in the 2 years between Nedra Ware and Noreese Haynes — there were good strides made when compared to the either the 2 years before and the 2 years since. And no SACS to be seen because they were actually doing the job they were elected for not serving their own self interests. The commonality before and after this period of progress is those MACE members and sympathisers. As you said FACTS and LOGIC. Also do not call JT a straw man - he will get peaved. He has a much higher opinion of himself than that, ask his new best buddy Glen Dowell.

The District 6 school board race has some candidates that are fatally flawed with past baggage and hog-tied with special interest groups. My candidate of choice is William Hill-articulate, humble, honest, and great leadership skills. He has the best interest of our children and community at heart. He has no affiliation to MACE, CCEA, or any political puppets. www.electwilliamhill.com Clayton County BOE District 6

This is a bit of wisdom for “Prostitute Preachers” like A Child Of God and Bob Hartley “Of all bad men religious bad men are the worst.” “I think vital religion has always suffered when orthodoxy is more regarded than virtue. The scriptures assure me that at the last day we shall not be examined on what we thought but what we “Did”. FOLKS get on this forum and try to tell BLACKS how to vote. White FOLKS claim the county is in the shape it’s in now because of Voting Along Color Lines. The Main Problems on the school board has already resigned; they were white folk money agenda sympathizers. An article in the Daily not long ago read the Commish crossed Color lines, yet don’t tell us any, which makes him a pale $ sympathizer, we need young blood in that position. A couple of those DA wannabes ain’t it. Sheriff Standing Short will win by a landslide; the wannabes there ain’t it. These same Whites Folks are telling Negroes DON’T Vote Along Color Lines in the Local Elections, on the other hand; they themselves WILL Vote Along Color Lines in the General Election against OBAMA. The Whites would rather see McCain in office and thousands more US troops killed than put a Negro in; (watch this) the WHITE HOUSE and end the war! You want me to vote for the likes of Ridgon, Baker, Rainwater, Buckner and the like. I’m voting for everyone that will be all inclusive; these people won’t!!! Clayton’s whites uses the ole Klan Mark Twain theory when addressing you Blacks “Never tell the truth to people who are not worthy of it.” That’s what they think about you. Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great.

I not only got the call from V. Hill for mother’s day, but have received several calls over the past months. As soon as I hear his voice I delete them. He has nothing of interest to say to me. Only his actions will get my attention and so far it has all been negative.
As for the BOE, I have been trying to get information on all the candidates, but so far have not found a good web site. ANyone know of one?
Also of interest, my home county has just hired Ms. Pulliam as their school superintentant. They are having about the same problems with their school board as we have. On top of that she was supposed to start a job with another city, but called to say she had found a position that better suited her. I can’t believe both counties I call home are having the same problems. This is very scary!!!

Hey “Fight The Power”; Continue voting across racial lines and continue having more of the same incompetence and misconduct that you’ve had during the past four years. It not about race or power tripping, it’s about being qualified and being up to the task of running this county.

William Hill www.electwilliamhill.com candidate for District 6 school board is a beacon of hope and a breath of fresh air, which is desperately needed on the school board and in this county. Don’t allow these special interest groups to twist arms or the political pundits to pollute your minds with half-truths and garbage. Vote for real change and integrity.
