Book: Nichols called in threats on the loose

A new book partly written by a former Fulton County prosecutor Ash Joshi says murder suspect Brian Nichols apparently watched television news after he escaped from the Fulton Courthouse. Nichols then called 911 to threaten his prosecutors, including Joshi. The prosecutor says he asked for protection, but didn't get it. Above, Brian Nichols in court this past week. • Story
